As soon as Hyujin was defeated, the guards became powerless- finally granting Taehyung and Jimin access to the door that was blocked earlier.

They carefully dashed down the stairs, with Taehyung making his way towards Jungkook whilst Jimin bombarded the guards about Yoongi's whereabouts.

"Jungkook!" The omega calls, eyebrows knitted together when the alpha didn't respond to his call. "Are you okay?! The wound looks bad, we should rush you to the hospital!" He insisted, moving closer to Jungkook before noticing that he was frozen in his position.

The sweet scent of vanillas and jasmine danced around Jungkook, giving him a sign that Taehyung was nearby. "Mate.." He sniffs the air desperately, moving his head to locate the scent's main cause before his gaze lands on the certain wolf who was already looking at him.

"Mate!" He howls happily, dashing over to Taehyung as he inhales more of his sweet pheromones. It made him, Jungkook's inner alpha relax as his anger slowly subsided. "You're okay." Jungkook spoke, letting out a few weird noises that somehow Taehyung understood.

"I am, but you're clearly not! You need to get your wound aided like- right now!" Taehyung scolds, holding Jungkook's hand to his own though he didn't budge. He stubbornly held onto his current position, head tilted to the side as his bottom lip juts out.

"I'm okay." Jungkook clarified, confused though Taehyung could only react with a huff of frustration. "I know you're not. Stop being so stubborn, what's up with you hmm?"

He pulls the alpha again, relieved when he finally moved to the direction Taehyung was dragging him. "You made me and Jun worry. This won't happen anymore okay?" The omega scolds, going over to Jimin who finally got the information they needed.

"If it does, don't worry." The alpha waits for his mate to turn around before he shows off his smile, fangs protruding though it didn't look like he was intimidating them. "I'll protect you! Even the powerful wolves can't beat an alpha like I am." He confidently spoke, though he was only dragged forward by Taehyung.

"What has gotten into you?" The clueless omega sighs, though he decided to let Jungkook's odd behaviour pass as they prioritize taking him to the hospital.

"The body guard will take us to the same hospital Yoongi is in." Jimin spoke, before worriedly glancing at his brother. "Your wound looks pretty bad, hold and apply pressure for now to stop the blood." He says, with the alpha nodding before putting his bloody hand against the open wound.

"What about Hyujin?" Taehyung suddenly asks, looking over to the alpha who was assisted by the other bodyguards. He didn't really know what to feel, but he just wanted to make sure everyone would be okay.

A nature of a caring omega.

Shivers ran down his spine the moment he heard a growl coming from Jungkook, glaring holes at Hyujin who just took the stare without any reaction. It was a good move as the alpha looked like he was ready to fight him again.

"Jungkook." Taehyung sternly says, pulling him out of the warehouse to avoid the chaos that was just about to start again. "Cut that out. Behave." He says, refusing to see his mate being hurt. They all have been through enough and Taehyung wanted Jungkook to rest.

Which was odd, as Jungkook didn't look tired at all. In fact, he did look fine- if it weren't for the wound and his bruising cheek.

They settled themselves at the van, with Jimin trying to distract himself through Min-sun while Taehyung breastfeeds a hungry Minjun.

The entire ride was quiet, if it weren't for Jungkook who kept his eyes on Taehyung's chest area- directly staring at their son who was still busy sucking. "You can hold him when you've cleaned up." He says, flustered though he already got used to the fact he breastfeeds Minjun while the latter was watching.

He could hear his mate's whine of protest, to which bought a goofy smile across his face. "I don't wanna get our baby's clothes stained with your blood. So you have to wait until we get that wound aided." Taehyung simply explains, carefully pulling Minjun away from his chest as he pulls his shirt down.

Shortly after Jungkook's agreement, they finally arrived at the nearby hospital that Yoongi was in. His wound was quickly aided by the nurses and later found out that the other alpha underwent surgery due to the torn skin on his neck.

"Jimin ah, don't worry- Yoongi will be transferred to his ward after the surgery. He's okay, didn't the doctor say that?" Taehyung pouts, hating to see the beta cry even if he was obviously tired from doing so.

"W-why did dad have to d-do such cruel thing to Yoongi.." Jimin sobbed, trying to stop himself from crying as he was already sending discomfort to their daughter again. "I-I just wanted to have a happy fa-family.. Why did he have to make me feel bad.." He whimpers, leaning to Taehyung's comforting warmth that helped him calm down.

"I'm so sorry Jiminnie," Taehyung whispers, his heart dropping the moment he heard how broken Jimin was. "I'm sorry that you have to experience this."

"Y-you shouldn't be sorry." He looks up, quickly wiping his tears away. "I-It's not your fault.." Jimin corrects, confused on why would Taehyung say such thing.

"If I don't say it, who would?" Taehyung chuckles, wanting to lighten up the beta's mood. "We have been through a lot, but we always recover don't we? I'm sure Yoongi would hate to see you cry when he sees you." He says, successfully stopping Jimin from crying.

"I just wanna see him again.. That's all." He sighs, eyebrows furrowed though his gaze softens the moment he looks at Min-sun and Minjun who were asleep in their arms. "I can't help but overthink sometimes." Jimin's lips lifts up to a small smile, cradling the young wolf for a bit.

"How's Jungkook though? Is he okay now?" The beta asks, to which Taehyung replied with a happy nod.

"He's inside the ward right now, getting his wound bandaged up." He turns to look at the door a few meters away from them, "Anyways, have you noticed his weird behaviour? I feel like he had evolved into a different person after the fight." Taehyung sighs, remembering the interaction earlier at the warehouse.

"How so? I think he's okay." Jimin says, confused as he follows Taehyung who was approaching Jungkook's ward. "He acted like the wound didn't exist. He even claimed he was fine even after being beaten up." He didn't know if he made sense, but Jungkook did act strange. Not in a bad way-- it just surprised the omega.

"Ah, maybe he's just trying his best to not worry you?" Jimin theorized, now standing in front of the door as he waits for Taehyung to enter first.

'Sir, we advice you to calm down so that we can bandage your wound-'

'Mate! Mate! Where is he, where did you take him and my son?!'

Growls and protests were heard on the other side of the door, with Taehyung instantly recognizing the other voice. "What is he up to now." He grumbles, looking at Jimin who seemed to be more worried about the situation.

Taehyung pushes the door open, watching the scene of the nurse and Jungkook quarrelling unfold. The alpha was stubbornly refusing the simple request of the nurse which was to bandage the disinfected wound on his neck.

"What's going on?" He says out loud, catching Jungkook's attention who instantly smiled the moment their eyes met. "Mate!" The alpha's gaze softens, with the nurse being the first to approach the omega.

"He wouldn't let me put the bandage, sir." The nurse says, still holding the patch on his hand though he quickly steps away the moment he heard the alpha growl.

Taehyung furrows his eyebrows, looking over to Jungkook who was glaring at the nurse- probably provoked when he approached the latter. "I'll do it, I'm so sorry in behalf of him to."

He takes the bandage to his own hold, with the nurse bowing gratefully before cleaning the dirty cottons and arranging the kit he bought for Jungkook's wound.

"Jungkook ah." Taehyung gave a careful approach, sitting at the side of Jungkook's bed. "What's wrong with you hmm? The nurse only wanted to put bandage." He cooed, trying to calm the alpha which had thankfully worked.

"I just wanna see if you're okay." He moves closer to the omega, nuzzling his head to his neck as he inhales more of the sweet scent he was producing.

Taehyung sighs then again, looking over to Jimin who seemed to finally notice Jungkook's weird behaviour. "I am okay, and you shouldn't worry about me- the nurse was just doing his job, so don't lash out." He says, with the alpha nodding eagerly before pressing a kiss on his neck.

"Am sorry, my mate." Jungkook says before pressing another kiss on the soft skin of the latter, which made Taehyung giggle at the ticklish feeling.

"If you really mean that, then let me put the bandage on your wound." The omega says, waiting for the alpha to pull away and let him do the honors of finally patching up his wound.

Jungkook tilts his head a little to the side right after pulling away from Taehyung's neck, patiently waiting for  the latter to put the bandage so that he could freely embrace the male again.

"There you go." Taehyung smiles, satisfied when he managed to put the bandage in place with only his one hand. "See? It was just a quick method. Your response to it earlier was just too unnecessary."

"I get it, my mate~ Did I make my pretty darling upset?" Jungkook cooed, with Taehyung blushing at the sudden endearment. "Why are you addressing me as 'mate'? Is that your new nickname for me?" He whines, watching Jungkook smile at him looking like he was whipped for the other.

"Because you're my mate, my precious mate. Mine and only mine." Jungkook sang, somehow feeling giddy for having the omega near him. He sure didn't look like he was suffering from pain- it was more like he was already at the recovering stage.

"Yeah, I get it. I'm yours and of course Minjun's." He looks down to their son who was wide awake at the moment, his doe eyes looking directly at Taehyung as he made grabby hands.

"Isn't that right, my precious baby?" Taehyung cooed, his hand scooping the back of Minjun's head while his other arm supported the baby's back. He lifts the young wolf closer to his face to peck his forehead, smiling as he glances up at Jungkook who was watching the cute interaction with fond eyes.

"You can hold him now Kook ah~" Taehyung says, seeing that Jungkook was wearing a hospital gown considering that his shirt from earlier was bloody and needs to be cleaned.

"Really?" Jungkook's smile expands, his arms stretched out a bit to accept he given offer. "Yes, really." The omega chuckles, carefully transferring Minjun to the alpha's hold.

Jungkook follows the way Taehyung had held their son, smiling when the baby's attention was now focused on him. "Hey there baby," He says, rubbing his nose softly to Minjun's baby cheeks as a sign of acceptance and affection.

Taehyung's heart instantly melts the moment Jungkook started interacting with their son. It was the most purest moment he had ever seen- and he couldn't be more happier.

"I love you." Jungkook presses a kiss to Minjun's forehead, surprised to get his toothless smile as a reply. "Darling, he smiled at me!" He grins, though they weren't able to see it again no matter how much the alpha tried to get Minjun smiling again.

"Hehe, maybe Junnie's smile is rare." Taehyung says. "He sure knows you deserve to see how happy he is to see you're alright." His arm reaches to caress Minjun's head, only pulling away when the alpha holds the wolf into a cradling position.

"I love you too, my mate." Jungkook says. "I love you and Minjun." Taehyung felt his heart skip a beat, touched by how sincere the alpha sounded though he didn't complain about it.

"I love you too, Kookie." The omega smiles, laying his head on the male's shoulder, an arm resting on top of the alpha's which was holding their son.

Taehyung's world may have revolved around other people but Jungkook and Minjun was his everything. His life wouldn't be complete without them and he knew that from the first time he had kissed the alpha.
