After escaping the Shie Hassaikai compound, Eri and Stain make it their hideout. Eri tends to Stain's wounds, but can only do so much after being rendered Quirkless by the Quirk Destroying Drug. As Stain is mended, an announcement is made on the TV.

News Reporter: We are live at the Shie Hassaikai compound where a bloody shootout has occurred. Among the pile of bodies are Overhaul and the Eight Expendables! Also among them is the body of the vigilante known as the Grim Reaper, now identified as Aizen Hanzo. 

Hearing the name filled Eri with a sadness that she hasn't felt in years. Aizen would now be condemned as a criminal, despite helping Eri do the world a favor by killing Overhaul. She turned off the TV as Stain got up.

Stain: Aizen was a good soldier. He honored everything we stand for Eri. But the war goes on Eri! The war goes on! 

Eri nods her head in agreement. Stain then walks up to her.

Stain: We're ready for our true target. The one fake who has eluded our justice for too long. The very epitome of the fakes we seek to destroy!

Eri knew exactly who her mentor was referring to as she said his name.

Eri: Endeavor. We're finally going after him?

Stain: Not now, but soon. We wait and when the opportunity arrives, we strike! 

After hearing that, she made a vow to kill Endeavor for both the Hero Society and for Aizen. A month later, the Hero Killers decide to make their move. They go to where Endeavor would be. He was called to where Stain had fought the young heroes years ago. Endeavor looks at the desolate alleyway. 

Endeavor: Who's there?!

As he asked that, Stain and Eri jump from the nearby rooftop and confronts him.

Endeavor: Hero Killer!

Stain: Endeavor! You've eluded justice for far too long, you Fake! 

Stain and Eri arm themselves with their blades as Endeavor revs up his Flame Quirk.

Endeavor: So it was you who brought me here? No matter! I'm going to defeat the Hero Killers!

Eri: You can try, you fake!

Endeavor: I suggest you leave little girl. You don't want to get involved in this!

Eri looked at Endeavor with unblinking eyes. Endeavor knew that there was no use talking this one down. 

Stain: Enough talk Endeavor! The time for justice is at hand!

Stain and Eri charged at the Pro Hero, but Endeavor unleashed a wall of fire which stops the Hero Killers dead in their tracks. Endreavor then charged through the fire and begins to attack them with flame covered fists. Stain and Eri dodged each attack and Eri jumps on Endeavor's back. 

Eri: DIE!

Eri plunges a small blade into Endeavor's shoulder. The Pro Hero retaliates by lifting Eri and slamming her to the ground. After pulling the blade off his back, Stain charges at Endeavor and slashes the hero's face. But before Stain could lick Endeavor's blood, Endeavor unleashes a torrent of fire upon Stain, but barely dodges it. The fire only manages to burn Stain's face.

Stain: Argh!

Eri: Stain!

Eri rushes to the wounded Stain where Endeavor closes in.

Endeavor: I think it's time for the Hero Killer to be brought to justice! 

Stain then charges at Endeavor and lands a devastating slash at the hero's chest. Endeavor then kicks Stain and unleashes a torrent of fire, severely burning Stain. The force of the attack sends him through a wall. Eri then pulls out her sword and customized knife. 

Endeavor: Go home girl. This doesn't concern you! 

Eri: I won't leave until you're dead on the floor dead!

Endeavor: I warned you!

Endeavor then shoots out several fireballs at Eri, but Eri uses her enhanced agility to dodge them. Eri then throws a throwing knife, but Endeavor unleashes a torrent of fire and burns them. But one of the knives manages to cut Endeavor's face. 

Endeavor: It's going to take more than little knives to take me on! 

Eri: So you think!

Endeavor turns around to see the burned Stain reaching for the knife and looks at Stain. 

Stain: En......d....eavor.......

Stain then licks the blood and Stain uses his Bloodcurdle Quirk to paralyze Endeavor. 

Stain: E....Eri.......you know......what to.....do....

Eri walks up to the paralyzed Endeavor and readies her sword. 

Eri: Endeavor. You are charged with using your powers and position for personal and selfish gain! You are unworthy of the title of Hero! For this slight against Hero Society, I sentence you to die!

Eri then plunges her knife into his throat. Endeavor's fire soon began to die out as Eri pulled the knife out of his throat. Blood seeped out of Endeavor's throat as Eri watched him die. After killing Endeavor, Eri rushes to the wounded Stain. 

Eri: We did it! We.....oh no.....

Eri saw that not only was Stain severely burned, but had a metal rebar in his side. He was losing a lot of blood. 

Stain: Endeavor......

Eri: He's dead! We did it Stain! We did it! We have to....

Stain: No.....I'm a dead man.....

Eri: No! Please! I can help you! We just need to get back to the Hideout!

Stain: No......don't waste your....time......

Eri began to fill up with tears as the thought of losing her mentor, someone who was like a father to her was near death.

Eri: I....I can't lose you too! Not like Aizen! Not to someone like Endeavor!

Stain: I would've rather died.....by a true hero.......but......to die in this crusade is a.....worthy death.....

Eri: Please....

Stain: I've trained you the best I could. I've you all I could teach.....but now....my crusade.....I leave.....to you......promise me that you'll.......continue our mission.....

Eri: I.....I.....promise, Chizome.....I won't waver in my convictions! 

Stain: G....g.....oo.....d.....then the rest.....I leave......to you......

With those final words, the Hero Killer known as Stain was dead. Eri's tears fell on his body, but she knew that Stain's crusade now fell onto her. Eri was ready. She had to be. Years later, rumors of Stain's death surrounds the city. But Eri was ready to continue Stain's crusade. Not only will she continue to kill False Heroes, but will continue Aizen's crusade against criminals. The philosophies of her mentor and her beloved were now blended in a single philosophy by Eri: to punish all the guity of this world whether they be criminals or Fake Heroes. Eri now took the name of her mentor, believing that the world needs Stain. She would take up his mantle and continue her mentor's crusade.
