Human!Ultron and Human!Vision AU; Origins

Backstory: Ultron and Vision are humans with special abilities. Their parents are unknown, especially Vision's. Ultron is Vision's self-proclaimed older brother. Minor Spoilers for Deadpool 2, the orphanage tortures Mutants and will be the same one Russel comes from.

Ultron had enough of the goddamn hellhole. He had be tortured here for years, so at last he rebelled. He was only ten, but he knew more than he let on.

"GET THE HELL AWAY FROM ME!" He screamed. The people were attempting to close in, but failed when he forced them back with a force. He heaved heavily, still terrified.

He heard the sound of an engine and looked up, with his guard still up. He couldn't make sense of the figure until it landed right in front of him. Iron Man himself. He stumbled back but raised his fists.

"Hey kiddo." The hero said, looking down. Despite slightly crouching to get to Ultron's eye level, with the suit he still looked imposing.

"GET AWAY!" He screamed, and few tears threatens to stream out. He checked behind himself to stay safe.

"Kid, kid. You're scared, I know that. What's your name?" He refused to step back. He flipped up his visor. "Mine is Tony Stark."

"Ultron." He got out, still wary.

"Oh, is that your superhero name? In that case I'm Iron Man." Tony responded, getting closer.

"No, it's my actual name. My dad thought it'd be nice." Ultron didn't know why he blurted out the last part. "I know it's stupid."

"No no. I think it's nice. Why are you doing this, Ultron?" Tony asked, gesturing to the force around them. "You're scaring everyone."

"I..." Ultron shook his head, scared. "I hate them all!"

"Okay then. I heard that you have a brother, do you hate him?" The question took him off guard and he wavered.

"No.. He doesn't deserve to be in this shithole." He let a few tears out but still tried to remain imposing.

"Alright. Can you point him out in the crowd?" Tony asked again, crouching lower in order to keep eye contact.

"He's there." He pointed to the kid who was being held firmly by the shoulder by the man he hated the most. He was only nine, a pale kid with messy blonde hair, the bangs were styled to cover his forehead specifically. He noticed he was crying.

"Okay, good. What's his name?" Tony got a little closer, slowly, but surely.

"He has no name." Ultron rubber his face. "The bastards here think he doesn't deserve one."

"Well you're scaring him with this." Tony explained. "Even if you hate everyone, you don't want to scare him."

"But I hate this place!" Ultron scrubbed his face with his hands, trying to fight the onslaught of tears. "He hates this place! This is the the only way I could stop it!"

Tony noticed the marks on Ultron's neck. They definitely weren't natural. He put his hand under Ultron's chin and raised it, looking into the kid's eyes directly. They were exactly like his, so was the jawline, and many other features. One could've mistaken both for being father and son. Ultron jerked his head away before Tony could make more connections.

"I hate this place... I hate it. I hate it and I wish that almost everyone would die." Ultron admitted, willing letting himself cry.

"Kid, I'm taking you of this place, okay?" Ultron looked up at the proposition.

"To the icebox?" He asked, skeptical.

"No, I'm taking you in. I'm adopting you, taking you under my wing, whatever you want to call it. I want to be your dad." One look at his eyes and you could tell that Tony was being serious.

"I'm not going."

"What? Kid I'm offering you a chance to be a hero, to leave and have a home. Where you're not tortured everyday!" Tony made sure the bystanders knew what was going on.

"I'm not moving one foot unless you take him along." Ultron pointed to his brother, who was still looking tearfully at him. "I want you take my brother along or ditch me."

After a few intense seconds, Tiny broke. "Alright, got it. Two for one deal." He stood up straight, getting everyone's attention. "I'm adopting these two kids!" He pointed to Ultron and his sibling.

Ultron looked at everything as it seemed to be going in slow motion. His sibling broke free of the grip and ran to him, hugging him gratefully. The man argued but was held back by the police. Ultron sobbed as he held his brother in his arms, running his hands through the messy hair.

He and his brother were ushered to a helicopter and were sat down and buckled down. Iron Man flew alongside them, making sure that the pilot kept a sure path. The ride was a few hours, so eventually the two kids fell asleep. After a while Ultron eventually stirred himself awake, still holding his little brother. He stared at the view that greeted him.

Stark Tower in all its glory. There was an incredible view of New York, complete with a red sunset tinting everything in view with a bright red. Tony still flew alongside them, and flipped up his cursor and smirked when he saw that Ultron was awake. The helicopter landed, with Ultron still shocked.

"C'mon kiddo. You don't want to leave your new family waiting." Tony said. Ultron blinked in surprise, and saw a nice woman and a man wave at him.

"It's...." The pilot unbuckled him and his brother. Tony carried the young sibling out, being careful to be gentle.

"You got what you wanted, and more." Tony smiled and ruffled Ultron's hair. "Get cleaned up first. Then let's have dinner." Suddenly Ultron hugged him, crying again.

"Thank you, Mr. Stark."

Hesitantly, Tony hugged him back.

"Call me dad."

"Thank you, dad."
