He stopped and looked back to see yuya, yuzu, and gongenzaka.

Yuzu: Why did you do that to sora?. Said with a concern look.

Gongenzaka: I, the man gongenzaka, have to agree with yuzu. The way you did in that duel was nothing honor but a slaughter. Said with a serious look.

Yuya: More importantly, what do you mean about sora's friends? Did you know about Shun and his friends' home a hunting game for a utopia, and what did you do to sora at the end of that duel?. said with a serious look.

He's looking at them with an emotionless expression.

Y/N: Let just say that sora, you all know, is nothing but a fake persona act. What you saw in that duel is his true self, someone who will do whatever it takes for the goal to be reached, I knew it from the beginning since the day we met. Said with an emotionless look.

This surprised them to hear that their friend is not the person they knew all this time, and (y/n) was the only one who knew of his true self all this time.

Yuya: But why, there has to be a reason for all of this. Also, you said about an ancient evil. What did you mean by that, and we want answers now. Said with a serious look.

(Y/N) looks at them for a moment but then turn to walk away much to their surprise.

Y/N: If you want answers, pass the second round to reach an event in this tournament. survive that one, and we will talk. Said with an emotionless look.

As he walks away, leaving his three friends speechless.

He sighed at this, but he needed to keep his act to this before the battle royal, knowing that they would go after him for answers.

Then, seto, along with kisara and kaiba, appeared looking at (y/n).

He sighed at this and glanced at them.

Y/N: No, I'm not, I feel a bit horrible to hide this from them, but they won't believe me until they see it for themselves. Said with a neutral look.

Seto: I understand (y/n), but the bright side is that you gave them a bit motivation to pass the next round and survive the battle royal. Said with a neutral look.

Kaiba: Despite beating that brat, don't forget that you need to pass the second round as well. Said with a serious look.

He understands and needs to focus on the second round to get to the battle royal of the tournament to fight against the academia obelisk force.

Flashback of their duel when sora's monsters causes destruction of the city and (y/n) unleashed chaos max to destroy him.

That dragon made gongenzaka shiver never in his life has he ever seen such a monster in existence and to think (y/n) has it.

Yuya: There has to be an explanation, and it is about Shun, I know for a certain he's the one who attacked LDS. Said with a serious look.

He explained to them his last encounter with him taking out the LDS security easily, which the two are surprised.

Yuzu: Wait but the reason he's after them thinking a comrade of theirs is captured by this academia, and what confused me is that he called me ruri I can't understand why he called me that, and also there something odd that whenever you show up my bracelet shines and yuto disappeared before you show up. Said with a confused look.

This gained their attention, and yuya remembered something.

Yuya: Now that you mentioned it during that duel before (y/n) summoned chaos max, my odd eyes glow like it reacted to him for some reason. Said with a confused look.

Then suddenly they hear the doctors about something urgently which gained their attention.

At the LDS control room.

Reiji looked through the monitor of the recording of the duels that happened in the tournament and saw some people with potential.

However, his most focus is the duel between (y/n) vs sora.

The president can't help but feel a little nervous seeing chaos max dragon, a fearsome dragon in his deck.

Reiji 'thought': To think he has something like that hidden in his deck, what powerful monsters you possess, however. Said in his mind with a thoughtful look.

Reiji can't help but feel concerned at this ancient evil, which he will ask (y/n), but knowing he will get answers after the battle royal since he needs to focus on that.

But right now, he is waiting for Nakajima about sora's condition for interrogation, but something odd happened to the young man.

He can't help that (y/n) had something to do with it since he daw the recording of the puzzle and his forehead glowing that has an eye symbol on it.

That is what is so strange the object around his neck has no information here at all, but he thought of some connections in Egypt since the eye symbol is the eye of udjat.

Then he hears the door open.

Nakajima: PRESIDENT SORA SHIUNIN HAS ESCAPED!!!. Yelled with a concern look.

This gained his attention and concern for this.

Later.

(Y/N) arrived at the park and quickly went to the location to where the three boys would meet.

And just as he expected to see yuto at the stage waiting for sora, the Phantom Knightt duelist noticed him.

Reiji noticed this, which surprised both him and nakajima seeing the yuto.

Nakajima: Is that yuya sakaki?. said with a surprise look.

Shun: No, that's my comrade, yuto. Said from behind.

They look to see Shun walking in.

Then they saw (y/n) walking towards yuto.

Yuto: (Y/N). Said with a surprise look.

Y/N: I had a feeling you be here after your interrogation with sora. By my guess, he didn't have the answer you wanted. Said with a neutral look.

He nodded and looked at him.

Yuto: I want to ask you something, my dark rebellion somehow glowed during your duel against the spy, I felt something that is not normal for someone such as you, I get the feeling your not from any of the four dimensions isn't it?. Said with a questionable look.

This gained the attention of reiji and Shun wanting to know as well.

(Y/N) looks at yuto with a small smile.

Y/N: You took quite a guess, yuto, and yes, I'm not from any of the four dimensions. Said with a neutral look.

This shocked reiji and Shun to hear that which makes a lot of sense.

Yuto was about to ask, but suddenly.

Sora: FOUND YOU!!!. Yelled out of nowhere.

They look to see sora, who's exhausted and seeing he's not fully recovered from his injuries after the duel.

Y/N: You never learn, do you?. Said with a neutral look.

Sora: I don't care. All I want to know is what did you do to me?. Said with a serious look.

Y/N: Oh, trust me, you will find out soon, until you see the truth. Said with a serious look.

This made sora growl in anger and get his duel disk, which they noticed.

Yuto: You really want to duel him in your condition. Said with a neutral look.

Sora: Of course all xyz scum and those who defy the professor will be hunted by me. Said with a serious look.

Y/N: I already defeated you and in a very devastating way, tell me what makes you think you can beat me, you saw what I'm capable of especially my extra deck dragons and chaos max dragon, although I was still holding back. Said with a serious look.

This made sora flinch a bit, knowing full well what he's talking about after seeing him duel against reiji akaba.

He is the same if not higher level than the elites of academia.

But he can not let this feeling get the better of him.

Sora: Things will be different, so duel me. Said with a serious look.

He sighed with an annoyed look and got his duel disk.

Y/N and sora: DUEL!!!. Yelled in sync.

Y/N LP: 4000

Y/N: Since you challenged me, I make the first move, and I place two cards facedown and end my turn. Said with a neutral look.

His two facedown cards appeared in front of him, ending his turn.

This made sora annoyed even more to see he's being underestimated.

Sora: It's my turn, and I draw. Said with a serious look.

He draws his card and grabs one card.

Sora: I play polymerization, I fuse edge imp Sabres with fluffal bear from my hand. Said with a serious look.

His two monsters appeared and went in the vortex.

Sora: Claw of the demon and fang of the beast become one and show us your true power, fusion summon, appear the horrifying beast that shreds everything, level six, frightfur bear. Said with a serious look.

His monster appeared and roars.

This made (y/n) sigh already bored at this, which sora is getting even angrier.

Sora: Battle, Fightfur bear attacks you directly. Said with a serious look.

His monster goes for the attack, but

Y/N: Reveal trap card counter gate. Said with a serious look.

His trap card flips, which it glows, which then stops the fusion monster's attack.

Y/N: This card negates the direct attack, and I get to draw a card. If that card is a monster, I get to normal summon it. Said with a neutral look.

This made sora annoyed as he drew the card and smirked a bit.

Y/N: Looks like I draw a monster, so I summon it, Blue eyes kaiser armored dragon. Said with a serious look.

Then his monster appeared and took its stance.

This made sora annoyed at this and grabbed one card.

Sora: I place one card facedown and end my turn. Said with a serious look.

His facedown appeared in front of him, ending his turn.

Before (y/n) can make his turn.

Yuya: SORA WHERE ARE YOU!?. Yelled out of nowhere.

Yuya appeared to see what was going on and noticed that sora was dueling (y/n) again.

But then he noticed yuto behind (y/n), which surprised him.

Yuya: That must be yuto. Said with a surprise look.

Y/N: It's my turn, and I draw. Said with a serious look.

He draws the card.

Y/N: And this ends now. Said with a serious look.

This made sora widen his eyes.

Y/N: Firstly, I activate the spell mystical space typhoon to destroy your only facedown card. Said with a serious look.

Playing his spell unleashed a powerful gust of wind and destroyed sora's facedown card, which was sakuretsu armor.

Y/N: Next, my blue eyes kaiser can count as two monsters if I tribute summon a 'blue eyes' monster, which is I tribute summon blue eyes jet dragon. Said with a serious look.

His monster tribute for jet dragon to appear.

This made sora annoyed that he got a powerful monster out.

Y/N: Next, I play the spell ancient rules that let's me special summon a level five or higher normal monster from my hand. You can take a guess who I'm picking. Said with a serious look.

This made sora widen his eyes to hear that.

Y/N: Now appear Blue eyes white dragon. Said with a serious look.

His dragon appears and roars.

Y/N: Now you see sora, you don't stand a chance against me, and I'm still holding back since I'm not using my extra deck monsters. Said with a serious look.

Then, he grabs one card.

Y/N: Next, I activate the equip spell cursed armaments, and I equip it to your monster. Said with a serious look.

As the spell hits fightfur, Bear, which now wears the armor and that made sora, yuto, and yuya confused at that.

Sora: Why gave my monster an equip spell?. said with a confused look.

Y/N: Quite simple, while equipped to it, your monster loses six hundred attack points for each monster I control, and I have two monsters, which means twelve hundred points loss. Said with a serious look.

Frightfur Bear

Atk: 2200- 1000

This made sora shocked to see his monster weakened.

Yuto is quite impressed by his skills, even reiji, as well to see his skills as a duelist and a great addition to the lancers.

Also, Shun is a little impressed but doesn't want to admit it.

Sora: No, I can't lose again. Said with a serious look.

Y/N: Like I said, you already lost, now jet dragon attack frightfur bea-. Before he could finish his sentence.

Suddenly, they hear a beep sound coming from sora's duel disk and begin to glow brightly, meaning its a signal to return to academia.

Sora looked at this in panic and tried to get the duel disk out of him.

Sora: No, not yet, I can't go back to academia yet, not until I beat this gu-. Before he could finish his sentence.

Suddenly, he turned to blue particles and disappeared much to yuya's shock.

Yuya: SORA!!!. Yelled with a concerned look.

Reiji and Shun saw this as well.

Shun: He ran away. Said with a serious look.

Reiji: No, he was forced to return. Said with a neutral look.

Yuya looks at (y/n) and yuto.

Yuto: He was forced to return to his dimension. Said with a neutral look.

Yuya: To what?. said with a confused look.

Yuto: The fusion dimension. Said with a neutral look.

This made yuya confused at this and got mad.

Yuya: So you're saying that there are other dimensions that exist like this one. Said with an angered look.

Yuto: Yes. Said with a neutral look.

Yuya: QUIT JOKING!!!, There is no way that I should believe something like that. Said with an angered look.

Y/N: Then care to explain about the xyz dimension, the home of Shun and yuto that his friends ivade and destroyed his homeland. Said with a serious look.

This made yuya surprised to hear that.

Y/N: You better tell him, yuto, it would make a lot of sense. Said with a serious look.

This he agreed and looked at yuya.

Yuto: The dimension I come from we only use xyz summon and which is called xyz dimension and you should know my home is where everyone smile enjoying the game and thrill of it, until people of the fusion dimension also known as academia appeared one day and start to destroy everything and carded my friends and kidnapped my best friends sister ruri. Said with a neutral look.

This shocked yuya to hear that.

Shun hearing this clenched his fist in anger of the bad memories, and reira noticed reiji calmed, but looking closer, his hands clenched together a bit, also seeing him clench his teeth as well in anger which scared reira.

Yuya: Turning people into cards. Said with a look of disbelief.

Yuto: Yes, and trust me, it is not a good sight to see. Said with a sad look.

This made yuya feel a bit sick to his stomach and thought of something.

Yuya: If fusion and xyz dimension exist meaning there is a synchro dimension too. Said with a surprise look.

Yuto nodded to him.

Then yuya looks at (y/n).

Yuya: Did you know about this (y/n)?. said with a disbelief look.

He nodded to him.

Yuya: Then are you from here or another dimension? "said with a questionable look.

This question made yuto very attentive to hear the answer as well as Shun and reiji wanting to know as well.

(Y/N) knew this would happen and knew the origin story he came up with.

Y/N: No yuya, I'm not from here and neither from xyz, synchro, and fusion dimensions, I'm from a different dimensional world. Said with a neutral look.

This shocked everyone to hear that information.

Y/N: Where I come from is ca-. Before he could finish his sentence.

Suddenly, a bright light appears out of nowhere, blinding them as well hearing something crash.

This reiji, Nakajima, reira, and Shun see the main screen lost the connection.

Nakajima: What happened?. said with a serious look.

LDS employee: We lost the connection of all cameras in the area, and they're not responding. Said with a nervous look.

The three boys covered their eyes, and as the light vanished, they saw someone wearing a white helmet.

???: Dang it who put that there?. said with an annoyed look.

He removed his helmet to reveal his blue and yellow hair and had the same face as yuya and yuto, which surprised them.

(Y/N) looking to see yugo has arrived and noticed him looking at yuto.

Yugo: There you are. It's time to settle this once and for all since our last duel got interrupted. Said with a serious look.

Yuto narrowed his eyes.

Yuto: So you appear pawn of fusion. Said with a serious look.

This made (y/n) a little concerned and looks at yuya.

Y/N 'thought': I need to make sure that yuto doesn't get absorbed into yuya. Hopefully, I can talk them out of this duel. Said in his mind with a concern look.
