PROLOGUE

"Akira-chan!" Tobi said as he tried to wake me up. He's been trying to get me to get up for 30 minutes, and even though I don’t move he still tries.

So, you may have noticed he called me 'Akira'... Well, yes. That is because I have stopped calling myself Alison... It was all part of my agreement with the Hokage. I had to finally accept the fact that I am a Takahashi. He sure was right, because Pain seemed contempt finding out I was a ‘Takahashi’. Besides, there’s no point denying it anymore. My family, sadly, was indeed killed. I can’t live holding on to the hope I’d meet them. Now I have to protect my new family, just like the Hokage had said. I sure will miss you old man, you were too wise… What will I do without you Gramps?

"Tobi!" I whined at last sitting up. "Today is my free day! It's rare of me to get free days, and you have to just wake me up?"

"Tobi is a good boy!" Tobi replied as he ran away.

I sighed sitting up. I looked around my room smiling. My room was actually pretty cool, I had weapons hanging in the walls, and my bed, that was red and black (figures), my closet, and the bathroom. The cool part? My bed was actually on a 'second floor'... that's not really a second floor, but yeahh... something like that, and then 'under' the bed, since it's up, it's the closet. I never imagined the Akatsuki being this intelligent when it came to bedroom design... I do wonder how they made them though.

I changed into my clothes, that now consist of a black top covered in bandages that cover my chest, and stop before the stomach an off shoulder short fishnet and black shorts with black combat boots. Akatsuki didn't exactly like pink... so I just had a fingerless pink glove in my left hand. When I arrived here, I soon learned my clothes wouldn't do, they were very uncomfortable to fight in. I now let my hair in half pony tail with a black ribbon.

"Deidara-kun!" I shouted as I put on my Akatsuki cloak. It's so cool! I heard his replay down the hallway in his room, so I entered and jumped on him. In the past years, I've gotten closer to Deidara more than anyone... we're like best friends. 

Pain likes that I always respect him, but it's not like we talk.. That'd be weird. Konan and I get along, but not like super close. I guess the ones I like the most are Deidara, Tobi and Sasori. Itachi I liked, but he is kinda emo.... and Kisame is always ditching me. Hidan is... well, I like that he understands me for cursing a lot, but he's still scary. And Zetsu... I like dark Zetsu better... Then the money freak, I don’t even say his name cause he scares me. All in all, I have to admit I have a soft spot for most members.

"Deidara-kun!" I shouted in his ear as he grunted and turned.

"Get off, un," he commanded, but I just laughed. "Wasn't it your free day or something?"

"Tobi woke me up..." I muttered annoyed.

Today is like the first free day of the year! They NEVER give me free days.... but when they do, trust Tobi to ruin it. This time, my free day just so happens to be my birthday, so I'm now officially 15!

"Deidei!" I pouted. "Are you sleeping all day in my birthday?"

He suddenly stopped moving, and he gulped.

"You forgot didn't you?" I accused pouting.

"N-No!" he said sitting up. "Of course I didn't... how could I, un?"

I glared at him. Yeah right, you want to know what I got my last birthday? A freaking gash in the stomach, a burnt leg, and hurting feet. Why? Because I was training like crazy, since Kisame thought I should be faster, they put me to run around with freaking weights and then, I had to fight Itachi, who is far better than me, and burnt my leg. After that, I had to fight Kisame, who thought it would be nice if he cut my stomach. 

They never went easy on me, but I can proudly say that now, Kisame can hardly land a hit on me (and I can't land a hit on him), and I'm the fastest of all. Pain got me new Katanas, which were much lighter and easy to move, so that helped a lot. And even though I can't defeat many, they can't defeat me either. We'd fight until Pain thought it was enough, and I could still walk and jump after them.

"It is fine," I said smiling. "Buuut.... I have to talk with you..."

"What is going on, un?" He said confused, seeing my serious face.

"I'll tell you later! Let's go have breakfast!"

I pulled him by the arm and ran to the kitchen.

"Good morning!" I shouted happily as I grabbed Kisame's bread out of his hand and ate it.

"Hey!" he said hitting me in the head.

"Ow!" I pouted. "You can't hit me today!"

"Why not?" he asked glaring.

"Because," I said pouting more. "It's my birthday!"

"I know that," Kisame said as I smiled. "I'll still hit you if I feel like it."

"Douche!" I said sticking my tongue as he just rolled his eyes.

"Akira-chan!" Tobi said coming with a cake. "Happy birthday!"

"Kyaa!" I said as I handed the cake to Deidara. "Tobi is a good boy!"

"Yeah!" he agreed as he hugged me, and I happily hugged back.

I suddenly remembered something.

"Hey guys!" I said as I looked around in the table. I had been reading their future yesterday on my Ipod... and I had come pretty far- seems like time still goes slower when I read- but... "Where is my ipod?"

I saw Deidara look away as Sasori smirked.

"It was destroyed by 'art'" he replied easily as Deidara glared at him.

"WHAT?!" I yelled angrily. I had made it pretty clear that no one was to touch my ipod.

"I'm sorry, un! I hadn't seen it and-"

"DEIDARA!" I shouted angrily. "I'm so telling on you for the ‘Kisame’ insident!"

"N-No, un!"

"Kisame, remember that time your room was-"

Deidara stopped me with his hand, and he started laughing saying I was playing around. I was about to lick his hand for him to let go when... hi hand licked me. I stopped trashing around and stood there unmoving. Then, once it registered in my mind I pushed his hand away as I blushed madly.

"DEIDARA!" I shouted still blushing.

He seemed confuse until h looked at his hand, and his eyes widened in realization. He too blushed as he started to apologize.

"You're an idiot." I said as I glared at him while all the others laughed.

Yeah... life in the Akatsuki can be fun... but it can also me pretty... annoying.

crappy prologue... buuut it's just a prologue for a reason! yep... next chapter I'll try and make it more interesting! there is a picture of Akirq at the side!! I tried to make it nice.. hope it's good enough :)
