Y/N: Come again?

Y/N met up with the lawyer team and Avengers again but this time his friends were there too.

Tony: *sigh* After interrogating everyone involved in the kidnapping we arrested Ironwood for conspiracy of several assassinations and kidnapping and first degree murder. But Atlas took offense to that and demanded we let him go so we had to release Ironwood into Atlas custody due to "diplomatic immunity." I suspect they might try something on the day of the verdict announcement.

Yae Miko: That's.....rather troublesome.

Jebediah: But nothing we can handle.

Fury: Now moving into the trial.........well it's going surprisingly well.

Auditor: The whole world knows what Union has done. My business phone is littered with hundreds of propositions and businesses deal including if they can come to Nevada already after the first trial within minutes.

Banner: You all are actually well received here in the US despite Union branding you as a villain group. But now if you aren't famous before you sure are all now. I can guarantee that we will be on the winning side for sure.

Rocket: *snort* It was funny how the Schnee lost it.

Hank: True true.

Y/N: To be fair I only used it to reverse the destruction Union caused into its original state but that's about it. I promise I did not do anything with it.

Strange: I'll take your word for it.

Wanda: Are you even concerned that he accidentally took the time stone out of everything?

Strange: I talked with him many times in the past months. He's a man of his word I can assure you.

Tony: 'If he was willing to even show his memories then alright...'

Fury: We're doing good but not good enough. What is our main objective?

Y/N: Point out Union's internal corruption to the whole world.

Fury: And how do you point it out? Who do you accuse or use as a witness.

Y/N: You find the individuals that are part of it and find the individual who has experienced the injustice himself........wait that's me!

Fury: Exactly.

Later

Judge: Day 3 of AAU vs Union! We are at the individual stage so you may accuse singular individuals from each side now. And answer why the other side should not be trusted, as this is deemed a very serious case.

And Union proceeds to give the usual bullshit, accusing AAU of a bunch of bullshit  only for them all to be successfully defended against. But now it's time for the final defense, the final time that AAU will speak for themselves.

Phoneix: *whisper* Y/N.

Y/N: Yeah?

Phoneix: Take it from here.

Keon: Give us the last testimony....show the world world no.....show the whole universe what Union has done.

Y/N: Of course...

Y/N stands up from the podium as the judge nods.

Judge: Very well, give us AAU's last testimony.

He then swears Y/N in, asking him to tell the truth and nothing but the truth for the last time to which Y/N agrees to. Suddenly a stack of documents appears on the judge's desk and he takes them.

Y/N: Ladies and gentlemen, now you may be wondering should you trust Union?.......I would say no. Their hero and huntsman system has already been proven to be incompetent and ineffective against various villain attacks....but then, they would stoop so low to keep criminals in their ranks....

Judge: Oh? What criminals?

Y/N: First......I want to introduce someone you may be all familiar to.....

*BAM*

Touya comes out from the entrance to the courtroom surprising everyone except for Shoto, Fuyumi, and Natsu who had their eyes wide open. He walks down onto the witness stand as the judge raises his brow.

Judge: And who would you might be?

Touya: My name......is Touya Todoroki or in other terms you can go by Dabi.

Naomasa: True-

Immediately some of the Union students especially Bakugou tried to stand up only for someone in the audience to hold them down with her telekinesis.

Bakugou: WHY ARE YOU LETTING A DAMN VILLAIN IN HER-

Fubuki: Shut your mouth.

He reluctantly closes his mouth seeing the glares of everyone in the courtroom but still had that angry look on his face as the judge frowns but doesn't say anything.

Judge: Continue.

Touya: As I was saying, I am Touya. You may think that my father, the number 2 hero of Japan is a great person. Well that's wrong. He had been abusing me ever since I got my quirk. He would train me as he calls it to surpass the number 1 hero Allmight. You may say I had scars but luckily an AAU medic (you know what I'm talking about) was there to heal most of it away. On the screen all these scars were the cause of him making me overuse my quirk so I burned myself because of him.

On the screen was the horrid pictures of Touya's body as a child showing the scars thanks to Reine's ability to project the images. Gasps filled the room except for Union who tried to say that he's lying to no avail.

Touya: Am I telling the truth?

Lie detector #4/Lie detector #5: *nod*

Judge: Shoto Todoroki is this your brother and is he telling the truth?

Shoto: Yes. In fact, he has done the same to me as well.

His classmates eyes widened in horror and the revelation although Touya was cackling inwardly since Endeavor was still back at Union.

Touya: I will take my lead back into AAU custody now.

He walks to the AAU side where quirk suppressant ankle braces were put onto him and sat down onto one of the empty seats.

Y/N: Second.......you may know him as the "Oppai Dragon"-

Issei: *grin* That's me!

Y/N: But did you know that he had sexually assaulted almost a hundred women in his time at Union?

Issei's face immediately fell along with Rias and her peerage as he tries to deny this but Y/N was having none of it.

Y/N: On Operation Downfall, one of the forces associated with the devils there was in fact Rias and her entire peerage. Given free reins to do whatever he wants, Issei went about killing everyone he saw and doing some.......questionable things with all the females he sees.

The screen clips to Issei killing off some mercenaries. After doing so he spots Revy although her face and body was blurred along with her coworkers and grabs her from them as she struggles and tries to shoot his draconic armor to no effect. People can clearly see him squeezing her breasts as she yells for him to fuck off. He doesn't and proceeds to take off her shorts as she pleads for him to let her go along with her friends who tried to attack him only for Issei to smack them away.

Issei: *unbuckling draconic armor* This will be perfect~ Not your first time hu-

*BOOM*

He gets drop kicked out of nowhere by Y/N sending him crashing into a building as Revy crashed into her friends as they catch her.

Y/N: You......are fucking disgusting...

Issei: You're alive?! *growl* I'LL MAKE SURE YOU KNOW YOUR PLACE!

He tries to hit him with a boosted punch only for Y/N to catch it with two fingers surprising him.

Y/N: *whisper* weak

He viciously knees him in the stomach, shattering his balance breaker entirely and slams him into the ground where he proceeds to break each one of his limbs with a stomp before picking him up by his head.

Y/N: Tell Union TO FUCK OFF AND QUIT KEEP DOING THIS!

He opens a portal back to Union and throws him through it before closing it just as a retainer and Soldat units gather around the place.

Soldats/Retainer: Sir!

Y/N: At ease.

The video ends and now Issei was sweating buckets.

Shinso: What do you have to say for yourself?

Issei: What do yo-

His eyes became clouded, allowing for Shinso to ask again as Rias desperately tries to stop him by using her magic without being seen but a barrier was put around Issei just in case.

Shinso: Why did you rape these women and tried to assault the women in the video?

Y/N: Third....Yang and Bakugou. Those two have been killing quite a few students back in Union and outside. As you can see here, Yang Xiao Long has been causing quite a bit of property damage on each bar she goes to totaling a cost of 20 million dollars worth of wine and infrastructure. Bakugou on the other hand has a history of violence up from middle school into Union. As you can see, these are the numerous cases ranging from assault to murder made by the local police department but was never brought up to court for.....strange reasons.....actually I want to bring up something. Do you know about the story where a student died in a grimm attack in Union a little more than a year ago?

Judge: Yes?

Y/N: Well let me show you a memory of what actually happened-

Immediately Yang and Bakugou jumped out of their seats and tried to get to Y/N.

Yang/Bakugou: STO-

Y/N: SIT THE FUCK DOWN!

Deimos's chains wrapped around them both pulling them down onto the chair and trapping them there as they tried to struggle to no effect.

Judge: I said.....no acting UP!

They both quieted down at the commanding tone of his voice as he turns to Y/N nodding for him to walk to Reine who projects his memory onto the screen. To Yang and Bakugou's lament, it shows them both beating Y/N to the brink of death, breaking his bones and ribs that eventually puncturing his lungs and stomach causing him to spit out blood but they didn't stop there until he was a broken mess.

Yang/Bakugou: Heh....just die sooner or later now. Choice is yours.

They leave him there in the Emerald Forestto die and the memory ends. No words could be said around the room, everyone was silent unlike Yang and Bakugou who were struggling to get out of their restraints.

Y/N: They keep these kind of people in their system and allow society to crumble and struggle because of people's foolishness. Who knows how many stories they covered up, what they do to ensure that their fragile system is still functioning as they believe it should be. They say that Union is welcome to everyone in the world......but that's a straight up lie.

Judge: Oh how so? What's your life like if they all did this?

Phoneix: 'He's finally telling his story.'

Y/N: As I said, my name is Y/N. The four years of my life were......nevertheless peaceful. I had a loving father and mother, brother and sister. They would always care for me, love me as if they were my own family. It was a great life.......but that changed when I was declared to be powerless.

Judge: And?

Y/N: My brother and sister were ecstatic that they had aura, which meant that they were bound to have a semblance sooner or later. But when I got home, I just wanted a snack.....but instead my mom smacked me down the stairs, calling me a worthless prick. And that's when my life in hell began.

He began to describe his life, how he was never loved, how he had to get his own food while getting beaten by his father and mother for being a weakling that doesn't belong in a prestigious huntsman family. His siblings never talked with him except they joined in on the beatings. Sometimes they would chain Y/N to the basement where they would torment him even further, breaking some bones and causing permanent scars on his bodies with their weapons.

Y/N: School was even a hellhole too. My family never drove me anywhere so I had to walk there myself. My parents and siblings would turn the whole school against me so that every day I'm beaten by my own classmates. My teachers would always flunk me despite doing good because a weakling like me doesn't deserve shit.

The details got more gruesome as he even had Reine project some pictures as many of the courtroom members went outside to barf their stomachs out from the disturbing pictures and details. Even AAU was disturbed by what he gone through. It was a miracle he was even alive considering the many times he was injured ended up being life threatening. Luckily he was able to haul himself to a hospital because the taxi drivers didn't do shit. And luckily he made a few friends....like the cat in the alleyway and Winter when he was 15 and ran away from home.

Y/N: Sometimes....I've always wondered what it was like to be dead. I even wanted to kill myself just to end the suffering until......I was enrolled into Union Academy. I was ecstatic! I could finally get away away from the hellhole I was in!.........except I ended up in an even bigger one.

Union Academy was the biggest mistake that Y/N thought he made. From day one, the team he was assigned to kicked him out and replaced him with his sister so he had to sleep outside on the rooftop or the grass or outside the school. Everyday he was beaten within an inch of his life whether it was combat class where Glynda purposely picks him, he was just trying to get lunch, or just anywhere at any time. He would always get healed only to end up in the infirmary the next day. Everyone calls him a loser, worthless, weakling, a deku, someone who does belong there. He made some friends, only for most of them to not help him at all when he needs it. He even was able to get a girlfriend only to see her sleeping with his tormentors and even joining in on the beat down. He tried to voice his concerns to the teacher and headmasters only to dismiss him as if he were nothing.

Y/N: I still had hope that everything could change really.....but that ended one day when my "friend" invited me into the Emerald Forest.

He would go on to describe as he arrives at the destination only to get ambushed by team CRDL, few hero students including Bakugou, Rias and Issei, and team RWBY. The gruesome imagery of what they did to him disturbed the entire audience and everyone watching. Eventually....he was left for dead where one of the few friends that was actually nice to him, Ryuko came over as he laid dying.

Y/N: I would've died there. I didn't have enough time to get to a hospital if it wasn't for Jed.

Judge: Who's Jed-

Jed: Me.

Jed walks into the courtroom confusing everyone but Y/N and Ryuko's eyes were wide open.

Judge: *annoyed* Who gives you permission to come in here?!

Jed: I'll introduce myself. I am Jed, creator, watcher, and destroyer of the multiverses and beyond.

Devil #1: Hah! You're lyi-

Jed: KNEEL

As if driven by a supernatural force, everyone watched seem to kneel before him although they didn't want to. Everyone was powerless, except for Y/N and some of his friends who were struggling to stand with the exception of Y/N who stood firm and tall.

Jed: *grin* You got stronger. I applaud you for that.

Y/N: Thanks.

He lets go of his control and everyone watching sits back down and glancing worryingly at Jed.

Jed: Is that a-

Issei: DI-

Issei goes into balance breaker and tries to punch Jed only for his whole hand to shatter as he screams in pain. Sighing, Jed turns and heals his hand but then knocks him unconscious.

Jed: Can someone take out the idiotic pervert?

Security grabbed Issei and dragged him out for acting up as the other peerage members followed.

Judge: Ok....please continue.

Jed: To be honest, I was just bored. I was looking for someone to grant abilities to. That's when I stumbled onto Y/N....an unfortunate soul in a corrupted society. I was going to leave when I saw something.....something that led me to believe that he would do great things so I just gave him one ability: to travel to different worlds through portal creation. And behold, he did do something great. He not only was able to get strong enough to rival various gods around the multiverse he even founded AAU in a hellhole of a world that bounded them all together with the soul purpose. The soul purpose of creating an environment and society where no one will ever be discriminated or oppressed ever again. Now if you excuse me I have somewhere to go to at the moment~

Before anyone could do anything he flashes away leaving them wondering where he went until the judge turns to Y/N.

Judge: Is it true? Was everything that he said true?

Y/N: Yes.

Nezu: But why did you kidnap birth Velvet and Ryuko?

Y/N: Once again, they willingly came with me.

Nadia: True.

Y/N: After some time, under Auditor's words me and AAU went to this world once again, annihilated Trihexa and began our mission to regain the peace that has been corrupted here. And that is the story of my life.

Silence filled the room...no one made a sound until Ozpin tries to speak up.

Ozpin: He lies! Some of our students may bully him but that's only a few and they never hurt him like he describe-

His words died down as Y/N takes off his vest and shirt revealing the numerous scars on his torso and arms and shocking everyone in the world watching.

Y/N: Is this enough proof Ozpin?

The condition his body was in made everyone freeze in horror. How can someone like him suffer such a fate? How is he still alive? These questions surfaced through everyone's head as he puts his clothes back on and looks to the camera.

Y/N: For those who are powerless and watching, don't be ashamed of your status. Prove to society that they're wrong. Get stronger, smarter, better in any way. Being powerless isn't a death sentence, it's only an obstacle, for the path that you set on will be the hardest, and once you finish crossing that path, you can finally prove that you're worth something, that all the pain and sacrifice you experienced is worth it at the very end of your journey......and remember, AAU will welcome anyone regardless of their differences........is everything I said true lie detectors?

Lie Detectors: H-He's telling the truth. Everything AAU's side has said is 100% the truth.

Union's faces pale at this as Y/N sits back onto his seat. Everyone is silent still trying to process his words.

Y/N: And that is all for our side.

Unbeknownst to him, Y/N just sparked a movement that will shatter the reality of the world.

Judge: I see. Well in that case........

Judge: Final day of delegation is over!

Later

Y/N: Hah.......that felt good......

Kiana immediately leaned sideways looking at Y/N's face only to find him relieved.

Kiana: Are you sure you're ok?

Y/N: *sigh* Yeah. Never been better.

Seeing his good mood she runs off with her friends leaving Y/N with the rest of the lawyer team and such who were relieved.

Fury: You did good.......you did really good.......

Keon: Is there a reason why you told your whole life story?

Y/N: *shrug* I wanted to rub salt into their wounds.

Jebediah: Classic Y/N.

Auditor: We will now be staying here for 3 days as they make their decision. You can do whatever you like....*smirk* even go on a date with your girlfriends and bring your adopted daughter if you'd like.

Y/N: I'll think about it.

Tony: Adopted daughter? *clap* Congratulations....

Y/N: Thanks......but about Union......

Fury: They'll attempt to deny everything within their territory...but that's almost impossible....but it's also impossible that they can weasel their way out of these punishments.

Y/N: True....but if they try to resist the whole world......you know what'll happen. I do have a contingency plan sort of if they choose to declare war, although I'm not saying they will.

Tony: But that's very likely though.

Y/N: True.

Barnes: What is it called?

Y/N: You know the saying if United we stand divided we fall, right?

Tony: Ah....I see that.

Jebediah: Anyway, I will be on my way. I heard there's some good bars around here.

Tricky: WaIt FoR mE!

And like that, everyone split ways leaving Y/N alone in the resort as many passing by glance at him.

Cecilia: Y/N.

He turns to find his girlfriends standing there concerned along with Eri.

Y/N: Hey.

Velvet: *concerned* Are you ok?

Y/N: *smile* Are you kidding me?! I never felt better than ever before in my life!
