He nodded and left to take a shower and later eat dinner, which thanked her again for lending him stay, which Miss sakaki gladly said anytime to stay whenever he likes.

This made the tomato haired boy gain a determined look.

One week later.

True to his words that (y/n) did not go easy on yuya teaching him the summoning methods and also help him modify his deck.

Cause when he first checked, it looked like he relied on action cards for a duel at first. yuya wanted for the excitement of the game.

Also won his last match to qualify against his best friend gongenzaka despite not wanting his friend to lose his chance to qualify, but from (y/n)'s teachings that someday he must duel his friends which agreed.

When the week ended (y/n) gave him cards that would fit him perfectly with his deck much to the shock of the tomato haired boy but seeing that he's passed his test when they dueled one on one at home and saw how far he gotten.

Gen paled in fear because the white dragon appeared behind (y/n) glaring at the bully with much fury.

This made him scream and ran away to avoid him at all cost and hopefully not to face him.

The crew is shocked to see him this way.

Ayu: (Y/N)-oniichan can be scary when he's mad. Said with a nervous look.

Tatsuya and futoshi nod in agreement.

Then yuya noticed gongenzaka walking towards them and happy to see his best friend was able to qualify just in time.

That is something (y/n) likes a tournament to challenge anytime and anywhere even though he doesn't like to bet their rarest cards, but it was the tournament, but hopefully not happening here.

They hear nico smiley announcing the opening of the tournament, and the teams appear one by one.

This brought more cheers, showing the screen of (y/n) with the image of his Blue-Eyes white dragon behind him.

He is quite surprised at this. He never got cheered like this before. Of course, in his world, some fewer people in the tournament he participated in weren't for the big leagues but still surprised him.

Y/N 'thought': White dragon emperor huh, even though blue eyes is a white dragon, better title than any other. Said in his mind with a small smile.

Kaiba: Indeed like that character vali lucifer you saw in that dxd series that teen is worthy to be dragon emperor of the white dragons. Said with a smirk.

Now, all duelist line up in front of a stage where nico Smiley is standing for the oath of fair play

Nico: Now that we will pronounce our first matches, all competitors place your registration cards into your duel disk. Said with a smile.

The you show duel school crew now place their registration cards and see who they are up against.

Yuya: I'm against sawatari. Said with a surprise look.

Yuzu: Mine is against masumi. Said with a surprise look.

Tatsuya: My match is tomorrow. Said with a determined look.

Gongenzaka: But why?. said with a curious look.

(Y/N) glances at shun's direction and is looking at him and then to reiji, who is also looking at the dragon user.

He had a feeling something like this would happen and looks at sora.

Y/N: Well then, sora may the best duelist win. Said with a small smirk.

The young kid nodded to him.

Sora 'thought': Oh, it will be fun to take him out. Despite having the summoning methods, I have to go all out. Said in his mind with a small smirk.

Later.

They went to see ayu duel, but the young girl lost against reira akaba with a fusion summon of a c/c/c monster.

Ayu felt sad for losing the match, but they cheered her up and (y/n) cheered her the most, showing that defeat can be a wise teacher to improve.

Futoshi was able to win the duel, and they cheered for him.

Next, it was yuzu's turn to face masumi, and through all the hardships, the pink haired girl was able to win her duel.

This gained his attention finally the time of the truth of the tournament, which he knew but needed to keep his act.

Y/N: So a possibility of academia will show up and use the battle Royale to stop them. Said with a serious look.

He nodded.

Reiji: Correct and also to select individuals to face them as part of the Lancers. Said with a neutral look.

He looks to see the cards but then continues walking away.

Then stops for a moment.

Y/N: Also, I wanted to let you and shun know that I haven't shown you everything I got. Said with a small smirk.

This brought their attention.

Reiji: What do you mean?. said with a questionable look.

He turns his head to look at him with a smirk.

Y/N: Let's just say that both of you are extremely lucky that I haven't, or should I say, didn't want to unleash a far more devastating dragon in my deck. Said with a smirk.

This brought their attention and was about to ask, but he had already left.

Nakajima: What does he mean by that? "said with a confused look.

Reiji narrowed his eyes at that, but his full attention was his purpose being here and turning to look at the employees.

Reiji: I want all eyes all over the city and scans of every activity of what's going on. If it is small, let us know. Said with a serious look.

They all nod and go back to work.

Shun looking where (y/n) left.

Shun 'thought': Something tells me that he possesses something far more dangerous than his neo dragon. Said in his mind with a serious look.

In the shadow realm.

The evil being zorc making preparations to take down the Pharoah's chosen one.

Zorc: I will destroy that brat no matter the cost, but I can not physically go to that world, and I'm still too weak to possessions. Said with a serious look.

???: Then send me master I will deal with that brat. Said out of nowhere.

The evil being looks at the shadow figure who is chuckling.

Zorc: Do you think you can beat him even though you failed against atem in the past. Said with a serious look.

???: HE GOT LUCKY!!, I WILL DESTROY HIM THIS TIME!!. Yelled.

Zorc narrowed his eyes and then used his dark power on the figure.

Zorc: Very well, but if you fail, there won't be another chance, do you understand me. Said with a serious look.

The figure nodded and then disappeared, and then zorc thought of this new idea.

Zorc: Perhaps I should see if some worthy servants to destroy him. Said with a serious look.
