I've asked the boss about what their names are or if they have any so I can stop calling them codes and she told me she had already sent the names in to the person before me and should have been told that.

She was alarmed to find out that their names hadnt been used when they had names for about 2 years now. She told me to see if I could find out why they hadn't been used along with why their file names haven't been changed.

She also told me to let her know on their conditions because she had a hunch something was up.

I agreed and made sure to get pictures of anything off or write it down.
