You woke up on what seamed like a wooden bed. Outside the sun was shining brightly and you could hear the screeching of dragons. You were in a hut which you swore you had seen before. Than it clicked, you were in Gothi's hut in Berk! Outside you saw a little platform overlooking the entirety of Berk where Adtrid and Hiccup were talking to each other.

You were really excited to be here. You were on Berk! The place where it all started! You were so excited that you tried to get up only to cause more pain in your left leg causing you to groan in pain amd lay back down.

Hiccup and Astrid heard your groan and rushed towards you. Hiccup said "Hey you're awake, how are you feeling?" You replied "I'm felling okay except for the pain in my leg." Astrid held a battle axe in her hand which scared you. But thankfully she seemed calm and asked in a curious voice "Last I remember we locked you up in the hangar. So how come we found you near dead next to 2 dragons fighting?"

You took a deep breath and started to explain everything, from Snotlout's great plan to meeting the Razorwhip to the point where they saved you.

After ending the story there was a long silence. Hiccup finally broke the silence by saying "So let me get this straight, you wound up breaking your leg, almost eaten by a Razorwhip and almost burnt by a Typhoomerang all because Snotlout wanted to test wether or not you were a hunter or not, and he forgot to come get you?" You replied "Yep pretty much".

Astrid said "By the Gods, when I get my hands on that buffoon I'll....". Hiccup looked at you and sighed saying "Look I'm really sorry for what Snotlout did, he is usually doing dumb things but this, oh wait till I get a hold of him, anyways can you walk?"

You slowly got up from bed and placed your legs on the wooden floor. You tried to stand up once but failed. You tried again and this time got up by using the wall as support. Astrid said "Well that answers that question, come on we're going to the great hall, we'll talk further there." Hiccup said "But Astrid what about the meeting? Its going to start in an hour". Astrid replied "Your right, well no problem, we'll go to the academy, than after we know more about-whats your name?" "Axel" you replied. "Once we get more information from Axel here and take care of a certain Snotlout we'll go to the meeting."

Hiccup agreed and called toothless and Astrid called Stormfly. Both the dragons rushed and you three got on them. You were riding with Hiccup.

Hiccup took off and you were again in the sky in that amazing feeling of bliss.

You landed outside the academy and dismounted. You than followed Hiccup and Astrid inside-but not before giving Toothless and Stormfly a good scratch under their chin, you were fascinated by the dragons, the things you loved the most, right in front of you...

As soon as you entered the arena you saw him, Snotlout. He was practising with an axe and was failing miserably. He turned around and looked at the furious Hiccup and Astrid approaching him and than at you and said "Hey you're alive! I totally thought the Razorwhip would get you but congra-OW WHAT WAS THAT FOR?!?" He shouted the last part because Astrid had punched him the face, behind him Hookfang was snoozing away and didn't pay any attention.

Astrid shouted "What is wrong with you? You know that Razorwhip was voracious and would kill Axel, yet you still left him alone there? I'm gonna kill you!". Luckily Hiccup intervened by saying "Alright Astrid calm down, Snotlout what was your plan anyways?"

Snotlout had hidden behind the wing of Hookfang and you heard him say "I thought that all hunters knew how to defend themselves, plus he's fine isn't he?" At this you shouted "I fractured my leg you idiot". Hiccup said "That's the problem Snotlout, you tried to think, ugh forget it, where are fishlegs and the twins?" Snotlout emerged from behind the wing and said "They've gone to the great hall, to make some final preparations". Hiccup said "Okay you go to them and help in anyway possible, without killing anyone!" He had to shout the last part as Snotlout had already woken up a grumpy Hookfang and flew off.

Astrid said "Well Axel, tell me, how did you get captured by the hunters? And where are you from?"

You sighed, this was the moment of truth, while in the forest on Dragon's Edge you had made up a cover up and now was the time to use it.

So you took a deep breath and said "I can't really tell you where I'm from as I'm also a little foggy on the subject. I was kidnapped at a young age by some raiders and served as their slave, but fortunately managed to escape 6 years later. I survived on an island that was dragon free for about 2 months before suddenly loads of dragons and dragon hunters appeared. I was captured by a dragon and was brought aboard their ship from where you rescued me, and you know the rest".

Silence followed your story, you could tell that Hiccup and Astrid were trying to find a single lie, but thankfully they couldn't. Hiccup said "I'm sorry for what happened to you but you understand we can't really trust you that well right?" You were a little disappointed but didn't show that to them. You said "Yes I know, I may be a spy or something." Astrid said "Well Axel, I have to say, I'm surprised you managed to survive. But if I find out you lied than I will split you top to bottom with my axe get it?" You nodded in fear and she said "Good, now let's go to the meeting".

So you three again mounted Toothless and Stormfly and flew to the great hall. You were about to enter the magnificent building when Astrid stopped you. She said "Oh no no no noo, you are staying here, we may trust you but we can't let you see our plans, you may have been sent by viggo, sorry"

I gave hiccup a pleading look but he sighed and said "Astrid is right, don't worry it will only take us an hour, Toothless will keep you entertained eh bud?" At hearing bud Toothless roared happily and purred like a cat, your wanting to go inside instantly vanished, a day with Toothless would be waaaaay better, plus you had already seen this episode a million times and knew what they would plan. So agreed and the 2 went inside.

You approaches Toothless who purred and came towards you, you scratched his chin and said "I always wanted to see you, touch you and ride you, plus you're even more amazing in real life." As if hearing your sentence Toothless rushed towards you and used his tail to pull you onto the saddle.

You didnt even complain as you were giggling excitedly like a little girl. You had memorised how to control the artificial tail so you placed your feet in the straps, and said "Well bud, here we go". Toothless took off so fast that you almost fell off.

Later you realized that Toothless just needed someone to have a foot on the paddle and than he could fly without guidance, but at that moment you were enjoying yourself too much to notice. You flew over the entirety of Berk. Over the academy, the forge, Hiccup's home and Gothi's hut. At one point you were so close to clouds that you could touch them, and you did. Toothless growled happily and was clearly enjoying the flight as much as you. You were also having so much fun that you screamed "WHOOOOOO". The air was rushing against your face and you were shivering but still you kept on flying.

After a long while you landed back only to find Hiccup and Astrid looking for Toothless. They were both shocked to see you on him. "It's not what it looks like guys, Toothless forced me to" you stuttered. Hiccup just laughed and said "Well did you have fun?" You said "It was the best thing of my life". Astrid was also smiling, she said "Well let's get back to the edge, there you can meet fishlegs and the twins because they've already left. and we'll discuss our plans further". Hiccup agreed and you scooted backwards to let him on. He said to Toothless "Well bud, let's go!"

You couldn't help but notice how Hiccup and Astrid had been holding hands, you were glad they were getting closer and closer. Toothless steadied himself and prepared to fly, he than raised his wings and jumped off the ground and off you soared straight towards the horizon and to Dragon's Edge.
