It's been a while since I posted here soooooo next story ; Freely Chained.

So that story is still pretty young, less than a year old technically. The main character of that one is named Mark. He lives in a world where another species superior to humans named "Quiac" had enslaved humanity and just like all of humanity, he had been raised from birth to serve the Quiacs.

Each newborn was sent to "starters" which were huge houses where they would be raised until the age of 8. Once they reached that age, they would either be sold as house slaves or factory workers, or they would be sent to so-called "social schools" where they would be granted access to knowledge and a life close to that of the Quiacs.
These social schools varied according to the category in which they were sent to. The different categories were ; Medicine, science, police and sex work(SW). The Quiacs knew that humans could be smart and were counting on the starters to detect the potential in the human children they were sent. Once they would have detected some physical or mental potential, they were supposed to test them and take a decision based on their results.
Quiac scientists and doctors were not the kind to refuse the help of humans to make scientific progress. Quiacs in general were really racist so for the few human scientists, doctors and sex workers that were allowed to be "free", it was better to have actual human doctors and police officers to take care of them. It was mostly to avoid complaints.

(for the sex workers, there are humans that are sold as sexual slaves but they belong to someone, while the sex workers are educated and housed in a sex house where a lot of people can come to them, it's just more profitable to do that than to sell personal sex slaves, those ones are pretty much public sex slaves 😒)

Mark had been raised in a special starter. In it, only boys were taken and trained to become policemen. That starter was also a social school which made that Mark stayed in that house until his 16th birthday to then join the Human Police Section. Every humans have a black collar on their neck except the one part of the HPS. The lack of collar allows them to not wear an uniform while still stand out from others, then if they stop a fight or reprimand someone, people will instantly understand that they have a officer in front of them. The HPS doesn't have grades wich means that every human of the HPS are supposed to gain the same amount of respect. It's not completely true but it was the goal.

For the rest of the actual cast, two brothers (Arin and Ice) are part of the HPS, a young woman (Meid) is part of the SW, a little boy (Roe) is a slave house in a rich family and a woman (Sara) has created a new politic movement that fights against the enslavement of humanity.
