30 - Her Couch
He felt uncomfortable sitting there, looking around Sharon's clean apartment.
"So, you're gay," Sharon spoke as she walked in, crossing her arms. Steve choked on his words, face flushing red.
"Sharon -- "
"I can tell whenever you look at Barnes," she interrupted while holding up a hand. "It was nice while it lasted, Steve, but I'm not going to be the one who keeps you from what you really want," she said.
Steve was speechless for a second. "You -- really?"
Sharon sat next to him, folding her leg underneath her. "So I'm breaking up with you." She shrugged and Steve nodded a little.
"I'm sorry," he spoke and she lifted an eyebrow.
"What for? For something out of your control?"
"That's the thing though -- I'm bisexual," he explained, shifting to look at her. "So I really did like you, and I'm just... sorry."
She smiled and shook her head. "Worried about my feelings, Rogers? Guess you are a gentleman," she mused and Steve smiled a little. "Don't worry about it, okay? I just want you to be happy."
Steve thought about what made him happy, and nodded to himself. "Thank you." Sharon smiled.

Now his only problem was to tell Bucky. He was a lot more scared of the outcomes of that.
"Hey, um... Buck?" He fiddled with the edge of his sketchbook paper, folding the corner. He could tell Bucky was watching him, so he took a quick breath and shifted positions. "We're friends, right?"
Bucky raised an eyebrow. "Have been for roughly eighty years, give or take," he said with a smile. "Why, what's up?"
"Promise you won't freak out," Steve murmured and Bucky nodded slowly.
"Spill."
Steve reddened a bit and cleared his throat. "You might think this is -- weird -- but I kind of like you. As in like you."
Bucky was silent for a second and Steve looked up apprehensively. Bucky didn't look surprised, merely nodded.
"I know."
Steve was shocked by his off-handed reply. "You -- you know?"
Bucky tilted his head and smiled. "Eighty plus years together?" He shook his head. "I know you, Stevie. I knew it for a while."
"You didn't say anything?" Steve felt a prick of disappointment.
"I always thought my reciprocation was implied," he said with a shrug. "If not, well -- I like you too. Might even be love, hell, I don't know. But I know that I want to keep being with you."
Steve stared at him and didn't have time to speak before Bucky kissed him, and he kissed back.

I actually liked this one! Sorry these have been so late, folks, school and life at the moment is kind of hectic.
