Unlike Fraidy, he is a scaredy-cat.

He can speak English a little bit but prefers not to, because I lost track of how old he was for a long while he'll probably always act like a toddler, and he really likes space. He wants to be an astronaut one day.

I once found a stuffed penguin that looked almost exactly like him. It gave him a tiny identity crisis over whether or not he was actually meant to be a cat before I remembered that penguins have beaks and no ears.
