Bella and Jacob started heading towards the Rabbit... but I'm so not riding that. Besides, this'll help me make friends with Jacob.

"Hey Jake," I said suddenly, catching up to him.

"What?" he asked annoyed.

"I heard you like cars," I said smiling as he looked at me weirdly. I held my keys up and I swear his eyes where about to pop out.

"You're serious?" he asked incredusly.

"Yeah," I said tossing him the keys and getting in the backseats. Mike got in after me seeming a bit uncomfortable.

"Oh yeah!" Jacob said as he got in and turned on the car.

I was in my phone, just fooling around, when I noticed Mike was pretty much making Bella uncomfortable. Okay, sice I'm a nice friend, I have to take care of him.

"Geez Mike," I said smiling. "You're ditching me!"

"N-No," he stamered blushing. "I just wanted to listen to music and-"

"I am offended," I said still smiling... aparently he didn't get it was a joke, because he started to appologize.

"I was just kidding," I said, and he relaxed.

I noticed Bella smiled thankfully at me and I just winked. Its fun to mess with this type of guys... I always did it when human.

I made things to make Mike believe he was actually doing the flirting, and I noticed Bella's amused looks when she turned and saw Mike with a new found confidence. When we got out of the car, Mike didn't even try and catch up with Bella and Jacobm he just walked with me. Poor dude thinks I'm into him... now I feel bad... He even offered to pay for my tickets.

I only have one word to describe the movie: Horrible. It wasn't scary, o no, it was repulsive. I did notice Mike had let his hand for me to take... yet he had also let one for Bella. I noticed Bella eyeing it so I decided to hel her... again. I shrieked in a 'scary' moment, and hugged Mike tightly. I soon felt his arms around me, and he was actually smirking at Jacob as if saying 'I got a girl'. I just rolled my eyes. I let go of him and just smiled. He smiled back and just held my hands.

When Mike wasn't looking I looked at Bella and said throught her mind 'what I do for you'

Bella laughed a little... and he looked sadist, since that was a gross part of the movie.

Suddenly Mike stood up and left. Ew... He's going to barf!

I saw Bella and Jake stand up, so I stood up as well, and followed them outside.

Jacob went to the bathroom, and soon came out. I knew Jacob wanted so alone time... and I was noticing his temperature raising at a fast rate, so I started to walk to the bathroom.

"Cassie! What are you doing?" Bella asked as I opened the door.

"I'm... checking in on Mike?" I said looking at Jacob, who smiled. "Yeah, that!"

I entered at sighed relieved when it was empty. Thank God. I turned full vampire mode and stopped breathing. I mean, smells like vomit in here.

"Mike?" I said and soon heard a barfing sound. "Are you allright?"

No response. Sigh, this is so boring. I waited there, trying to not pay attention to the conversation outside, or the barfing sounds. Mike soon came out and washed his face, so I stood up.

"You all right?" I asked

"Y-Yeah," he said blushing and looking away. I helped him walk out, and we headed to my car. Please let him not barf in it!

"Movie too much for you?" Jacob asked as soon as we exited the bathroom.

Mike's glare was malevolent. "I didn't actually see any of it," he mumbled. "I was nauseated before the lights went down."

"Why didn't you say something?"  Bella scolded as we staggered toward the exit. Seriously? It's an obvious lie.

"I was hoping it would pass," he said.

"Just a sec," Jacob said as we reached the door. He walked quickly back to the concession stand.

"Could I have an empty popcorn bucket?" he asked the salesgirl. She looked at Mike once, and then thrust a bucket at Jacob.

"Get him outside, please," she begged. I understood her... I wouldn't want to clean either.

I towed Mike out into the cool, wet air. He inhaled deeply. Jacob and Bella were right behind us. He helped me get Mike into the back of the car, and handed him the bucket with a serious gaze.

"Wouldn't want this car ruined," was all Jacob said.

"Thanks," I said smiling, and I noiced Mike's glare at Jacob.

Bella rolled down the windows, letting the icy night air blow through the car, hoping it would help Mike.

"Cold, again?" Jacob asked, putting his arm around Bella before she could answer.

"You're not?"

He shook his head.

"You must have a fever or something," she grumbled. "Whoa, Jake—you're burning up!"

"I feel fine." He shrugged. "Fit as a fiddle."

I frowned. He's transforming soon... he better speed up.

"Your hands are like ice," he complained.

"Maybe it's me," Bella muttered.

Mike groaned and threw up in the bucket. I checked, making sure my car was intact.

After we finally let Mike home... I pretty much felt like a thirdwheel. I pretended to fall asleep, so Jacob and Bella could talk, even if Bella knew I was awake. Problem is, Jacob didn't say a word.

"I would invite myself in, since we're early," he said as we pulled up somewhere... I'm assuming Bella's house. "But I think you might be right about the fever. I'm starting to feel a little…

strange."

"Oh no, not you, too! Do you want me to drive you home?"

"No." I said smiling. "Get in the car Jake, I'm headed there anyways"

"Oh, you're awake," Jake said as I opened the door and Bella got out. Jacob moved and I started the car.

"Will you call me as soon as you get in?" Bella asked anxiously.

"I won't kill him Bella," I said smiling. "I'm not sleepy nor sick, so don't worry."

"There's something I want to tell you, Bella… but I think it's going to sound kind of corny."

I looked away, feeling like I'm intruding. 

"Go ahead." Bella said

"It's just that, I know how you're unhappy a lot. And, maybe it doesn't help anything, but I wanted you to know that I'm always here. I won't ever let you down—I promise that you can always count on me. Wow, that does sound corny. But you know that, right? That I would never, ever hurt you?" Jacob whispered to her

"Yeah, Jake. I know that. And I already do count on you, probably more than you know."

A strange look crossed his face after a while. "I really think I'd better get you home now ," I said.

"Call me!"  Bella yelled as I pulled away.

I sped up, trying to get there in time. 

"Woah! Slow down!" Jacob said startled.

"There's no time!" I said anxiously. I don't want him to ruin my car!

Jacob started trembling and I stopped the car. 

"Why are you stopping?" Jacob said, kind of scared.

"Get out of the car," I said as I pulled him out.

"What the hell?! What are you doing?" He said, now confused.

"It should happen soon," I muttered to myself.

"What are you planning?" Jacob said taking a step away from me.

The guys are probably in patrol...

"SAM!" I yelled as loud as I could.

"WHAT? Is this some kind of set up?" Jacob said trambling more.

"Woah! I said, pulling him away from the car. "Calm down Jake, Sam'll be here soon. Calm down please!"

"Calm down!" He yelled angrily. "What are you planning?"

"Jake don't-!" I never got to finish. He tranformed and lunged at me. The air was pulled out of me, since I was in my werewolf-while-human form. I hrieked as I felt his claws in my arms.

"Calm down," I said as I tried to not move. "It's fine. You're a werewolf Jake, I am one too."

He got of me and stared wide-eyed at himself. I stayed o the ground, just in a sitting possition now.

"It's alright," I repeated, and he looked at me sadly. "I'm alright. Now, let's wait for Sam... He's a werewolf too. He's our Alpha... he should be near."

I soon heard them in the distance. Jacob seemed confused, probably talking to them throught the mind.link.

Now, there's this problem... It feels like I'm burning... the claw marks aren't healing... they're just there. Bleeding. What the hell? I normall heal like the others...

Sam appeared first, and he ran directly at me, now in his human form.

"Cassie!" Paul shouted coming out as well. "Why aren't they healing?"

"I don't know," I said confused, trying not to scream... it feels... it feels like when those vampires bit me! Before Sam intervened! I looked at Sam wide-eyed.

'It's reacting with my vampire side,' I thought to him and his eyes widened.

"this is bad," he said as he picked me up, and I let a little gasp escape my lips. It hurts like hell!

Embry finally got Jacob to transform back, since he was now looking at me wide-eyed.

"Cassie! I'm so sorry- I didn't-"

"It's fine Jacob," Is said smiling. "This doesn't usually happens..."

"What do you mean?" 

"I knew you could hurt me... I just asumed I'll heal," I addmited.

"We usualy do," Paul muttered worried. "Why isn't she Sam?"

"I don't know," Sam lied. "She isn't a Quileute... maybe she's like different-"

"Breed," I offered smirking.

"Something like that," Sam said smiling a little. 

"Sam," I said quietly. "Take me to forkes."

Sam nodded, ignoring the questioning looks. He ran until we where far from the quileute land. We where actually near the Cullen house. 

"What are you going to do?" Sam asked.

"You should cover your nose," I said, before transforming to vampire mode. I saw him make a face, but it worked. The wounds started disappearing,  I suudenly transformed back to myself, with the wounds still there, but not bleeding anymore.

"Whay did you-" 

"They''d suspect," I said smiling. "Now, let's bandage them, and just say we went to the hospital.

"Smart girl," Sam said smiling.

"Always," I said as we headed to a store to buy bandages.

Now, I just have to be more carefull.
