Daniel Hayes, also known as Hades, was Spider-man's worst enemy. With fire lighting his fingertips — his flickering flame his best friend, he was almost unstoppable. Spider-man was Hades' arch nemesis, yet Peter Parker was Daniel's best friend (and maybe more if things worked out the way Daniel hoped.)
