Canada's POV-

Me and Ame have to go to our dad's house for dinner and I don't like it. There are reasons that we aren't living together anymore. 

"Come on Ame" I call to him standing in front of the door "We are going to be late."

"I'm coming Nada" he calls back down to me.

I see that he put on something nicer than what he wore to school but he is still wearing his sunglasses and I know dad's going to make him take them off.

"You know he will make you do it" I say motioning to his sunglasses.

"It's not like I have to look at it" he says back to me with a harsh tone.

We get into the car and I drive us there the ride is silent. When we get there I ring the doorbell and wait for someone to open the door.

"Son's!" Uk says as he opens the door.

"Hey dad" I say.

"hi" Ame mumbles.

"Come in come in" he says motioning for us to come in.

"Take off the glasses son" I hear my dad say to Ame.

He does and I see the black eye and the scar. I wince knowing that that happened because he saved me form dad.

"Take a seat now" dad says with a threatening tone.

We go over to the table and sit down. I see that he has made steak and mashed potatoes for us to eat. I sit down in my normal spot and Ame sits down next to me. I look at him and he looks at me, I can tell that he is nervous about what will happen next.

"What do you want" America says as he is the first one to break the silence.

"Can't a father just have his kids over for a nice dinner?" Uk says putting on a smile to big for his face.

"Not with you" I add on not wanting to be left out.

His smile suddenly flatins "Youre right, I do want something form you" he says starring at us deeply.
