chapter  two:  the  who?

IT  WAS  A  COLD  NIGHT  IN  HAWKINS, INDIANA                             .
   it  was  nothing special, the  group of  kids  were  in  mike wheeler's  basement  playing  d&d.  There  were  two  other  guys  joining  in  on  with  aubrey, mike and  dustin;  Lucas  Sinclair  and  Will Byers, two best friends of mike.  Aubrey  had never really played d&d, so they were all trying to teach  her.  "the..  demogorgan!"  mike  screamed,  making  aubrey  flinch.  "holy  shit  micheal,"  she  spat--  making  mike  let  a  chuckle  out  of  his  mouth,  "Shit! Where did it go!?" Dustin jumped up, with lucas,will and  mike  trying to look for the toy  creature.  "Mike, Aubrey!"  A  yell from karen wheeler came from the entrance of the basement,  "Lucas, Dustin and will need to go. I just put Holly to bed," both of the siblings groaned,  "Bye guys."  Both  mike  and  aubrey  yawned, waving at the group of boys,  dustin and lucas took another route whilst will byers  took the  route  of  mirkwood,  the next day at  school  he wasn't  there yet, "Maybe  mrs. byers is right, he just-- came to school early,"  aubrey slunked  her backpack  over  one of her  shoulders, throwing her bike down.  "Right,probably.."  mike worriedly said, "Aubrey!" A yell tuned,  making the girl turn.  "You again?"  she  spat, increasing  the  grip  on  her  backpacks wrist.  "Aw, sad to see me?"  A chuckle came out of troy's mouth, "knock it off troy." mike  jumped infront of his younger sister,  spreading his arms in a way of covering her from them. "Oh, so tough now?"  troy  walked  towards them, "Ow!"  Mike  winced  in  pain--  "Hey!  You  little--"  aubrey  spat,  tackling  troy  to  the  ground,  "Aubrey, aubrey spot!" Mike screamed through out  his  pain  louder and louder,  "What?  No!  he  fucking  hurt  you,  mike--"  she  continued  hitting  the  boy--  a  distant  yell  ran  closer as  aubrey lifted her  fist, along with her head.  "Aubrey,  what is this?!"  

The  male  yelled,  "Mr.Clarke, he won't leave mike alone--"  aubrey  yelled,  turning her sight to the bloodied  up  wheeler,  Mr.Clarke ran over to him, helping him up, troy's friend practically ditched him. "Aubrey, get off him--"  Dustin layed his hand  on her  shoulder in a worried way, "He's not worth i--"  dustin couldn't  finish,  Aubrey  had  lowered  her  fist rapidly  at  troy's eye--  "Aubrey!"  the  group of  lucas, dustin and mike yell, Mr.Clarke's  head shot  over  to the  girl,  who  was  about to  lunge her  hand  at  the  boys  eye.  "Aubrey Wheeler!"  he  yelled, which seemed to bring her back,  she  snapped back and looked down at the boy, who was pinned  down  by  her  hand,  his  face  was bloody and he had a black  eye  that could barely be seen.  "Go to the principal's offuce, you two now!"  Mr.Clarke screamed in anger  but  both worry.  "Aubrey,  could  you  explain  why  you  have  attacked  this  boy?"  the  principal  asked, a stern-angered look on his face, the boy was at the nurse's office.  Aubrey stared down at her knees, she lunged her head up and started to yell.  "He's racist  for crying  out  loud!"  She  slammed her fist against the principal's desk with  anger and strength,  Taking the principal by suprise.  "I see, try calming your aggression down.  Your punishment for yesterday is detention, for now, you"ll have three weeks of it."  The  principal stated, "You  may  leave now, please."  He  added,  a frustrated aubrey  went out the door as  she  slammed  it as  hard  as  possible,  "Jonathan?"  She  spat,  a  teenager's  head  swung  over to her,  "Will's brother, right?" 

 she  asked,  walking over to him.  She received a nod, staring over to what he was pinning to the walls, "He's.. missing?"  She  said through a worried  gasp, "Yeah..  i-- it's halfly my fault, you know.."  guilt surrounded  him, aubrey frowned and sighed, "I'm sure they'll find him, soon." she spoke with an assuring smile, "Yeah, hopefully..!" Jonathan said with a smile, continuing to put the posters up, Aubrey shruged, "Do you want me to post them on the other side?" She requested, jonathan turned to her with a chuckle, "Sure, kid."  he gave her a pack of the posters, she carried them to the guys. "Yo, guys!" She waved over to them, they all turned to her. "We, are gonna help byers'  brother, post these!" she gave them each a stack, "Where do we post these.. exactly?"  Dustin trailed off, "What a stupid question, the school! Duh, just dont put them on the lockers." She scoffed, walking off with a smile. "Don't follow me! Figure it out," she waved a goodbye before exiting.
"Wow, your actually helping the dorks brother?" A voice zoned behind aubrey, "Walsh, knock it off." She flipped off, "Wow, wow." He put his hands up, "Chill out brie."  aubrey scoffed, narrowing her eyes as she gave him a glare. "keep that out of your mouth, pathetic idiot."

She spat at him, he scoffed and  walked away after being convinced by james dante, his best friend and 'minion' to leave before aubrey gets more protective.

A few hours passed by and it was the end of school, the group gathered up in a circle to look for jonathan and return the remaining papers they would put up the next morning, after finding the teen he had a wide thankful smile on his face, "thank you so much, seriously you guys helped a lot." aubrey smiled with the others smiling aswell. "You're welcome," the group of five kids waved him goodbye before walking away, "So, did you guys hear that some group of agents will come here? to help find will."  aubrey pointed out, to which the whole group looked at her like she just predicted something impossible. "I heard it from the principal, so don't  say im lying." she scoffed, "who exactly?"

hi🩰  im so sorry this update took like a whole month (???????i think??????) BUt here you guys are... my arms, not so dead because i only wrote a little bit, since the chapter two 800 + words were already written in june i just didn't have enough motivation to finish it BUT HERE !
