What's Happening on Hell Bent Road is a collection of short stories by @JustinSpaulding. Each tale takes the reader down the twisted path that is Hell Bent Road, and nothing ever good comes as a result of the trip.

In "The Damnedest Thing", a group of teenagers speed down Hell Bent Road, only to crash and be eaten alive by an unknown creature. All the while, a resident of the area watches, unable to help, but more than able to narrate the harrowing events with humor and realism.

"Questionable Mechanics of Darkness" is about Ben Rathineer and his wife, and their attempt to escape the horror of Hell Bent Road. On a drive, they discover a mysterious tunnel, and unfortunately for them, it's the last thing they ever find.

The other three stories are equally terrifying, featuring aliens, dark creatures, and Ouija boards. Throughout, the descriptions reminded me of Stephen King, or The Twilight Zone. Each short left me wanting a large cup of cocoa and a large blanket, ya know, anti-creep medicine. @JustinSpaulding is a talent to watch for.
