Alright, this is something I wanna talk about, it's Madoka Magica related. (SPOILERS FOR MADOKA, I BEG YOU TO WATCH IT ALL BEFORE READING)

The timelines are different.

The details are different, and I just wanna say a few things that could change for a character;

Kyōsuke: He surprisingly has the most changes, besides Madoka herself. His passions will change. It's confirmed in timeline 3 that Kyōsuke played the guitar instead of the violin, which means he could've played any other instrument, possibly did painting or sculpting in some timelines. Any amazing thing with his hands really. He was hospitalized, and lost the ability to use his hands. Sayaka would've still wished for the hands to heal so he could pursue his dreams. 

Sayaka: Sayaka changes in minor ways, like she doesn't exist in some timelines, other times she could get with Kyōsuke, but she wouldn't be happy in the relationship and fall into despair. Hell, some timelines she could have a crush on Hitomi, and would just be best friends with Kyōsuke, healing him still. She'd try to win over Hitomi, but Hitomi would tell her that she has a crush on Kyōsuke, causing the same thing to happen. That's about it for Sayaka, her wish will always be the same.

Mami:Mami won't change much, besides where she dies. Her outfit and wish will always be the same. Though, there's a few timelines where Mami and Homura were roommates. (oh my god they were roommates) I believe in most timelines, Mami and Kyoko were best friends. And instead of a scene the fandom likes to call "Mami tetris" Mami could have become a witch instead of... you know. OHH! And in a few timelines, the ones where she goes to Kamihama (spoilers for Magia Record again) She can become an Uwasa, and her name is Holy Mami. Look her up, she's really cool!

Kyoko:Kyoko doesn't change much either. She could've become a witch without Mami meeting her, she could've stayed in her own town, and she could've worked with the team like she did in Rebellion. Ohh! And there's some timelines where she saves Yuma, and others where she's to late. That's all I could think of. 

Homura:Homura won't change that much. The places she wakes up might change, but that's it. She might go to Kamihama, she might not.

Madoka:She changes the most. Madoka's change can even do down to her outfit and weapon, the sketches you see in Madoka's notebook could be her other outfit designs. Her witch changes a lot too, the one we see in most timelines could be different. Her weapons, as I said, could change. She could have a bow and arrow, a hammer, an axe, you name it. It depends on her wish.

Nagisa/Bebe:This person's from Rebellion, but she's the magical girl version of Charlotte the witch. Her wish could change, sometimes her mother could love her, sometimes she doesn't. This is assuming that Nagisa didn't become a witch in this timeline; Nagisa could've been in the main team, and died around Octavia's fight, causing Mami Tetris. (because Nagisa wouldn't be Charlotte, thus wouldn't bite her head off)

Yeah, if you can think of any other differences with the characters, go ahead and share! I love talking about this series and it's lore. And for my homies that played Magia Record, y'all can make up some things that happened there. It isn't a suprise anymore of the hundred timelines Homura went through, because it all depended on what was in that timeline. Hell, the girls might run into Juubey (an incubator from one of the magia series, who claimed to clear soul gems when he actually didn't. But he can feel more emotions then a normal incubator!) you never know.
