Killian's POV

" Liam! Liam! Liam! " , I cried " Come on! Don't leave me! "

Liam coughed and started to breathe again.

" He's breathing! He's breathing! " , Sammy shouted as she hugs Liam who shook his head and then stood up remove mingle the dirt from his clothes.

" Well I thought, I was a goner. " , Liam huffed

As the little brother I am, I ran straight to Liam giving him a hug and smiling at him as he hugged me back.

" Well I think that we should leave now. " , Liam stated glancing at the boy. " Pan was right. It wasn't a healing plant like we thought it was. We better go back and have a little chat with the king. "

" Well I couldn't agree more. " , I laughed patting Liam's back.

" Well I agree as well. " , Sammy chuckled " Let's all go home. "

I motioned for Sammy to walk beside me as we were all about to leave Dead Man's Peak, but when we started walking, Pan appeared in front of us out of thin air. Liam was startled by the magical boy as he took a step back. Pan smirked as he crossed his arms.

" When I say magic comes with a price, I'm not joking. " , he sneered

" Well then mate here you go. " , I said as I took out some gold coins from my pouch handing it to the boy.

" I don't mean money, pirate. I mean a price that you must pay. " , he chuckled giving me back the coins as I questioned myself about the word " Pirate. "

I don't look like one.

" What kind of price do you want Pan? " , Sammy asked

" Well it's simple. I will allow you guys to leave my island, but someone has to stay back here in Neverland. " , he sneered

" Who? " , Liam asked

" You. " , Pan pointed out " That water is magic and used it all to heal your pain, but it comes with a consequence. You must stay in Neverland. "

" Never would I stay on this bloody island. I'm healed and safe. I wil be fine. " , Liam huffed as he pushed Pan and started walking away as Sammy and I follow behind him.

" If you do leave Neverland, you will regret it. " , Pan hollered from behind " Mark my words! You have been warned! "

Liam turned back and rolled his eyes as he guided Sammy and I back to the ship. Once we got on the ship, the crew then got prepared for our dismissal as we set sailed back home. I stand near the rears thinking about Pan's warning.

" What's wrong Capt Killian? " , Sammy asked me as she stood next to me

" What if Pan was right? What if Liam does die because he left Neverland...because we left Neverland? " I questioned Sammy

She gave me a warm smile putting her hands on my cheek and placing a kiss on each side of my red blushed cheeks.

" Don't worry love. Liam is fine. " , she said with calmness " Let's not worry now. "

" CAPT KILLIAN! CAPT KILLIAN! CAPT KILLIAN! " , a crew memeber shouts " COME HERE IMMEDIATELY! "

Sammy and I exchanged glances and we ran down the stairs below deck down to Liam's room. I pushed past some men and there I saw Liam lying on his bed with a pale face and his eyes closed...laying there motionless.

" LIAM! LIAM! LIAM! " , I cried " WAKE UP! WAKE UP! "

" Capt. We tried everything we could, but he isn't going to make it. He...He...He is gone. " , another crew member said softly.

No.

It couldn't be.

Pan was right all along.

Oh Liam why? Why are you so stubborn? Why didn't you listen? What if Pan knew this would happen? What if Pan could have helped us? Oh Liam why must you leave me?

Why?

( Few Hours Later )

Liam was pronounced dead at the last hour. We all had our moment and said our farewells.

I was considered the new capitain of the crew and everyone looked at me for commands, but I was too emotionless to speak. I weep for my dear older brother everytime I remember his face which would flash in front of me.

I look at the dark blue waters as they crashed against my ship. Sammy came from behind me and patted me on the back as we hugged.

" It's okay Killian. There. There. " , she said with a calm voice

I sniffed and then wiped my tears as I took a deep breath. I looked towards the water smelling the salty air. The king was behind this mess, for he usually sent us somewhere dangerous so he could have some information knowing that someone risked their life for that danger and it was Liam who had done it.

The king sent us...to kill Liam.

I should have known all along. I was his favorite navy captain anyway, but now I'm not a navy captain anymore. I remembered Pan's words:

" I didn't mean money, pirate. "

Pirate? Pirate? Hmm...

" Capt Killian? Are you okay? " , Sammy asked me

" Yes I am. " , I huffed as I took off my navy hat and threw it out to the waters as I looked into her gorgeous eyes.

" From now on, we start a new life. A fresh new start. The king is no longer who we serve. We serve nobody because we don't care. We are free men...and woman! We are our own government and our own nation! I, Captain Killian Jones, declare this ship and crew to be recruited as PIRATES! We shall sail along the seas looking for our own adventure, and you my lady shall be with me by my side always. " , I said kissing her hand as she giggled and blushed.

" Whatever makes you happy Killian. " , she chuckled " Let's begin a new life...stuck together...forever. "
