Every hour that passed had tested Jungkook's patience. He had a twisted feeling inside of him that never stops praying for his mate to have a safe labor. Maybe it was just normal for him to have such feeling-- but it just made him even more anxious.

"Hey, Kook." Jimin's voice suddenly interrupted his train of thoughts- with his eyes glancing up to his brother who wore a worried expression. "Any news about Taehyung?" He asks, sitting down as soon as Jungkook tapped the seat next to him.

He simply shakes his head. "No, not yet. Seokjin told me I'll have to wait after the labor." The beta nods in understanding before patting his brother's lap as a sign of comfort. "I am sure doctor Kim won't let anything bad happen to Taehyung and to Minjun. Just trust him okay?"

"I just wanna see him and the baby already. It has been long since the time I gave him Taehyung." The alpha then lets out a dramatic sigh. "Geez, you just waited here for long?" Jimin exclaims before shaking his head in disbelief. "Well, not like I can go around without feeling uneasy. I just wanna know if he's doing okay."

"Well, like I said- doctor Kim will make sure they are okay." Jimin says, not wanting to worry and make the alpha feel bad. Jungkook had loved and cared for Taehyung eversince they knew about them being true fated mates. It was the best thing Jimin could wish for- to see his brothers happy.

"Anyways, I bought the baby bag for Minjun. Taetae and I packed it just incase this time would finally happen. The guests went home too- while Yoongi went to settle some things, most likely privacy." The beta then points at the group of guards standing at a specific area. "They'll keep watch of any media spies coming to take photos for their article."

"Tell Yoongi I said my thanks." Jungkook couldn't help but smile, hugging the small light blue bag. "I can't wait carry Minjun, I can't wait to be a real dad." The alpha says, staring into space as he thought about the fun things him and Minjun would be doing with Taehyung.

"I am sure he's gonna be like Taehyung." Jimin teased, wanting to cheer up the alpha as he could still feel how tensed he was.

"Oh trust me, he'll be exactly my replica." Jungkook grins, though he had wanted the baby to be the perfect mixture of them both- not wanting to be biased as Taehyung would surely be upset, in a playful manner of course.

"Yeah? We'll see about that!" His brother continued the tease, making the alpha whine. "Now, don't stress out. They'll be done in no time." He followed a statement of reassurance, his eyesmile giving Jungkook high hopes as he slowly began to calm himself down.

The two wolves spent their time conversing with each other- both of them trying their best to keep their thoughts away and cope up from the times they had not seen each other.

They forgot about the time- not even realizing an hour had already passed along with their laughs and teases. Soon enough, a loud noise of a door opening and closing grabs their attention- their breaths hitching as they see Seokjin come out of the operating room, his eyes unreadable as he turns to face the two wolves.

"Doc," Jungkook immediately rose from his seat, his face that was once happy and smiling was changed back to a worried one. "How is he? Are they both okay? Did it go well?" He began to shower the doctor questions.

Seokjin sighs deep, before taking off his surgical mask that was covering the exhausted smile he had been wearing the whole time. "Taehyung is in a stable condition and would be transferred to his private ward."

Jungkook could feel the weight come off his body, feeling his worries slip away as he dashed to hug the doctor tight. "Thank you, Seokjin! Thank you so much," He held back his tears, as it wasn't formal enough to cry. "Minjun's a healthy baby boy, a very handsome baby. He's gonna be cleaned up and would be transferred with Taehyung." Seokjin says, returning the hug before pulling away.

"Thank you so much doc." Jimin repeats before approaching them. "See, I told you Kookie. They'll be fine under his care." He chuckles, relieved that his brother had a safe labor despite them worrying.

"I wouldn't want anything bad happening to the both of them." Seokjin says, proudly praising himself as well for doing a great job. "You can both wait at the special private ward the hospital provided for him. He's gonna be taken there in a few minutes." It was then the doctor's que to leave, excusing himself to assist the nurses on transferring Taehyung to his ward.

The alpha picks up the baby bag, stopping himself from jumping up and down in joy. "Thank god, I'm so fucking excited to see them. Let's go!" Jungkook called, already heading to the private ward Jin had told them before leaving.

It was a long wait-- as if minutes passed like hours. Jungkook sighs, trying to be patient as he waits for his mate to arrive in their ward.

And as soon as the doors open, he could feel his heart skip a beat-- the feeling of extreme happiness rushing inside him caused him to finally cry.

"Tae," Jungkook watched closely as they transferred his mate to the bed, the wolf trembling as he was getting chills. "Kookie.." He mumbled tired, probably still sleepy because of the surgery.

"You're okay," He smiles, wiping his tears before it can even flow down. He leans down, kissing his head before caressing his hair. "Seokjin said Minjun would be here at any moment."

"Okay.." He mumbled, as if it was the thing he had wanted to know. Taehyung blinks a couple times, not wanting to sleep though his body was telling him otherwise.

"Rest okay? I'll let you know when the baby's here." Jungkook assured, smiling as he knew the omega was tired. Taehyung obliged this time, closing his eyes to sleep off his exhaustion.

"Jungkookie.." Jimin suddenly calls him, before hearing the door open with Namjoon entering the ward- with a wide smile on his face.

That was when Jungkook noticed Namjoon was holding something in his arms- wrapped in a fine white cloth.

"Congratulations for having a healthy baby boy," Namjoon repeats, snapping Jungkook back to reality as he was stunned. "Jeon Minjun."
