"Harry?" I heard Lila's fragile voice. "Why did you leave?"

I turned around and gave her a small smile. I didn't want her to feel my sadness and anger inside of me, I didn't want to make her sad. After all, she was just a kid, she didn't understand anything. She walked towards me then sat next to me.

I looked at all the flowers that surrounded us through the garden, "I just... I felt sad."

"Why?"

"Because I let them down."

"But they love you." I turned my head to look at her again. "Yeah, they love you so much."

"I messed everything up, Lila. You don't understand."

"But when you left, they talked about you and how much they love you. They wanted you to wake up." I chuckled though there wasn't anything funny. I mean of course they wanted me to wake up and she might have been right about them loving me, but that didn't change a thing.

I was selfish and they hated my actions, I hated my actions too. I did try to change myself, but it looked like I didn't deserve a second chance. Just when I started to change, the accident stopped me.

"I don't think I'll ever wake up."

"No!" She stood up shouting. I raised my eyebrows, surprised by her outburst. "You will wake up and get back to them! Don't give up."

"What's wrong?"

"I hate people who give up, so don't you," She said and walked away. I was shocked, why did she act that way all of a sudden? I didn't understand anything. It's like she wanted me to get back to them so badly, she didn't want me to be here.

"Lila, wait!" I stood up and ran after her. I stopped her by taking her shoulders in my hand, gently. I stood up on my knees in front of her. "Why are you sad?"

"I'm not sad." I raised my left eyebrow at her. "I'm angry." I chuckled.

"Why?"

"Because you are giving up."

"So?"

"So, I don't want you to be here."

"Ouch, that hurts." I put my hand on my heart. "You hate me?"

"No, I don't. You're the nicest person I've ever met, but don't give up. They love you."

"I love them too. And, you're the nicest person I've ever met as well." I smiled at her. "Why do you want me to wake up though? That's not a reason."

"Because my mom gave up." I frowned.

"How?" I mumbled.

"She was sick and I used to visit her with dad, everyday. I had big hopes that she will be okay someday and she will wake up, but she gave up. She told me that first time she saw me."

I was so sad to hear what she said, I never thought that her mother past away. I thought she visited her at the hospital everyday and waited for Lila to wake up. "She keeps telling me not to give up like her and to be strong so I could wake up for dad. I'm trying not to give up."

I wondered, what did Lila have to do to wake up? She was young, she did nothing wrong in life to be judged for or staying here for.

"What should you do to wake up?" She shrugged.

"I don't know. I'm not sad though, I'm happy to help the people I meet here."

"I'm sorry."

She smiled. "No, it's okay."

"I promise you, I won't give up."

"Pinky promise?" I chuckled. I held my finger with hers and we did the promise.

"Pinky promise, Lila." She grinned, as if she was surprised to see me do that.

"You still do that?" I smirked.

"Of course, I'm not that old." I stood up and the weirdest thing, I didn't feel hungry at all. "Wait, ghosts don't eat?"

She laughed. "Sadly, yes."

I pouted my lips. "Oh no! Food is my life." We went to the hospital and got to the lift. Even me being a ghost and light, I was still lazy.

"Me too! When I wake up, I will eat a lot of sweets, cakes, chocolate and candy!" I laughed.

"Count me in!" People got into the lift with us and stood in front. There was a nurse, and a young boy with his mother. The kid was so annoying and he was bothering the nurse. Lily was annoyed by him because I saw her crossing her arms and rolling her eyes.

"I really dislike annoying kids. They used to bully me at school." He was the same age as Lila. I, could've told her to mess up with the boy, but she was a good girl and I wanted to do good things so I could get back. But this boy needed to be taught a lesson for not annoying anyone.

I kept playing with his hair, he thought it was his mother, but when the nurse and his mother left the lift and she told him to get her coffee because she forgot, he agreed and it gave me the chance to annoy him like he did with the others. I played with his hair again and Lila was giggling beside me.

I grinned at her and he yelled. "Stop, whoever was doing that!" I guess he believed in ghosts that was why he said that. I chuckled and pulled his bag.

He let it fall to the ground and he kept turning around to see who it was. I was laughing and then I saw the stop button for emergencies. I stopped for a three seconds and he screamed, I pressed again and the door got opened. He ran out to the stairs yelling for his mom.

"I think he will never bother anyone anymore." She looked at me and grinned. "He is a good boy, now."

"Yeah, but I think we gave him a phobia from the lifts." She bursts out laughing with me. We went to my room, but I stopped when I saw Ramona.

She was staring at me, lying on bed and lifeless. I wished I could play with her hair and push her bangs out to see her beautiful eyes. I sighed as Lila jumped in front of me.

"What are you waiting for?"

"Huh?" I zoned out and looked down at her.

"Go, do something!"

"Do what?"

"I don't know, anything. Are you going to stay silent forever. Ghost or human?" I stared at her as if she had three heads. "What?"

"Are you sure you're seven years old?"
