Auditor: We did say that we have everything we need.

Tony: It seems as if Union angered A LOT more people than we bargained for.

Jebediah: But that's good though right?

Y/N: Union needs to change. They're all already causing too much suffering.

Rogers: True.

Fury: *ponder* When this is over though.....would you like to ally with each other? You have a very solid government and military system going on in Nevada.

Auditor: We wouldn't mind.

Tony: JARVIS what are the expected outcomes from just trial 1.

JARVIS: Let's just say in other terms that they are in a lot of trouble. Chances of winning this trial if done done correctly is 95%.

Tony: And the other 5%?

JARVIS: Union might bribe or threaten the judge but he won't concede.

Y/N: That's good.....actually......what do you all have in store for day 2?

Judge: Commencing day 2!

The court burst into silence as he turns to Union.

Judge: Union......please state your case!

Jacques: Of course....

He turns to the crowd and jury and exclaims to them his testimony.

Jacques: Ladies and gentlemen, I am Jacques Schnee! CEO of the Schnee Dust Company! It has come to my attention that AAU has been sabotaging my operations, preventing us from making our profits. Look onto the screen if you don't believe me!

The screen clips to several SDC workers and Atlas personnel being ambushed by AAU personnel......although the clip was suspiciously short.

Jacques: These ruffians have been meddling and costing us tens of millions of lien! I ask you to-

Jacques: What's the meaning of this?!

Phoneix: Your honor, why are these clips only showing our forces attacking the SDC workers? We should know what happens before the video so context can be derived from it!

Judge: Jacques can you please upload the full video from your personal device?

Jacques: This is an invasion of privacy!

Judge: But you are not giving us the whole truth. Jacques I demand you to show us the full video!

Shinso: Or else-

Jacques's eyes went blank again as his hands trailed to the computer projecting the video. 30 seconds passed before he clicks play.

*STATIC*

SDC Worker #1: Move you animals!

Three faunus, mother, father, and daughter all with wolf ears were being led, chained by 3 separate personnel to an Atlas soldier who has an iron brander with him.

Atlas soldier: You're the lucky bunch today huh.......

Without warning he presses the brand onto the daughter's head as she screams in pain. Her parents tried to get them to stop but they were beaten down.

Atlas Soldier: *grin* SHUT UP YOU FILTHY FAUNUS! YOU WILL ALL BE THE PROPERTY OF THE SDC NOW! YOU WILL LIVE AND DIE HERE FROM NOW O-

*BAM*

His body shot into a tree toppling it down and knocking him unconscious. Before the personnel could do anything they were knocked unconscious as well. 3 soldats came from the clearing with stun guns and one shotgun and sliced the shackles off of the Faunus. One of them immediately went to the daughter and tended to her face, placing a cool wet cloth over her forehead as she sobs.

Daughter: I-It hurts...

Soldat: Don't worry the pain will fade soon.

Father: W-Who are you all?

Soldat #2: AAU and we're here to help.......now come with us. You have no homes but we have somewhere better you can stay at.

The screen fades and Jacques now free of the brainwashing was now sweating buckets as more clips were shown of SDC's illegal activities ranging from illegal deals to tax fraud and such. Even more clips showed the mines and such where the Faunus slaves were being abused by the personnel while trying to mine for dust. When all the clips end, Ironwood was fuming mad but couldn't say anything while Weiss had a shocked but angry look to her face along with the rest of her team and some of the members. Jacques was speechless, for how can he lie now when the raw evidence is definitely pointing at him? All the jury and others though weren't happy.

They were furious.

Judge: It seems as if you are heavily involved in illegal activities Mr. Schnee. I will see to it that-

Jacques: WAIT! I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO DID SOMETHING ILLEGAL!

He points to Y/N accusingly who only mockingly raises his hands.

Jacques: YOU KIDNAPPED MY DAUGHTER!

Winter: Actually....

Winter appears from the audience and walks down to the empty seat besides Y/N.

Winter: I willingly came with him.

Judge: *curious* You willingly came with him?

Jacques: *furious* Winter Schnee you will come back here this instant-

Winter: I'm an adult. I can do what I want whenever I want.

Jacques: Why did you abandon your position as Ace Ops specialis-

Winter: On the day that I disappeared I sent in my resignation form to Ironwood.

Shinso: He.

Ironwood: You did no-

Shinso: Did you destroy the resignation form in anyway?

Ironwood: *dazed* Yes I did. She is a valued member of the Ace Ops so she can't leave no matter what, even if I have to force her to stay.

Ironwood was rid of the brainwashing quirk and immediately tried to explain himself only for the judge to silence him.

Judge: So it can be said that Winter Schnee is no longer part of the Atlas military. Anything else you'd like to add Mr. Schnee-

Before the jury could murmur about Winter being married, Y/N silenced them all.

Y/N: Actually.......is there a marriage license?

In Y/N's hands were the illegal marriage license forms which surprised Jacques.

JARVIS: You dropped them 2 hours ago and Mr. Stark picked them up. The form is 100% a forgery as many components and such are missing. Even then if your daughter and Liam were married if this was a legal license and contract there are a few words you missed on the bottom.

If the spouse leaves unheard of for about a month, you have no obligation to be with your spouse anymore and so marriage is voided without spouse's permission.

Y/N: So in other words, Winter is not obligated to be with her family and the marriage contract is invalid so technically she isn't married even if it's valid!

Jacques was stunned by this but his face quickly grows angry as he starts to shake.

Jacques: *angry* What are you implying? Winter who are you with?

Winter: Isn't it obvious?~

She turns to kiss Y/N shocking the entire courtroom and TV audience except for AAU's side. Now you may think that they wanted to prove their relationship to the whole world but no.

The entire AAU side just wanted to see how Jacques would react. And from the red look on his face it was going to be glorious.

Winter: He is my-

Jacques: *roar* NO!!!!! I REFUSE! YOU WILL NOT BE MARRYING THIS BUFFOON!

Winter/Y/N: *confused* Wait we're not married.

Jacques: YOU WILL COME TO ME WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT FUCKING DISGRACE!

Judge: Mr. Schnee please calm down!

Jacques began throwing a tantrum out in the middle of the court as Hank, Deimos and some people of AAU were laughing out loud which fortunately was drowned out by the screams of Jacques.

Judge: Mr. Jacques do not insult our people and please calm down!

Jacques: DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?! I AM JACQUES SCHNEE CEO OF SCHNEE DUST COMPANY! I CAN REMOVE MY SUPPORT FROM HIS COUNTRY AND PUT YOU ALL IN CRIPPLING DEBT-

Tony: *sigh* Even if you Union remove your money from our country, we don't use fucking dust and 90% of our economy is from ourselves. However....we do have a.......potential business partner at the ready.

He gestures towards AAU in which Auditor holds the thumbs up, angering Jacques even further.

Jacques: I WILL NOT LET THIS STAND! YOU WILL NOT BASH MY COMPANY INTO THE GROUND YOU WILL NOT ACCUSE ME OF FALSE ACCUSATIONS YOU WILL NOT DEFAME ME LIKE THIS!

Judge: *annoyed* Take him away!

Jacques: I WILL NOT LET YOU TARNISH MY COMPANY AND LET YOU TAKE MY DAUGHTER AWA-

Security personnel grabbed onto him and dragged him out of the court as he demanded to be let go of. His screams filled the hallway until he was far away enough that no one could hear him.

Hank: Fucking asshole.

Judge: Now that is settled, Union...........make sure your witnesses and members behave themselves in court because I won't tolerate that kind of behavior in a world court next time, got it?

Sirzechs/Nezu/Ozpin: *sweating* Y-Yes judge.

Judge: Now as the prosecutor, is there anything you'd like to add?

Ozpin: Of course.

Ozpin stands up onto the lawyer table and stares right to Y/N.

Ozpin: This is only directed to Y/N.....but after an encounter with him our students were found very injured.

The screen clips to show the condition that Class 1A and RWBY were in. There were bruises and such but Yang and Bakugou were particularly the worst. Yang's arm was missing while Bakugou's hand was barely recognizable, just a shriveled sausage.

Ozpin: My students said that you assaulted them without any warning and that you were entirely antagonistic during the exchange. Can you please explain why you assaulted them Y/N?

Yang and Bakugou both had a smug look on their faces while Izumi was uneasy, knowing where this was going to go. Ozpin was confident he could defame Y/N with this case.

How sad that they didn't tell him the truth.

Y/N: Judge....is there anyone that can project memories?

The people that attacked Y/N immediately stiffen as the judge warily eyes their reaction before turning to the door nearby.

Judge: In fact I do. Reine?

Reine: Yes judge.

Judge: Can you please project his memory?

Reine walked down the stairs and to Y/N.

Reine: Will you let me know which memory?

Y/N: 3 months 5 days ago on 4 PM.

Reine touched his head and began searching through his memories....until she found it. A bright light projected onto the screen....until it shows the colors of Y/N in Tokyo Ghoul with Ryuko and Velvet next to him.

Y/N: Leave.....we don't have to fight.

He tries to turn only to get blasted by Bakugou on the back.

Bakugou: YOU SHOULD'VE DIED YOU QUIRKLESS FREAK!

He began to explode Y/N over and over again sending blood and charred flesh everywhere as he blew his body apart. His laughs disturbed the courtroom as Bakugou starts to sweat. When all was said and done, smoke piled over Y/N's body obscuring their view of him as Bakugou laughs.

Bakugou: Finally you're dead. Now all I need is to bring the bunny bitch and slut out to-

*GRAB*

Y/N grabs his hand and stands up from the smoke, revealing half his face missing although it was healing very quickly.

Y/N: You.....try to kill me?

Bakugou: WHY AREN'T YOU DEAD?!

He tries to explode Y/N again but Y/N squeezes causing him to flinch. Before he could do anything, Y/N sighs and proceeds to crush his hand entirely, splattering blood onto the ground from the bones piercing his skin. He screams in agony and falls while holding his mangled hand only to be knocked unconscious by a boot to the head.

Y/N: Take your classmate and leave. I won't have to hurt any of you-

*SPLATTER*

A fist was shoved through his chest courtesy of Yang. Eyes gleaming, she takes his arm and rips it off and proceeds to kick him down as she climbs onto him and punches him in the face over and over again.

Yang: DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE-

*RRRRRRIIIIIIIPPPPPPP*

She screams in agony as her arm was ripped off by Y/N's remaining arm. Regenerating his arm and chest, he chokes Yang and raises her into the air before viciously kneeing her ribs, breaking them and slamming her whine body into the pavement, knocking her unconscious. He coldly stands up and faces the Union students who has the wit eyes wide open at the brutal display and wags his finger.

Y/N: If you won't leave us alone then fine. Fight me.

They all try their best to subdue him despite him wanting to walk away so he was forced to knock them all unconscious.

The memory ends and everyone had either a frown or mad look on their faces, exception was Ozpin who had a shocked look and the Union students who were internally panicking and their faces paled.

Y/N: Why would you accuse me of assault when your own students can very likely be accused for attempted murder? If I didn't have regeneration then I would've died.

Judge: Yes.......you should be taking responsibility for your OWN PEOPLE Ozpin! There is no excuse for this kind of behavior as a hero and huntsman you hear me Ozpin?!

Ozpin: Y-Yes judge.

Phoneix: Speaking of responsibility Azazel can we ask you a few questions?

Azazel: *clears throat* You may...

He steps to the podium himself only to see the unhappy faces of Zhongli and Jean glaring at him.

Jean: You are the governor of Fallen Angels am I right?

Azazel: Yes?

Jean: Then how do you explain this?

The screen clips to fallen angels indiscriminately attacking Mondstadt as the knights and vision wielders tried to stop them. His face paled as Phoneix steps up.

Phoneix: 3 months ago Mondstadt was under attack by fallen angels led by the fallen angel cadre Kobakiel. Fortunately, AAU forces along with Tricky were able to halt their destruction. Am I speaking the truth?

Lie detector #5: True.

Jean: You said you are the governor of your own people yet you can't control them and now criminals are stealing your stolen interdimensional devices. How are we sure you can handle the criminals in your own territory when they've been stealing from you with success?

Azazel: *sweating* I'm only one person-

Jean: Yet you don't have people working for you? You don't take responsibility for the lives lost due to the incriminating actions of your own people?

Issei took the time to stare at Esdeath, drooling only to look away in fear after she glares at him with a sadistic smile.

Phoneix: Not to mention Sirzechs!

Sirzechs walks to the stands quickly seeing Phoenix's narrowing face but ignores it.

Sirzechs: Yes?

Phoneix: Why did the devils attack Roanapur? I know you know about this Sirzechs.

From the shadows several devils tried to use their magic to put everyone under mind control and cast an illusion as part of Sirzechs's plan to sway the audience to his side. However Auditor notices this along with several other people and secretly chained them all up with his black flames preventing them from doing so.

Sirzechs: You see, Roanapur is a city filled with crime so I took it upon myself to fix it.

Judge: Fix it you say? Do you have footage?

Sirzechs: Of course.

He sprouts a grin on his face thinking that the world world will see a lie that the devils will fabricate without being seen...

Only to get his dreams crushed as the screen shows Roanapur being under attack by the devils and such. He turns only to find the devils that were supposed to follow his orders chained onto their seats not able to do their work.

Sirzechs: *angry* Why are my subordinates tied up?!

Auditor: I detected them using their magic so I prevented them from doing so. Is that too much to ask?

Before Sirzechs could say anything the judge slowly turns to him with an indifferent expression.

Judge: Did you just attempt to tamper with the evidence?

Sirzechs: I DID NO SUCH THING!

Nadia: False.

Sirzechs: OBJECTION! THE LIE DETECTORS ARE AN INVASION OF PRIVAC-

Judge: They are not if you all have been clearly lying 98% of the time according to our data.

Sirzechs: YOU WILL NOT USE THEM!

Judge: I AM THE JUDGE OF THIS COURT! Please do not RAISE YOUR VOICE!

Sirzechs: *flares aura* I AM SIRZECHS LUCIFER, HEAD OF THE DEVIL FACTION! I WILL NOT BE DISRESPECTED LIKE THI-

Before he could flare his aura even further, he collapsed unconscious after a chop to the neck by Jebby.

Judge: Thank you Jebby...security?

Security including Thor himself took the unconscious body of Sirzechs Lucifer out the courtroom leaving the judge furious with Union over their misconduct.

Judge: *disappointed* I am disappointed. I will personally see to it that you will learn from your trial misconduct and compensate for the tampered evidence...but for now.....

Judge: Day 2 delegation is over!

Later 8 PM.

Hank: Now that's another successful court trial am I right?

Auditor: The Lucifer thought that he could cheat his way in but throws a tantrum when things don't go his way.

Y/N: True......

Just then Eri comes out of nowhere holding Tyuule's hand but the look on her face concerned him.

Eri: Papa where's blue momma?

Y/N: Wasn't she with you?

Eri: One minute I saw mama in our room and then the other minute she was gone. I don't know where she went.

Y/N: *sigh* Wait here.

He opens a portal into his hotel room. Examining the doors and such, there was nothing wrong. But it's a bit suspicious......Winter disappearing after a minute out of thin air?

Sounds a bit sus to us.

???: Hello?

Y/N quickly grabs the hotel phone and listens carefully only to freeze at the words spoken:

Liam (phone): I know you're there Y/N. Meet me at Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Come alone if you want to see Winter alive. You'll pay for taking my beloved away from me.....so I'll love to see you suffer as she watches~

The phone call ends and Y/N was left standing in his room unmoving.

The hotel phone was in pieces as he drops the shards of glass and metal onto the floor.

He was about to slam his hand onto the counter but didn't do so, deciding that it wasn't worth it. He slowly turns around, only to reveal the sadistic smile on his face.

Claudia: Are you Y/N's friends?

In order to get Y/N to talk with them on equal terms, Silas promised to not talk as the old team, old girlfriend, old siblings and old parents all stood across from many of Y/N's friends including his girlfriends.

Hank: *narrow* He clearly said he does not anything to do with you all anymore.

Y/N: Winter got kidnapped...so I'm going after her alone. They said that I need to come alone if I want to see Winter still alive......

Some people didn't have faith and were panicking as Silas reaches for Y/N's shoulder.

Silas: Son it's too dangerous! Let the heroes-

He backs away seeing the cold glare on his face as he turns.

Y/N: Fuck the hero system. I'll go after them myself.

He tries to walk forward only to be blocked by Hana who was starting to annoy him.

Hana: Why are you so insistent on going alone?! Why do you care for Winter so much?

All of them froze, giving Y/N the time to run away leaving his former life with no chance to stop him.

Travis: S-Someone go after him! He's gonna get hurt!

Guard #1; When's this Y/N arriving?

The guard was standing around the warehouse along with several others, awaiting Liam's instructions.

Guard #2: He should be here by now! Maybe we can-

Both their bodies fell unconscious onto the floor with minimal injuries as Y/N sneaks off, intent on finishing them off one by one.

Y/N: After I'm done with you......no one will be left to remember you.

Later

???: Sir! Our forces have been defeated!

Liam: Impossible! We had the best soldiers on deck!

???: Well looks like-

He dropped onto the floor unconscious scaring Liam who reaches for his knife. Before he could, Y/N appears and swings the butt of his shotgun onto Liam's chin with a devastating uppercut, knocking him conscious. He turns to find the fear in Winter's eyes being tied up and nearly killed and proceeds to remove all the ropes and such. She instant wraps her arms around Y/N tearing up as he pats her head to comfort her.

Winter: *tearing* T-Thank you.....

Y/N pulls her in for a hug as she cries onto his shoulder. Just then the door bursts open revealing Tony and Hawkeye and some avengers along with the police who arrested all the members before crowding around Liam who still was dazed with a broken jaw.

Police chief: LIAM ORSON! YOU ARE UNDER ARREST FOR KIDNAPPING, ATTEMPTED MURDER OF A DIPLOMAT AND US GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL AND MORE!

Liam; *groan* LET GO OF M-

They stuffed and strapped him into the car just outside the warehouse and left, leaving Y/N and Winter alone to themselves as Iron man watches.

Winter: *snuggle* Y/N......please carry me back.......

Y/N: Of course.

Y/N opens a portal and they both cross through with Winter in Y/N's arms. The portal then closes leaving Iron man by himself as he flies away.

Tony: Huh........he handled that rather well...

On the other hand, as the police car drove away, Liam strapped onto the seat could only turn to the night sky out the sunroof.

Liam: DAMN YOU Y/N!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Later

Sanford: If you want to speak to him the-

The door jingles and they all turn to did Y/N with Winter in his arms.

Silas/Claudia: So-

Eri: Papa!

Hana: 'Y/N......has a daughter?'

Eri leaps from her seat and hugs Y/N who hugs her back with one arm.

Winter: Y/N?

Y/N: Oh uh...sorry.

He sets her down onto the ground as she pats the dust off of herself.

Winter: I presume you are.....Y/N's family right?

Travis: Y/N! Can we-

He ignores them and walks up the stairs to his room confusing everyone there except for a guilty family.

Winter: I believe I can go after him.

Y/N's girlfriends: Me too!

They all head up the stairs along with Eri leaving a small still vibing friend group but otherwise, was rather entertain and a guilty brother.

Travis: 'He never spoke to me......,,,:

What a beautiful day.

Now Union is in really deep shit right now.

And Jacques became a walking meme for his meltdown.

I'm sorry that the mid to end of the chapter was a bit rushed but I needed to get some things done. I'll see you all in the next ones
