Lucy, Laxus, and Happy had been gone for nearly two months now. At first, nobody noticed their absence. But after the first month, Natsu realized he hadn't seen Happy or Lucy at all. He just assumed they were on a mission, and went back to talking with Lisanna.

Meanwhile, Laxus, Lucy, and Happy were in a small city called Pepixi.

"Are you sure about this?" Lucy asked, hesitantly following Laxus towards a big building.

Laxus sighed and grabbed her arm, pulling her towards the building.

"Yes. It'll be easier to get work and train you, if we join this guild temporarily."

Lucy was about to protest, but realized he was right.

"But what about Fairytail? We still have our guild marks," Happy chimed in.

"Who ever said we couldn't be in two guilds at once," Laxus said smirking.

They stopped right in front of the mocha colored double doors.

"So...what guild is this anyway?" Lucy asked, snatching Happy from the air, and then snuggling him to her chest.

'Damn cat....' Laxus thought, glaring at Happy, who looked a little too smug.

"Laxus!" Lucy said, waving a hand in front of the jealous dragon slayer.

"What blondie?!"

"You're blond too, thunder thighs!" Lucy shouted back, irritated with his nickname. If he was going to give her a nickname, then she would give him one.

Laxus growled at the nickname.

"Who you calling thunder thighs, blondie?" Laxus snarled out, getting in Lucy's personal space bubble. Lucy just glared back at him, showing no fear.

"What guild is this?" Happy asked, inturupting their glaring contest.

"It's called Raging Blossoms. It Isn't very popular, so no one from Fairytail will know we're here, except for Gramps of course," Laxus said.

"Now, let's go in. I'm tired of sitting out here like a dumbass," Laxus continued. He then kicked the door to the guild open, laughing at their shocked expressions.

"I can already tell this guild isn't as wild as Fairytail," Happy said, pointing at the scared mages.

A girl with light blue eyes and dark purple hair, that was tied up in a bun approached them.

"Hi, welcome to Raging Blossoms, my name is Haruka. Is there something you need," Haruka said, giving a cheery grin.

"Is your master here?" Lucy asked, squeezing the little exceed in her arms for support.

"Yes, she's upstairs," She said, jabbing her thumb in the direction of his office.

"Thank you for your time," Lucy said, before walking off, with Laxus by her side.

She could hear all the whispers from the mages inside, and knew that some probably recognized Laxus. He was an S-class mage, and the lightning dragon slayer.

They stopped outside the big creme colored door. Lucy knocked lightly, opening the door once she heard her answer.

"I'm Rosemary, the master of Raging Blossoms. What can I help you with?" An old woman, with gray streaked hair and green eyes asked, putting down her pen.

"I'm Laxus, this is Lucy, and the cats Happy. We'd like to temporarily join your guild," Laxus said, glaring at Happy when he heard him mumbling about him being an exceed, and Laxus being an idiot.

"Why temporarily?" Master Rosemary asked, curiously.

They explained their situation, and she nodded in understanding.

"You may join the guild. What's your magic type, if you don't mind me asking," Rosemary said politely.

"Well, I'm a celestial wizard. I have nine of the twelve golden keys, and five silver keys," Lucy said, making the master nod in approval

"I'm a dragon slayer, lightning to be exact," Laxus says, smirking when Rosemary's eyes widen.

"And I'm Happy! I'm an exceed and I use Aera magic!" Happy says happily.

"You all are very impressive," Rosemary says, grabbing the stamp.

"What color and where?" She asks Lucy.

"Blue and on my right shoulder," Lucy responds, smiling slightly when she sees a blue rose wrapped around a sword.

"I would like mine blue too, and on shoulder," Laxus says, getting his guild mark in the same color and place as Lucy's.

"You copy cat..." Lucy grumbles.

"I'm getting blue too, on my stomach!" Happy said, flying over to the master. She gave him his mark, smiling at Happy's chesire grin.

"There you guys go. I'll go introduce you to the guild," Rosemary said, motioning for them to follow her.

The loud chatter that had been going on before Laxus, Lucy and Happy came in had returned. Rosemary sighed and went to the center of the balcony.

"Listen up you idiots! We have two new members! Laxus, Lucy, and Happy! Please welcome them!" She yelled, before giving them a soft shove down the stairs.

Raging Blossoms was a nice guild, but was nothing compared to Fairy tail. After getting away from the rest of the guild, the first place the three went was to the job board.

"Tell me if you find anything," Lucy said, before skimming through the different jobs.

Suddenly, one caught her eye. It wasn't the job exactly, it was the reward. One million jewel and a water dragon slayer lacrima. She knew those were to give people dragon slayer magic. She had to admit, she was interested.

Having dragon slayer magic would be amazing, not to mention help make her stronger.

"Laxus, look at this!" She exclaimed, shoving the job in his face.

"Stupid blondie," He muttered, before reading the job.

"A dragon slayer lacrima!?" He said, his eyes widening with shock.

"I know right!" Lucy says with delight.

Laxus suddenly gave her a serious look.

"It's a pretty painful operation to install a dragon slayer lacrima."

"I know....but Laxus I want to do this. It'll make me stronger," She says giving him a pleading look.

"Please..." Lucy begs.

"Fine...if you really want to do it. Plus, it'll be halarious to see Natsu's reaction," Laxus says.

"Lucy, if you're a water dragon slayer, you'll be the opposite element of Natsu. I bet you could beat him!" Happy suddenly said.

"That would be pretty funny...So isn't the job about defeating this dark guild who kidnapped a rich family's two daughters?" Lucy asks.

"Yeah, the Merryweather's two daughters, Martha and Stella, got kidnapped by a dark guild called Eye of Darkness. The family wants us to rescue their two daughters," Laxus said.

"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go!" She says, grabbing the flyer, and running towards Haruka, who is the one who will stamp the mission.

"Aye sir!" Happy said flying after me.
