America's POV-

I shuffle in my seat not knowing what my father expects from me or Canda. I look up at him to see him smiling.

"Oh my sons don't look so gloomy" Uk said in a sweet but stern tone. "I will only ask a small favor of you"

"I don't want to do anything for you" I shoot back

"I have to agree with Ame on this one" Canada says backing me up.

"I almost hoped you were going to say that" he says staring at us as a smile slowly appeared on his face.

Time skip Next Day

Canada's POV-

I look down at my arm to see all the bruises my dad gave me. America got it worse though for being the first one to refuse it a black eye and bruises on his arms like me.

"Come on Ame I don't want to be late for school" I call to him from downstairs.

He bursts through his door and starts to sprint down the stairs at full speed. All of a sudden he slips and I have to cover my mouth to stop myself from bursting out laughing.

"Not funny" he says in a bitter tone rubbing where he fell.

"Yeah yeah sure" I say but I can't keep it in anymore and start to burst out laughing.

When I finally get a hold of myself I see Ame looking at me like he is about to kill me. Then I notice his eye and frown it has turned more shades for purple, black and green now. I look away so he doesn't know that I was looking at it.

"Let's go" I say opening the door. 

We walked most of the way to school in silence not really knowing what to talk about. Then someone appears at Ame's side, its Delaware.

"Hey Delaware" both me and Ame say.

"Hey Dad hey Nada" he says back to us with a friendly smile. "So I was wondering if I could go to school with you"

America stopped dead in his tracks and just looked at me. I didn't know what to say so I just shrugged at him.

"Why?" he managed to say after a bit.

"We just want to know what it is like" 

"Does anyone else want to go?"

Just as he said it Wisconsin appeared at Delawares side. "Just us 2" Wisconsin said.

"Fine" America said looking slightly defeated. I was surprised that he would let one of them let alone both of them. They high fived each other and disappeared probably to go tell the others of the good news even though they already know.

West Virginia's POV- (Their inside America's head also while this is happing they are still walking to school)

I couldn't believe my ears, did dad just say yes without even putting up a fight. Wisconsin and Delaware then appeared in front of us cheering. 

"That actually worked" D.C said slightly dumbfounded.

"We're going to school" Wisconsin screamed while holding his fist in the air. Everyone cheered even if they weren't actually going to get to go to school.

"Just out luck" I mumbled under my breath. Apparently I didn't mumble it as quietly as I thought because SD(South Dakota) turned to me and said " I know right we are going to actually go to school. Well, not us but us as a group kind of if you think about it that way." 

I slowly started stepping back not wanting to hear SD start on a rant about this. I walked over to Wisconsin who was talking with Illinois and Nevada.

"Hey guys," I say.

"Hey V" they both say to me.

"I don't know about the school thing Wis" I say looking down. I am very nervous for my brothers and what could happen to them. "Someones going to ask something too personal about who you are and that could be bad."

"I never thought of that" Wis says as he stares at me "I got it" he shouted then ran off.

Wisconsin's POV-

V made a good point about people knowing who we are. Dad kept us hidden for a long time to keep us safe from other people. I run over to Delaware wanting to tell him that we should make up ground rules for how much we share about our selves. 

"Hey Del" I say

"What's up Wis" he says turning to me.

"I was talking with V about something when she came up with the fact that someone might ask too much about us."

"That's a good point"

"We need to make up rules about how much we share about ourselves with other countries" I say, he nodded and we started to brainstorm the rules.

Rules:

1. No sharing about other siblings

2. No telling anyone that America is our dad

3. No talking about our lands

We finished the rules just in time for America to get to school. Oh how I can not wait for me to go to school.
