Warning - Slight spoilers for Spiderman : Homecoming. Sort of, but barely. This idea was born from a clip from the movie.

Steve leans back from his desk and stretches. He'd been doing paperwork for hours now, and he needed a coffee break. Bucky had volunteered to stay with him for the majority of the time, and was now curled up on the couch in Steve's office.
"I'm gonna go make a coffee, you want one?" Steve asks, glancing over at his partner. Bucky shrugs nonchalantly and Steve gets to his feet. "You have that coffee creamer stuff, right?"
Bucky nods and sits up. "Is my Cap mug clean?"
Steve nods but purses his lips a little. Bucky, almost purely to annoy Steve, bought all the Captain America merchandise he could find. He loved teasing him about it, but at the same time, he was also his biggest supporter.
"I'll have it in that, thanks darling," Bucky hums. Steve rolls his eyes a little but nods anyway.
"Yes, dear." He wanders off towards the kitchen and Bucky flops onto the couch, holding his phone above his face as he scrolls through an app.
Minutes tick by and Bucky sighs a little, swinging himself to his feet.
Steve had never let him look around his office. It had just never really come up, and Steve argued that he was hiding things from the past that he didn't want brought up. Bucky imagined a scrap book, or something.
He peeks his head around the corner and peers out into the apartment. Steve was grinding the beans - they came pre-done, depending on the brand, but Steve always insisted on doing it himself.
Bucky quietly starts looking around. He was simply curious, that's how he saw it, anyway.
He doesn't dare touch the paperwork and disturb it. He pulls a drawer open and digs through a mountain of mints and candies, looking for anything. Still, he comes up short.
With a sigh of disappointment, he turns to go back to the couch and trips over the edge of a box, that was buried beneath a stack of books and unfinished papers, tucked beneath the desk.
Bucky looks around cautiously. Steve was still preoccupied with the beans; Bucky still had time. Carefully, he pulls the books and papers off of the box and stacks them beside it. Ducking down beneath the desk, he takes the lid off of the box and starts looking through.
There was a scrap book, and in it were dozens of drawn pictures, written lists of things of the day, and old style camera photos. The brunette chuckles a little. Steve was always so sentimental.
Also in the box were more drawings, incredibly detailed, and a framed picture of a drawing of a monkey on a unicycle, on a tightrope. Next to it was an old picture of Peggy and a compass. Bucky also finds several unlabeled discs.
He pulls them out carefully and sneaks over to Steve's tv. It was small, old-school, and sat on the corner of the desk. Bucky slips in one of the four videos and leans back in his seat to watch.
The video looked to be from 2010, with bad quality and a faint buzzing sound coming from the tv. The background was just a green screen with fake lockers and a school-like set up. And suddenly, Captain America, in his first uniform from the present, a skin-tight, cheesy suit, was standing there on screen.
Bucky claps a hand over his mouth to keep from laughing out loud. He looked so... dorky.
"Hi there. I'm Captain America and this is my fitness challenge. Your teacher and I are gonna help you become the you that you want to be."
Bucky accidentally does start laughing, clutching his stomach while the video plays on.
"Buck? What's up?" Steve calls, walking into the office clutching two coffee cups. His eyes land on the video and he slowly turns a bright red.
"Maybe one day, you'll become like this." The video Captain America gestured to himself and Bucky howls with laughter. Steve plants Bucky's coffee cup in front of him then looks back up at the video, wanting to curl in on himself and die from embarrassment.
"You - you actually recorded this?" Bucky wheezes, wiping his eyes. The Captain America was now going through the fitness challenge, demonstrating it. Steve scowls irritably and drinks his coffee.
"I didn't know any better," he says dismissively, placing his cup on his desk. "Anyways, what were you doing sneaking around my office?"
Bucky suddenly turns to face him, looking guilty. "I'm sorry. I just - I got bored."
"You went digging through my things?" Steve kneels to look through his box, frowning. Meanwhile, the video changes from fitness to detention. Each disc held two videos.
"So you screwed up. Like me, you wanted to show those turkeys what's right and wrong," video Captain America continues.
"I'm sorry," Bucky mumbles and Steve sighs.
"I would've liked to show you when I was ready," he sighs, looking back at the video. Bucky follows his gaze and bites his lip to hide a chuckle. Steve rolls his eyes and leans his forearms on the back of Bucky's chair, watching from over his shoulder.
"It is kinda funny, you gotta admit," Bucky says lightly, looking up at Steve's sour face.
"It wasn't my idea, the public thought it'd give the kids a good role model to look up to," Steve grumbles.
"That uniform, though..."
"Yeah."
"The first one ever was the best. Fit you well," Bucky adds, folding his arms over his chest. Steve raises an eyebrow at him, smiling a little.
"That's why you wanted me to keep the outfit?"
"Of course." Bucky smirks slightly and looks to the video again, where Captain America was waggling his finger to the screen disapprovingly.
"God, I hate these videos," Steve groans, stepping back and taking his coffee again.
"It's charming, really," Bucky insists while the clip cuts out. "I prefer this, though," he adds and gets up, wrapping his arms around the taller blonde.
"I need a new uniform, mine is getting too tight," Steve mentions, putting his cup down again to hug Bucky back. The brunette snorts and looks up at him.
"It's always been too tight, mister Skin-Tight Suit," Bucky answers, gesturing to the tv, where Captain America had just disappeared from. Steve frowns down at him slightly.
"That's just rude."
"Hey, I ain't complaining," Bucky hums, giving him an obvious once-over, nodding to himself. Steve blushes a little and holds him closer.
"You're a jerk."
"You're a dork," Bucky replies, leaning up and kissing him briefly, "and a punk," he adds, pulling back. "And my Stevie," he finishes and Steve smiles softly.
