Life...... Is something that demands to be lived by, for anyone really. No matter the race, species, family background, gender, everyone deserves a place in this world.

X deserves a place in this world.

And they finally got what they wanted.

After Namjoon gave mercy to the president, the man kept his word, and a change has definitely began to blossom. Not instantly of course, but it happened. That day they created a new treaty, with species and mortals to sign, where there would be no more testing facilities or military infliction on the immortals. Everyone would be able to roam freely just as the humans, without discrimination based on who they are.

At first riots were a havoc to the communities on those who were against it, demanding to kill every X instead, but after a bit more time than it slowly began to stop once they began to realize that it won't change anything. There's still a few who are strongly against it, but X weren't scared because when times like that do occur than they become even more united than ever before.

And no one will be able to bring them down when they're together.

Kim Namjoon resumed his position as lieutenant but for the X military instead, now moving onto being General and is the voice that speaks for the species in times of need.

He's not alone either.

The six males who's helped start this are right by his side, being the voices for their species and voicing it back to Namjoon and figuring out ways to help everyone. The seven have been announced as the leaders of the X, and no one dares to disrespect them, especially since they've done so much for everyone as it is with so much mercy but everyone knew better than to press on that matter.

It's not impossible to live life in peace, but there must be efforts from both sides in order for that to happen.

And Namjoon makes sure that stays like that, unless the mortals will want another force of power to what the species are capable of doing when they're together.

Now all that's left is to maintain peace, something Jungkook has ever wanted.

And now he finally got it.

The angel stares out of the porch of his cabin in the woods, sipping his coffee with a small smile to the beauty of nature around him. No more being on edge. No more paranoia. Just complete peace and tranquility. He was officially still given the title as an angel, and Taehyung was given mercy for his actions, but still remains a fallen angel.

Ever since the peace has been commissioned, the seven separated in order to do their own responsibilities. It felt odd since they've been together for a long time, but they know with just a call or whistle away will summon any of them easily in times of need.

Tonight they're having dinner at Jungkook's house, coming together for the first time for a get together that didn't involve constructing a plan.

Just a time for them to realize that they did it.

Together.

They made peace, made all this happen.

They should be here any minute-

Jungkook snaps his eyes up to the sky, smile twitching wider when the sight of wings caught his eyes, landing right in front of him.

His favorite Cupid.

"Man, I still get lost trying to find you," Hoseok huffs, a smile on his glowing face as he skips up the steps and takes Jungkook's coffee mug, taking a sip, all the while furling his wings to his back, "Seokjin is right behind me-"

The sound of mass rushes of ruffling catches their ears, followed by vicious growls and small giggles before it suddenly emerged from the trees. Seokjin and Yoongi roll onto the floor, getting dirty with the leaves as they continue to do their usual play fighting with wide smiles on their lips.

Enemies to friends, who would've expected that.

"Still slow."

"What do you mean?! I caught you!"

Seokjin sticks his tongue out to the other man and stands up, moving with his quick speed to Jungkook and ruffles with his hair while laying an elbow on Hoseok's shoulder.

"Oh I smell food, I'm about to raid your fridge," Seokjin beams as he guided Hoseok inside, Yoongi trailing behind them while giving Jungkook a wide smile and a hug to seeing him again.

Not even a second past before a portal is suddenly open, two figures coming out. Almost instantly Jungkook smiled to Namjoon and Jimin's familiar presence, especially when Jimin runs towards him with a wide smile as his siren features began to settle on his face.

"My Angel!" Jimin beams, hugging him tightly while Namjoon trails behind him with a small smile, "I'm so happy to see you! You look so..... Buff now."

This made the angel laugh, giving a hug to Namjoon before nodding inside, "Please go make sure that they're not eating all of my food please."

Happily the two stepped inside, already screaming to control their empty stomachs until everyone gets here.

Well almost everyone is here.

Jungkook stays outside, maybe for a minute or two, maybe even more time, and Taehyung didn't showed up.

This was expectedly really, for him not to come. Taehyung still feels guilty for what he did to them, and no matter how many times they have told him it's okay, he still would feel guilty for going against them.

Mostly likely he got Jungkook's invitation but decided not to come.

A small frown tugs Jungkook's lips, hearing everyone complaining how hungry they are by now, so he turns around and heads to the door.

But he stops.

The chilling shiver down his spine never gets old, or that intense instinct to protect and act but Jungkook has controlled those urges very well.

His senses detects it when it's someone... Special now.

And he slowly calmed down.

So with a twitching smile he turns around, seeing Taehyung standing at the steps with a long cloak and dark eyes staring at the angel.

They didn't say anything and it was obvious that Taehyung was nervous to say the least, but when Jungkook oozed our his good energy and smiled much more brightly, it eased down every tense bone in Taehyung's body.

"Sorry I'm late," He murmurs, looking around with a hesitant eyes and a hand rubbing the back of his neck, "I got your invitation and-"

Jungkook walked right up to him and wraps his arms around Taehyung's body, hugging him tightly. It was clear that Taehyung was not use to this, especially by being the ruler of those ruthless species of his, but he reluctantly hugs Jungkook back while awkwardly patting his back.

That was enough for Jungkook to know he appreciates it but to get off, in Taehyung's subtle language.

So Jungkook pulls away and looks at him with a smile, wrapping an arm around his neck and guides him to the door, "We're all here and excited to see you. Come, the food is about to get cold."

The first time in so many months, Taehyung smiles with a small nod, letting Jungkook guide him inside his home with the rest of their family.

That night was the first night in years where the seven different species bonded, smiled, laughed and had a proper good dinner. Many stories were shared about their kingdoms, expressing the improvement on how society is slowly starting to accept them as how they are.

Fight for a cause is never easy, especially when it feels like the world is just fighting against you.

Sometimes it takes just a few strangers with the same vision as you to make a change, and it's never impossible.

It all starts with you.

And that's something Namjoon will forever treasure in his heart, all of them really.

No longer them being Subject X

I can't believe it took a while year to finish this story. A whole year and maybe a month hahaha wow I still remember writing this, especially thinking how enthusiastic I was to begin writing it

Aw, the last first generation book has now finished, and now I want to cry.

I've really been procrastinating on finishing this book because I didn't want to end it so soon, but it's time and now I'm so sad.

Well the 3rd generation is about to come soon, just need to finish one more book and I'll be done with the 2nd generation!

Let's see how it goes!
