Our group was on the road again, for once Issun and Jaken weren't arguing, actually they hadn't for a while now, maybe they just got tired of it, anyway we came across some creepy kid with no eyes, "Lord Sesshomaru, do you wish to know the secret behind your sword? Do you wish to know what Tenseiga is lacking?"the kid asked, i got a bad feeling about this.

"You're going to tell me what Tenseiga is lacking?Really?"Sesshomaru asked "Yes i'm sure it must trouble you greatly, the fact that Tenseiga's meido is not a complete circle yet"the kid said, how does this kid know that? "If you wish to know more then i suggest you follow me lord Sesshomaru"the kid said leading the way.

"This is definitely a trap Sesshomaru"i said as we followed the kid "If so i'll kill him"he said, i just sighed a bit, it was pointless warning him when it comes to gaining more power Sesshomaru will gladly spring any trap, i suppose i should just get used to it.

The kid lead us to a ravine and disappeared before we were attacked, all of us managed to dodge it though, Sesshomaru and i noticed the kid standing with someone on one of the rocks and Sesshomaru used meido aiming at the rock creating a hole.

"I see you deliberately aimed at my footing"the other person with the kid said, i could smell he was a demon though i doubted he had anything to do with Naraku "Are you so desperate to learn the secret behind Tenseiga that you would knowingly walk into a trap, Sesshomaru?"the demon asked.

"Just who do you think you are?"i heard Jaken yell "I do not care who you are, now tell me why do you know about Tenseiga?"Sesshomaru asked "Because once long ago i faced it battle, all though it looks nothing like it does now, when i fought against your father the sword was in a different form"the demon said, ah so he's here for revenge, then i have no business interfering in this fight unless the demon puts Rin or Kohaku in danger.

Sesshomaru jumped up and attacked the demon with his claws "Your tactics amuse me, you fight without your sword to learn about its secret you underestimate me a deadly mistake"the demon said launching an attack, i was surprised too seeing that it was the meido but this one was complete although it looked smaller then Sesshomaru's meido.

"I'll have you know Meido Zangetsuha was originally my technique, that's right it was mine until your father stole it from me, he took it along with my face"the demon said revealing half his face was just gone, how is he still alive?

"From what i heard thus far you summoned me here not to reveal a secret but to whine about your technique being stolen and your face being destroyed, all this for petty revenge" Sesshomaru said "Only one practitioner is needed for each technique especially when Tenseiga is an incomplete blade"the demon said launching another attack but Sesshomaru dodged it.

"Well what is this secret?"Sesshomaru asked "Still curious? Even as you approach your death?" the demon asked "Very well it appears you have no intention of answering me in which case you're no longer needed"Sesshomaru said before launching his meido at the demon, "Sesshomaru your meido is needlessly large and malformed you will never create a complete meido like i can"the demon said launching his meido which swallowed up Sesshomaru's meido even though it was bigger.

"Sesshomaru!"i heard Inuyasha call and looked over to see his group, i had been so invested in the fight i didn't even notice them approach, i ignored them though except when Myoga said this demon was named Shishinki, "Is that the old flea Myoga? I wasn't sure until now but if you're here too there can be no mistake"Shishinki said launching an attack and Inuyasha struck back 

"So it is Tessaiga?"Shishinki asked recognizing the attack "I hear that he had two sons and now here you are, the old man gave Tessaiga to his youngest did he?"Shishinki asked, i bit my lip i just knew Shishinki wouldn't be above poking at that sore spot, the fact that Toga gave Tessaiga to Inuyasha "Hey Sesshomaru why are you fighting this guy?"Inuyasha asked.

"Sesshomaru do you not find it strange? Shouldn't have the elder brother have received Tessaiga?"Shishinki asked, oh i knew he would poke at that sore spot "Now why do you suppose your father left it to him instead?"Shishinki asked, we knew the reason, it was to keep Inuyasha's demon blood under control but the topic was still a sore spot for Sesshomaru.

"Shishinki you summoned me here to fight did you not? Then what are you waiting for? there is no need for this idle chatter"Sesshomaru said launching meido but Shishinki countered with his but the attack was absorbed yet again "Sesshomaru what do you know of your sword? Do you have any idea why Tenseiga was born? As i said Tenseiga wasn't anything like it is now it was in a different form back when i fought your father"Shishinki said.

"The truth is Tenseiga didn't actually exist at the time, the sword i fought against was Tessaiga" Shishinki said, so what? Tenseiga is just a piece of Tessaiga? i was more invested in what Shishinki had to say then the fight now "So you didn't know Sesshomaru? Well let's see how should i say this? Tenseiga was originally Tessaiga"Shishinki was cut off "Silence!"Sesshomaru called before attacking again.

Shishinki countered though before continuing what he was going to say "Now then i presume the old man was unable to control Meido Zangetsuha after stealing it from me, that is why he cast it away from Tessaiga and so that unwanted technique the one Tessaiga had no use for was given to your Tenseiga instead, not only that if i'm not mistaken the younger brother smells part human, it seems unthinkable why would the old man give his original sword Tessaiga to a mere half demon? Poor Sesshomaru it seems your father passed you by in favor of your younger brother"Shishinki said.

Man he just knows how to push all of Sesshomaru's buttons doesn't he, first the Tenseiga is useless in combat, then he learns it can revive the dead, then he learns it can create a path way to the underworld, then he learns a life can only be brought back once and now he learns the very technique he's worked so hard to master is something Toga deemed unnecessary, it seeming more and more like Toga not only favored his half breed mutt of a younger son but didn't even care about Sesshomaru.

I refused to believe that though, Toga was a lot of things as i've remembered but one thing he cared the most about was his family and that includes Sesshomaru, still though i wonder what was his ultimate plan for Sesshomaru, since it seems he clearly only intended for Inuyasha to have Tessaiga and for Inuyasha to become stronger then him, it seems his plan for Sesshomaru though is a little more complex.

I wonder what Sesshomaru thinks of this all, it was clear he was angry though "Do you understand now? Tenseiga is an incomplete sword it cannot preform my technique what you wield is just a part of Tessaiga as such it will never be able to make a complete meido no amount of training will change that"Shishinki said before launching another meido.

"Sesshomaru!"i called before Inuyasha used the wind scar to destroy the meido "So half demon trying to help your older brother are you? Well there's no need to rush into battle i shall deal with you once i bury Sesshomaru"Shishinki said "Shut up!"Inuyasha yelled before he was punched by Sesshomaru, though i think Sesshomaru really meant that punch for their father but since he's dead Sesshomaru punched the nearest thing to clear some frustration and that thing happened to be Inuyasha.

"The hell was that for huh?!"Inuyasha asked "Do not interfere"Sesshomaru said before going in close with Shishinki attacking the demon with his claws avoiding Shishinki's meido along the way "It would appear despair has clouded your judgment Sesshomaru"Shishinki said, no if anything it was anger clouding his mind, anger at his father, i dodged a meido that got a little too close.

"Hah at least you're good at running away"Shishinki said "You are wrong i have no intention of running away from scum like you"Sesshomaru said "Lord Sesshomaru please listen to what i have to say"Myoga said flying over on a sutra "I couldn't stay silent any longer, lord Sesshomaru you were not slighted on the contrary your father left yo Tenseiga because of who you are" Myoga said.

"Meido Zangetsuha is a fearsome attack that sends foes to the underworld is not a technique just anyone can use"Myoga said "That is quite true your half demon brother wouldn't be able to endure the demonic energy of the underworld"Shishinki said, true but if what Shishinki says about Tenseiga and Tessaiga being one sword originally i think Toga intended for Sesshomaru to master the meido all so Tessaiga could absorb that power back into itself thus making Inuyasha even stronger.

And that would mean Toga only meant to use Sesshomaru as a tool to make Inuyasha stronger which is even worse, but i still believe that isn't what he intended for Sesshomaru, i tuned back in to watch Sesshomaru fight Shishinki, Inuyasha joined in it seemed Tenseiga was telling Sesshomaru to fight with Inuyasha, i watched as Sesshomaru drew Tenseiga and created an enormous and complete meido which sucked in Shishinki.

"Now i see, i pity you Sesshomaru what your father did was cruel it was cruel you hear"Shishinki called as he disappeared into the meido, indeed if what i'm thinking is what Shishinki figured out then what Toga did was very cruel but i also think his plan has more to it.

I landed over to Sesshomaru and he glanced at me i frowned a bit seeing how angry he was, seems he figured out the same as i had, i held his hand as we walked off.
