The first time Jimin had held the baby, he knew that it was the start of his responsibilities as a parent.

"She's.." Jimin lets out an airy chuckle, tears starting to form in his eyes due to how happy he was. "She's so pretty, Yoongi look.." He gently cradles the 5 month old baby girl, who was legalized under their care and officially became a Min.

The alpha smiles the moment he lands his gaze on their daughter. Jimin wanted to adopt a baby as he would want Minjun to grow up with a playmate just around his age- it also felt like the adopted wolf was theirs by blood.

"She really is," Yoongi caresses the baby's soft cheeks with his index finger. "Our sweet baby Min Mi-Sun."

"I can't wait to let her meet Minjun and his loving parents." Jimin presses a kiss to Mi-Sun's head, giving her enough shade by the time they head out of the adoption center- finally taking their daughter home.

"Should I call Jungkook to inform them?" Yoongi asks, opening the car door for Jimin to enter.

"No~" Jimin giggles. "I wanna see their sincere reactions on seeing Mi-Sun." He watches Yoongi jog the other way around to the driver's seat.

"Well, it's your call sweetie." The alpha replied, turning on the car engine before backing away from their parking spot. "Damn, I still couldn't believe we finally.. We finally became a family because of Mi-Sun."

"I know," The beta looks out of the window as they passed by different buildings, glancing down to Mi-Sun every now and then though she was still asleep. "She's still a blessing for us. I hope to be a good parent for her."

"Me too, Jimin ah. I am sure we will be good parents." Yoongi assures, not wanting Jimin to doubt himself. He already knew a few stuff about child care through babysitting MinJun, and maybe they can continue to improve themselves now that they were officially parents.

"I love you Yoongi ah~" Jimin smiles, "And Mi-Sun too!" He presses another kiss on the baby's forehead, somehow trying his best not to crush her due to fondness.

"I love you both." Yoongi smiles back, focusing on the road as they head back to Taehyung and Jungkook's abode.

"You want to see our son?" Jungkook asks, somehow feeling a wave of protectiveness run inside him. Even if Hyujin was his father with or without proof- that doesn't mean he's gonna easily show their son in front of him.

"Is there something wrong with seeing my grandson?" The alpha raises an eyebrow, "I know you and your loving mate bonded to create your mate baby." Hyujin may be gone, but he was constantly informed of what was going on in Korea and one of those informations was Kim Taehyung's pregnancy.

"Come on, is it that hard to show me?" Hyujin shakes his head a little in disbelief. "If you are worried that I am here to cause harm, think again. This is a friendly approach so return it the best way as you can before I change my mind."

"Jungkookie." Taehyung muttered, unsure of his approach. "He maybe just wants to see Minjun--"

"No, Tae." The alpha cuts him off before looking back to his father. "And if you change your mind then what? You're gonna let your guards attack us? All for just seeing our son?" He raises an eyebrow, getting ahead of the possible situations that might happen to them.

"Remember, he may be your grandson but I am the dad. Hurt him or even my mate and I won't hesitate to treat you like a rogue." He howled, his emotions penting up into anger.

He just couldn't risk to put Minjun into danger. Not under his watch, not under his promise to protect his mate and son even at petty reasons.

Hyujin sat quiet for a while, letting Jungkook's threats sink in even though he had the guts to laugh it off in the end. "What a brave trueblood you are, Jeon. Even if you chose to have a different path in life, I can still sense the inner wolf that is my exact replica."

Jungkook clenches his fist. "If that inner wolf would have me turn against my own family then I would rather cage it in forever." He spat, though he did not intend to sound like a brat. He just couldn't help but overreact when it comes to Minjun's sake.

This had however made Hyujin quiet. He kept the taunting grin though, amused about how the alpha reacted to his simple request. This will surely be difficult for the lead alpha to have Minjun as his heir.

Jungkook made a different decision and stood by it when he was still young and Hyujin could not risk Minjun to have a different choice of career when he grows up.

Taehyung notices how tensed his mate was, thus he was quick to calm him down by reaching to hold his hand. "Jungkook. Deep breaths. It's okay now, don't be mad anymore." He could feel the aloha squeeze his hand but it wasn't much to hurt him.

The alpha inhales Taehyung's sweet jasmine scent, with it lingering everytime he breathes out which helped him calm down. "I'm sorry." He whispers giving Taehyung a look of reassurance that he was already okay.

They both turned to Hyujin who just sat back to the sofa, waiting. Taehyung nods at Jungkook who sighs, watching the omega go back upstairs to get their son.

"Kim Taehyung." Hyujin spoke up, getting Jungkook's attention. "She looks just like her, Minhye." His voice this time sounded a little off, like he actually cared and missed the mentioned lady.

"What about it." Jungkook deadpans, raising an eyebrow. "Where's Jimin?' Hyujin dodges the sudden reply smoothly, crossing his arms again as if it was his favorite thing to do.

"He went somewhere with his mate." Jungkook did not spoil anything this time, as he would want privacy for his half brother. "He'll be back soon, if that is what you are concerned about." He added with a little bit of care. He did not want to warm up with his father just yet- he wanted to set his guard high for now as he still treats Hyujin more likely a stranger than someone who's blood-related to him.

"I see." Hyujin nodded. "Is he okay?" The question was a little bit off rather than his approach to Jungkook earlier. He knew that Jimin was a son from a different woman but was she someone so important for Hyujin?

"Yeah." The question was left unanswered. Silence began to dominate the atmosphere before Taehyung finally went downstairs whilst holding Minjun who looked so small in his arms.

Both of the alphas stood up, though Jungkook was the first to approach Taehyung while lookimg over their son. "Let me see him." They heard Hyujin say, his arms ready to take Minjun to his hold.

Jungkook notices his hands moving to scoop Minjun, so he growls in response before stepping in between them. "Look." He clarifies, eyes boring into Hyujin's though the elder was unaffected.

Taehyung stood behind Jungkook, peeking over to see the two having a staring contest- with their eyes reeking with dominance that had easily intimidated the omega. "Kookie.." He whispers, before Minjun began to shift and cry- as the young wolf felt the atmosphere change into something serious.

"How dare you prohibit me to not carry my grandson?" Hyujin's voice was low yet his message was clear. He may have let Jungkook's threats slide earlier but now that he had a glimpse of his grandchild he couldn't help himself on getting a little annoyed by his son's behaviour.

"I have every rights as I am the father." Jungkook says. "It's best if we have Minjun in our hold. Frankly speaking? I don't trust you." He spat, gulping back a growl as he did not want to provoke the other alpha.

"I will let this request dominate." Hyujin lets out a huff of defeat though he kept his poise. "Let me see my grandchild."

After a few moments of Jungkook calming down, he eventually steps aside with Taehyung and Minjun being exposed to Hyujin.

His gaze falls into the baby on the omega's arms, who had just recovered from crying. "Jeon Minjun.." He spoke, approaching the wolf and the baby even though Jungkook was watching his every move, in a position that was ready to attack if he actually meant harm to his family.

"My heir." He says, with earned a warning hiss from Jungkook as Taehyung hugs his son closer when the elder tries to reach for him. "No, he is not your heir." Taehyung corrected, furrowing his eyebrows at the statement he said.

Hyujin's eyes hardens as he glares at Taehyung. "You know, you really look like your mom but to remember that you're from another wolf makes me so angry." He growls, fists clenched as if he was triggered by Taehyung's sudden interruption.

"Don't fucking touch my mate!" Jungkook strides foward- but before he could even attack, a car honking was heard from outside.

"Tae? Kookie? We're home!"
