Auditor: They had to go home for "business."

Wither: They have to be planning something.

Jebediah: Let's head to the courthouse now.

Judge: AAU?

Everyone(AAU): Present.

Judge: Unfortunately Union has business to do elsewhere but lawyers present?

Union lawyers and delegates: Present.

Judge: Very well......after discussing with the jury we have reached a verdict.

He reaches for a letter that one of the jury members gave to him. Strangely though, the Union delegates and lawyers were calm, as if they were confident that they could win......

Or something was going to happen.

Judge: First of all after discussing with other government officials from Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, China and more and taking a tour.....we, the world officially recognize AAU as a legitimate and official military force and government and Nevada as a legitimate country and superpower.

Murmurs immediately spread across the room as the Union delegate stands up clearly angry about the verdict.

Union delegate: Judge how can you possibly recognize a criminal organization as a governmen-

Judge: LET ME FINISH UNION!

They were all silenced by his shouting as he bangs his gavel.

Judge: We have gathered data from our lie detectors. AAU.....was 99.99% truthful-

Union Delegate: So they did lie!

Judge: The only lie was a miscalculation of basic math! Population wasn't 6 billion people but 16 billion people.

Union Delegate: WHAT?!

Judge: In addition, the ratio of false to true in your testimony I might add is 76 to 1 so don't tell us we're recognizing a criminal organization when you have been clearly lying about your accusations and such!

The delegate sits back down intimidated by the judge's glare as he turns to his paper.

Judge: In Union vs AAU..........AAU is found not guilty of all charges filed by Union

Union Delegate: SIR!

Judge: I'M NOT DONE!.........We will see to it that we can integrate our people with yours AAU and negotiate some deals and treaties......if you don't mind.

Auditor: Not at all.

Judge: Now for Union........Union is found guilty of all charges against them.

The delegate's face paled but the judge wasn't done yet.

Judge: Union will pay the total compensation for the damage caused of about $182728103716. Your net worth is 990 trillion so you can pay for this.....right?

Hank:

Union Delegate: Y-Yes sir.

Judge: In addition, you will change the fundamentals of your entire society. Your methods are far too lenient and us SHIELD and NATO will be monitoring your process. We also expect for a new council of Union to be appointed as well as Atlas-

*BOOM*

The door bursts open revealing a panicked guard.

Guard: SIR! THE ENTIRESOUTHEAST COASTLINE IS UNDER ATTACK!

Judge: WHAT?!

The TV suddenly flickers and reveals Atlas Forces attacking and invading the US through the coastline. Troop count was about 35,000 Atlas troops and 1500 paladins and 1000 bullheads. The Auditor and Y/N were already on his phone and frantically contacting AAU forces that are already moving in onto Atlas by the thousands along with SHIELD and US soldiers.

Auditor: MOVE IN! DON'T LET THEM GO ANY FURTHER!

Y/N: Contact Squad 67-867! Tell them to engage Atlas and don't hold back!

Rich: *phone* YES COMMANDER!

Fury: AVENGERS!

All the Avengers out of their seats and quickly donned their suits and weapons. Y/N and a couple others were about to draw their weapons when they notice something.....

Judge: THEY ESCAPED!

15 seconds ago a portal opened and Union soldiers were able to pull their entire lawyer team away. Y/N was about to go after him when he notices Eri missing from where his friends were.

Cecilia: ERI!

Kiana: SHIT! WHERE IS SHE?

Deimos: Wait I had a gps locator on her! Let me get my computer out!

With the whole courtroom in chaos, Y/N walks up to his friends as Deimos whips out his supercomputer and begins furiously typing in some stuff.

Sanford: HURRY THE FUCK UP!

Deimos: WAIT JUST 10 FUCKING SECONDS!

*DING*

He was able to type in the correct code and the computer gives them a map of the world as well as the coordinates for where Eri was.

Which was at Union Academy.

Y/N: FUCK! I'll go get her!

Winter: Wait let us come with you!

Y/N: No! Let me do this myself! If they really want me to come then I'll come myself!.......

He had a soft look on his face as he pats her head.

Y/N: I'll come back.....don't worry.

*WOOSH*

A portal opens and he immediately steps through leaving his friends hurriedly getting ready as numerous Atlas soldiers can be seen marching to the courthouse.

Later

*WOOSH*

Y/N: ERI!

Eri: Y/N!

She escapes from Gwen's grasp and runs to Y/N hugging his leg tightly.

Y/N: Eri did they do anything to you?

Eri: *scared* N-No.

Sensing the fear in her voice, he turns his head to his former family and friends as multiple heroes hide and are waiting to capture him right there and then.

Y/N: And here I-

Silas: W-Wait son!

Y/N: Make it quick.

Silas: W-We only brought her back so she can be properly cared for! You understand that right?

Y/N: *sigh* I see your point. You're doing this to show that you care for me right?

Hana: Y-Yes!

Mira: We want to show you that we're sorry!

Y/N: Ok you can have Eri.

Silas: *relieved* I'm glad you understa-

*BOOM*

Blood erupts from his mouth as Y/N lands a charged punch onto his stomach. His body slams into a nearby pillar shattering it and then slamming into a metal wall as he slumps down unconscious and badly injured.

Claudia: S-SILAS!

Travis: Y-Y/N I-

*BOOM*

They were all blown back by a shockwave along with the heroes riding. Quickly getting back onto their feet, they look up only to meet Y/N's grin.

Mira: Y-Y/N we were trying-

Y/N: Did you..........

Y/N: *grin* Did you seriously think I would forgive you shitheads?!

*BOOM*

He swings his arm, knocking the last remaining hero unconscious and cracking his skull onto the pavement.

Hana: B-But-

Y/N: I was merely testing you.....but you failed fucking miserably. You really thought I didn't see the heroes waiting to capture me?

Eri: Papa can we go back now?

Y/N: Yes Eri.

He opens a portal behind him as Eri steps through. Before he crosses though he turns to his past who tries to speak up only to get silenced.

Y/N: Seeing as you still haven't changed, I will never forgive you all.

Y/N: You'll never win this war.

*BOOM*

Later

Eri: Mom!

She jumps onto Cecilia as she picks her up.

Auditor: I see you got your daughter back.

Y/N: *scoff* It was too easy....but how's our forces doing?

Auditor: 70% percent of Atlesian Forces were already decimated by our Orbital Cannon.

Y/N: Cannon?

Jaune: But are you sure about this? Union will be declaring war on you and AAU. Are you sure you can win?

Y/N: *sigh* The war has already begun.

Auditor: And AAU has no intention of holding back.

Y/N/Auditor: We will win.
