while the Subjugator battalion operated mostly in Arcadia it was during the civil that Nicholas Kane instigated 

their original HQ was destroyed forcing the battalion to use mobile hq bases to operated on the battlefield 

while this was temporary it allowed the battalion to adapt to the battlefield with mobile hq bases it allowed them to operate 

so successfully on the battlefield and scoring many wins in the battle against the black arms 

while this was going on Blagoj along with his commanders agreed to establish two main HQ the one being in arcadia 

would be used to gather and train new tank crew members and soldiers and pilots  in their battalion 

while the second one will be based in the outlands and be used as a training ground to train the battalion 

while also being used by their hackers to watch the black arms and report if they are planning something that involves arcadia 

as the civil war was coming to an end the subjugator battalion leader Blagoj said goodbye to Jaune as he was heading towards the four kingdoms to hide from the 

black arms especially Nicholas Kane maybe dead but  his chief scientist Carmilla is still alive and with her being in the outlands

and all those allies the black arms made Blagoj told Jaune to be careful in Vale and not attract attention 

while his battalion along with the rest of the arcadian army would focus on dealing with the black arms and their so called allies 

while the battalion would focus on rebuilding their strength back and watch the black arms and report 

on anything they are planning 

while this was going the Subjugator battalion begun building their new HQ with one of them being in arcadia serving as a recruitment for new soldiers tank crews and pilots and training them so they can be prepared to fight the black arms if they threaten arcadia 

while the second one is build in the outlands serves as a training ground and a spy station to keep an eye on the black arms 

and inform Jaune and his unit one five  if they detect what their plans are they will be informed and put a stop to it

goal: to watch the black arms and report of what they are planning 

and used as a training ground for new recruits 

and is heavily defended with enough turrets and soldiers inside to deal with any threat 

The Main HQ located in Arcadia 

serves two purposes one to train the next generation of soldiers 

plus it serves as the Subjugator battalion founder Blagoj and His commanders as a place to live and relax from doing their jobs 

and is heavily defended and shielded 

with rest and relaxation activities inside for the soldiers and their commanders to relax 

from doing their job
