Y/N: So they want to negotiate?

Auditor: They lost so many things that they're willing to negotiate favorable like terms to end the war.

Y/N: Knowing everything they're probably going to bullshit their way out of this. So that's why only us two are going to be there to negotiate right?

Auditor: Certainly. Our forces will still stay at the border of Union in case they pull any funny business, ok?

Y/N: Ok.

He turns to find his friends and adopted family.

Aya: *worry* Onii-chan will you be alright?

Y/N: I'll be ok.

He pats her head as she nuzzles to his touch before patting Eri as well and giving his girlfriends a kiss.

Winter/Tyuule: Please stay safe.

Mako/BBQ/Hank: Don't die on us!

Y/N: I shall see you later!

Using his transmitter, he enters a portal along with the Auditor, leaving his friends in Nevada before they walk to move with the army.

Later

Auditor: So this is the place.

Y/N: Yeah.....it's a warehouse.

Just across from them was Ozpin and Nezu, both in charge of their respective sides as well........Sirzechs is dead.

Y/N: It has been a while Nezu.

Nezu: It sure has...

Y/N: You know the deal. You wanted terms for ending the war so give them out.

Ozpin: Very well. May you please release team RWBY, CVFY, and JNPR from your custody-

Y/N: No.

Ozpin: *narrow* You wanted this war to en-

Auditor: We did but how can we possibly release the team you framed on live TV for helping AAU? We know who you are Ozma.

Y/N: Not to mention that JNPR and CVFY defected to Nevada. You had the forms yet you chose to ignore them, stating that they were held against their will.

Ozpin: What about the prisoners of war?

Y/N: Don't think I've seen how you treat your huntsman, sending them out mindlessly to be slaughtered. What's to say you won't do the same for the POWs? So no.

Auditor: We have footage of huntsman and people torturing civilians in Union, commuting many crimes and going eve far to experiment on them with Atlas personnel to make weapons of war.

Y/N: For you Huntsman, you need to promise to redo and revamp your entire corrupted system.

Auditor: But enough about Huntsman. Nezu......please describe your terms.

Nezu: Why yes. Earlier last few months you caught the League of Villains. Is it possible for you to release them into our custody?

Y/N: No....because your Tartarus prison has been broken into by the same people dozens of times. Not to mention that your hero system is already incompetent and corrupted. We're not doing this unless you can give us some legitimate terms.

And they all discussed their terms to which Ozpin's frustration both Auditor and Y/N refused to accept any of his terms. Nezu however was competent enough and got them to accept some of his, seeing this as a lost cause for his side.

And after an hour, Y/N and Auditor finally reached their decision.

Y/N: I'm sorry but although you are willing to concede to change the current status quo Ozma here doesn't seem like it. We'll be continuing this war.

Ozpin: It appears so-

Y/N: I see you~

*BOOM*

Y/N stomps the ground, bringing the entire warehouse down and revealing the entire Atlas Military who had their weapons drawn.

Ironwood: We have you surrounded! Surrender now!

Auditor/Y/N: No.

*BOOM*

Y/N stomps the ground again, creating a dust cloud that settles around the entire battlefield. The atlas military began firing their weapons where Y/N and the Auditor were only to find them gone, already teleporting away with their transmitter while Union has none now since all their remaining transmitters have been hacked and rendered ineffective.

Although there's one more.

Ironwood: DAMNIT!

Ironwood bangs his head onto the controllers, mad that they got away.

Nezu: Ozpin.......you do realize what you've just done? They're going to invade Union! You only had to agree but you didn't!

Ozpin: Let them come. We have our last and most powerful weapon coming soon.

Meanwhile

Y/N: Jebediah?

Jebediah: Yeah?

Y/N: Give the generals the order.

Jebediah: What order?

Y/N: We're invading Union now.
