3RD PERSON POV

(This is just a one time thing and I'm not spending any chapters on this anime or anything after this)

Y/N: Hah.......it's a great day to relax.

After another battle just 400 miles from Vale, AAU has control over Vale and Vacuo. Even the strongest need to rest so Auditor gave Y/N and the others in his house a week to do so as AAU was easily able to manage the countless guerilla troops and mercenaries sent by Union and eradicate them all. Hank proposed a day where everyone spends their time alone so Y/N went to a random universe to do whatever he wanted....and so far it was quiet.

Y/N: Ah...maybe some mochi or ice cream will d-

*THUD*

???: Ow.....

Y/N: Oh sorry!

Aya: Sorry.....

Y/N helps her up as she holds her small backpack to her side.

Y/N: I wasn't looking so......

Aya: It's fine. It's my fault.

Y/N: No no I wasn't paying attention.

He then tries to walk to his destination only for her to follow him much to their confusion.

Y/N: Why are you following me?

Aya: I'm getting a snack.

Y/N: Me too.

Later

Waiter: Enjoy~

She walks back to the bakery leaving Y/N and Aya with their order of mochi to eat.

*SQUISH*

Y/N: Mmm....this is good.....huh?

Strangely enough Aya wasn't eating and instead pushed the plate towards Y/N.

Y/N: Why aren't you eating it? We both ordered our own share.

Aya: You can have it.

Now normally Y/N would consider this as kind but there were definite red flags seeing as she tries to looks away.

Y/N: No no I insist. I was just here for a snack and so are you.

Aya: I'm not hungry so-

Y/N: *sigh* Ok....

Y/N gets up from his seat and sits next to Aya holding a piece of the mochi to her mouth as she backs away surprises.

Y/N: Look I can't just let this food go to waste and you said you wanted a snack to eat. So come on.....do you want to eat?

Aya: I can?

Y/N: 'Something is wrong.' *sigh* Just open your mouth and eat this........

Aya: Ok.

Y/N: That wasn't so bad....do you want the 2nd one?

Aya: I'm good.

Y/N: Are you sure?

Aya: Oh......ok.

She gently bites into the remaining mochi and eats it.

Aya: It's good.

Y/N: That's more like it! Are you a high-schooler by the way?

Aya: *nod*

REVIEWING MEMORIES OF AYA ASAGIRI

SUBJECT Y/N WILL GET UPSET

OH SHIT DON'T REVIE-

Y/N does so anyway and looks into her memory only to find............

Y/N: Huh.......

Y/N: Just like me.......

Aya notices the darkening look on his face as she taps his shoulder.

Aya: Are you ok?

Y/N: *snap* Yeah? Where are you heading next?

Aya: I need to go home. Brother will be worried about me.

Y/N: Well do you want me to walk you home?

Aya: I'm good.

Y/N: I insist really! It's not everyday I make a friend!

Aya: We're friends?

Y/N: Yeah! Just lead the way and I'll follow you ok?

Aya: Ok.

She gets up and quietly walks back home with Y/N following her, making sure no one is coming out or anything to attack her.

Later

Aya: We're here....

Behind the door however shouts and such can be heard. Aya rings the doorbell and immediately someone quickly walks to the door and opens it.

Momoko: Aya you're home!

Aya: Mom.......

Momoko hugs her adopted daughter until she notices Y/N standing there next to her.

Momoko: *cautious* And who might this person be?

Y/N: I'm Y/N.....a friend of Aya.

Momoko: Huh......*smile* I never thought my daughter would make a friend. It's nice to meet you Y/N.

Y/N: Nice to meet you to-

*BAM*

(Jirou Asagiri will just be called JA)

???: GET UP YOU FAILURE!

Momoko: *worry* Can you please stay here? I need to handle something.

She closes the door and quickly walks further into the house to stop whoever was making that noise. Unbeknownst to her, Y/N just stopped the door from closing by a centimeter and slowly opens it, his face having a cold look.

Aya: Mom said not to-

Y/N: Wait here.

He opens the door and steps inside, the shouts growing louder and louder. He takes off his shoes; putting them against the shoe rack inside as he steps into the dining room to find this.

Momoko: STOP! Can't you see he learned his les-

JA: SHUT UP!

*BAM*

He punches his son knocking him to the floor once again.

JA: ALL THESE EXPECTATIONS I LAID OUT AND ALL I GET IS NOTHING BUT SHIT!

*BAM*

Y/N clenches his fist, his anger growing by the seconds while watching the upsetting scene. Every punch dealt by the father.......every time the brother abused his sister when he read her mind.............

Nostalgic memories am I right?

Your dad......your brother.......beating you down.......like before........

Am I rIgHt?!

JA was about to throw one last punch when Y/N was there, holding the punch back with one hand and shocking Kaname, Aya, and even Momoko who was holding JA back. Seeing this, JA tries to punch Y/N with his other fist but instead Y/N pushes him back, causing him to stumble and fall backwards.

JA: W-WHO THE FUCK ARE YO-

He stops talking, seeing the cold glare on Y/N's face as he looks into the father in utter disgust.

Y/N: What the fuck......are you doing to your son?

JA: What's it to you HUH?! WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU?!

Y/N: I'm Aya's friend.

Ignoring his warnings to get out, he turns to Kaname with a small smile, although it was clear he was trying not to punch through his head right there and then.

Y/N: Are you ok?

Kaname: *cough* M-My rib is broken a-and that fucker just keeps beating me!

Y/N: I see.......we-

*CRACK*

Y/N feels an iron rod crack against his skull as the father tries to get him out.

JA: OUT!

*CRACK*

JA: AYA CAN GO DIE FOR WHATEVER I CARE! NOW GET O-

He grabs the rod and wrenches it out of his grasp. He throws it across the room and turns to Kaname whose eyes widen at the sight of something metallic.

Kaname: WATCH OU-

*STAB*

JA: I SAID GET OUT-

*SHATTER*

Y/N in response grabs a nearby bottle and cracks it over JA's head shattering it and knocking him across the room.

Momoko: JIROU!

Y/N grabs the knife just as Momoko comes to check on her unconscious husband and pulls it out from his shoulder.

Aya: *panic* Y-Y/N you're hurt....

Y/N: I felt worse before............

His face turns serious however as he helps Kaname up.

Y/N: The two of you go to your room. I want to talk with your mom.

Later

Y/N:........So your husband is abusive......

It was a bit of a shocker to Momoko as Y/N introduces himself to her but seeing his past she agrees to talk with him.

Momoko: *sigh* Ever since we were married.

Y/N: Why haven't you contacted the authorities?

Momoko: *sigh* I-I can't. I don't want to break the family apart......I just hope Jirou will someday come to his senses.....

Y/N: Your son is nearly mentally unstable and your daughter is depressed and suicidal.

Her heart stopped and she starts to tremble.

Momoko: W-What?

Y/N: Your son and daughter are nearly on the verge of instability. It's clear that your husband is clearly more harmful then helpful to you and your children.

Momoko: B-But I need the money to pay for the-

Y/N: I can pay for it.

Momoko: Really?

Y/N: I have a lot of money in my hands.

Momoko: How much?

Y/N: Somewhat like $1079816235

Momoko: WHA-

Y/N: Doesn't matter. What I can guarantee is having the legal procedures ready and stuff and paying for expenses.......but there is one thing I'd like to request.

Momoko: And that is?

Y/N: Can you please hand over the custody of your daughter to me?

Momoko: W-What?!

Y/N: I promise you I'll take good care of her. After all she needs an older brother to look up to.

Momoko: But my son is her older brother-

Y/N: Your son fucking abuses her everyday.

Momoko:...................

Seeing her unresponsive in shock, Y/N gets up and hands her some "papers."

Y/N: If you don't believe me, ask your son. However, I'm not asking you to hate your son and anything. Treat your son kindly. Push him to try his hardest but don't push him like your husband. Make sure to take good care of her once your husband is arrested. Only then can he really change for the better. However, having Aya and Kaname both together is not good. That is why I'm asking permission to take care of Aya. I will keep track of her and make sure to contact you every week to show how well she's doing, ok?

Hearing no response still, he sighs and walks down the hallway, arriving at the room where Aya was in.

*KNOCK*

*THUD*

Kaname: *grin* Now that's my favorite human punching ba-

*BOOM*

He lets out a girly scream as Y/N kicks the door open and steps inside to throw him off of Aya.

Y/N: *growl* Next time you think of hurting her I'll rip your fucking arms off OK?!

He nods in fear seeing the look of malice on his face before Y/N helps Aya up and holds a hand to her slightly bruised cheek.

Y/N: Are you ok?

Aya: *nod* yes.........

Y/N: Good because pack your things.

Aya: Why?

Y/N: You'll be living with me now.

Kaname: WHAT?! WHY?!

Y/N: Your father will be arrested for attempted murder and domestic abuse.

Kaname: *shock* Really?

Y/N: However I can't condone what you've done and these conditions to live in are unacceptable so Aya will be living with me.

Unbeknownst to them, Aya was already packing her things as Y/N was scolding Kaname to hell and back with his scary glare.

Y/N: Look I get that your father is a ############### but it doesn't excuse what you did. However, I won't report this to the authorities but do make sure to not let this happen again OK?

Kaname: O-Ok.

*TAP*

Aya: I'm done.

Aya had 2 suitcases packed to the brim with her stuff.

Y/N: Wait here. Let me go talk to your mother.

He walks outside the room only to find Momoko has already signed the forms in addition to some other papers.

Y/N: You made your decision?

Momoko: Looking over everything you said....I believe this is the best choice for the family.

Y/N: It's not like you'll be alone. You have a son to care for after all.

Momoko: True....*sigh* Are you sure this is the right choice?

Y/N: *nod* I believe so.

Momoko: Very well.....I had these other forms just in case. Take it to her school and give them to the principal. Until then you can teleport them back to your home.

Y/N: Ok.

Momoko: But........please take good care of my daughter.

Just then Aya and Kaname come out of their rooms, Aya with her two suitcases to find JA still unconscious on the floor.

Aya: What's this about teleporting?

*WOOSH*

Kaname lets out another girly scream as a portal appears besides Y/N.

Y/N: Just shove the suitcases past this.

Aya: Ok.

She pushes the suitcases into the portal and it immediately closes.

Y/N: If you're all wondering, I'm a dimensional traveler. I don't know but there is some weird stuff happening in your world as well but I don't know and frankly I don't care about it.....anyways anything to say?

Momoko: Sweetie....I should've done more about this....

She hugs her adopted daughter, consoling her as Aya hugs her back.

Aya: It's ok mom.

Y/N: Kaname......anything to say to your sister?

He says nothing and goes back to his room, locking the door as Y/N sighs disappointed.

Aya: *sad* Onii-chan.......

Momoko: *bow* I'm sorry for my son's behavior......

Y/N: It's ok. Anyways, my contact info should be on the piece of paper on the desk but hide it away just in case. Until then.....I wish you all the best of luck.........

Both Y/N and Aya put on their shoes and walk out the door, leaving Momoko with a whole lot to take in and do. Just 2 miles away, police cars can be seen rushing to the scene.

Later

Aya: Why? Why take me in?

Y/N: Let's just say you remind me of my past....but that doesn't really matter....*rubs her head* I'm sure you'll have a great time at where I live.

Aya nuzzles her head to the hand patting her head as they walk through the hallways of her school, already settling everything with the principal although he was strangely enthusiastic to let go of Aya although he might be a bit high since Y/N spotted a stick at the corner of the room.

Student #1: Aya has a friend?

Student #2: *scoff* Must be Erika's friend or something. Look at the scars on his upper arm!

Student #3: The two of them........what a frea-

Y/N: What the fuck did you say?

Student #3: N-Nothing.....

All the students backed away now scared at the cold tune of his voice as he quietly walks down the hallway with Aya by his side.

Y/N: You'll get along with Asia and Mako. Maybe.........Mei....yeah maybe. BBQ and the trio might be a bit....too much but they're chill.

Aya: If you say so.....

They were past several classrooms and were about to head out the door when a hand grabs the scuff of Aya's shirt to which Y/N grabs.

Erika: *scared* H-Hey........

Y/N: What are you doing?

Sarina: *frown* We're just here to say goodbye to your friend-

Y/N: *yawn* The only thing I see here are 3 bitches who think they can do whatever the fuck they want.

Sarina/Ai/Erika: HUH?!

Y/N: Well goodbye I guess. Let's go Aya.

Sarina: STOP RIGHT THERE!!

Ignoring their shouts, Y/N walks with Aya out the entrance only to find a Senior blocking the way for them while looking at Aya with a disgusting expression.

Y/N: 'You got to be fucking kidding me.....'

Shota Arai: Looks like you brought a friend Aya....I can't wait to show him when I pop your little cherr-

*BOOM*

Y/N slams his head into the concrete wall cracking it and throwing him across the area onto another wall, knocking him unconscious and surprising the students and people that were passing by after school.

Sarina: H-HOW DARE YOU?! APOLOGIZE TO ME RIGHT-

*SLAP

Sarina held a hand to her face as she tearfully glares at Y/N.

Sarina: D-DID YOU JUST SLAP ME?! I AM SARIN-

*SLAP*

Y/N: I YEARN FOR TRUE GENDER EQUALITY! TO SLAP SOME BITCHES!

Erika: *growl* YOU'LL PAY FOR-

Later

Erika: *tearing* P-Please stop.

Ai: *tearing* W-We'll stop bullying p-people.

Sarina: *tearing* J-Just don't slap us anymore. I-I can't take it a-any longer.

Y/N: I see......NOW SCRAM BEFORE I SHOVE MY FOOT UP YA'LL ASSES!

They all ran away with swollen faces as Y/N turns to lead Aya away from the school one last time.

Aya: Why did you hit them?

Y/N: *sigh* People like them need to be reminded they're not above everyone else around them.

They reached the end of an alleyway and Y/N opens a portal for them to both step through.

Y/N: Past this portal is my home.....are you ready?

Aya: How old are you?

Y/N: 19.

Aya: You're older than my brother by 3 years.....

Y/N: Is that so?......I can just be your older brother then.

Aya: Ok.

They both step through at the same time, finding Aya's suitcases next to them while-

*SPLAT*

Kiana: Oops.....

Cecilia: *frown* Kiana.....

Kiana: *embarrassed* Sorry again.....

Velvet walks into view with Eri holding a cupcake only to notice Aya standing there awkwardly.

Velvet: Um........any explanation for this?

Ryuko: Huh......anything?

Y/N: *sweating* Well.....

Later

Y/N proceeds to tell them everything that happened.

Y/N: And now she'll be living with us......although we're at war with Union.......

Cecilia: Not the most convenient of times.....

Deimos: But we don't mind. Make yourself at home.....Um what's your name?

Aya: *nervous* Aya.....

Ryuko: Cmon now! Don't be shy! We have a long day to introduce ourselves!

Nora: WOOO-

*SPLAT*

Y/N: *sigh* This is one chaotic day....sorry if everyone here's a bit.....cuckoo sometimes.

Aya: It's ok.........

Later

Well since it was kind of late they all just introduced themselves although Aya didn't seem fazed at all. They ate dinner quietly and Aya still hasn't said anything although she did seem to get along with Asia.

Aya: Why do you brush your teeth so vigorously? Do you all share the same bathroom?

Y/N: Um.....

Y/N: I have done so for a while......

Ryuko: *brushing* Yup! Sometimes though........

They all finished brushing and rinsed their mouths. Done with the day, Y/N secretly creates a clone that goes to his bedroom and he quietly goes to Aya's new bedroom himself.

Y/N: This is your room huh.....you got a good one.

Just then Aya gets up from her bed and locks the door and stands in front of Y/N waiting.

Y/N: Um......is there anything you want to tell me in private?

Aya just stood there, shaking as Y/N realizes what she was doing.

Aya: Why won't you hit me?

Y/N: NO NO! I'm not that kind of person!

Aya: You're........not?

Y/N: No I'm not that kind of person to abuse others indiscriminately ok?

He loops an arm around her and leads her to sit down on the bed with him.

Y/N: Just think of me as that caring older brother you know.....someone you can trust.

Aya: Brother?

Y/N: *vigorous nodding* Mhm! Well we can- OOF!

Y/N loses balance after wobbling on his side and they both fall backwards onto the bed, tangled up against each other in their PJS. Y/N looks to Aya who didn't seem to move, still expecting Y/N to hurt her or something in some way which tore Y/N's soul apart mentally.

Y/N: Look I'm not going to hurt you or anything ok? I'll prove it to you.....

He pulls up the blanket over them and wraps an arm around her waist, holding her close as she nervously wraps her arms around him.

Y/N: Better?

Aya: *nervous* Yeah.......

He then holds his remaining hand to her face, caressing it gently as she lets out a quiet gasp.

Y/N: Relax. I won't hurt you.....so sleep...ok? Sleep.........

She says nothing but Y/N notices the tension fading as Aya melts to his touch. She lets out a quiet sigh and wraps her arms around him, burying her head into his chest. Her eyes flicker as if she wanted to sleep but couldn't until Y/N stares at her and rubs the back of her head affectionately, showing that he really meant what he said and that he did care for her.

Aya: *mumble* Onii-chan.........

Her eyes close and she sleeps peacefully with her arms wrapped around Y/N.

(This is a platonic relationship NOTHING MORE AND NOTHING ELSE)

Y/N: Huh......I don't mind being a older brother actually.......

He wraps his other arm around her as she snuggles tightly with him. They both slept together, the little sister comforted by what she can consider a true brother.......

She slept peacefully for the first time that night.

Next Chapter: Settling in with the Family

A little secret will be revealed to Union in this next chapter in the second half of it I promise you that of the tape.

Chapter after that is the next major battle.
