The New "Friendship"
Senpai had to stay the night with the Ghost Squad. Apparently it was because Paarthurnax wanted him to stay with Yuyu until he learned his manners.
He knew better. He just didn't want him to stick around.
Right now, Senpai was sitting at a table with Yuyu. They were waiting for Yuyu's team. She explained it consisted of a Banette and a Gengar—whatever those two Pokémon were.
It took a massive effort from Senpai to keep himself from banging his head on the wood table. Whoever these two were they obviously weren't morning people—er Pokemon.
Senpai sighed as he watched tons of Pokémon pass by: he assumed they were ghosts. They had a strange appearance to them. They looked spooky, however Senpai wasn't really fearful of them. He was just anxious.
Suddenly a strange purple blob suddenly appeared in front of Senpai, scaring him slight. He let out an accidental yelp while Yuyu stood nearby hold her claw to her ragged body; she was trying not to laugh.
"Haha! I won, Peter!" The strange playful male exclaimed as he pumped his fists in the air. A strange doll-like creature appeared next to him—at least that's what Senpai thought this strange "Peter" looked like some form of destroyed doll.
The doll-like creature had red eyes, seemingly creepy. However, he was rolling his eyes and snickering alongside his friend.
"Yeah. Only because you cheated, Gar." Peter responded as the strange ghost type besides him started dancing around laughing. "You never said we couldn't teleport, Peter. So I took the advantage. Not my fault you're a sore loser. Especially in front of Yuyu." Gar teased back.
Peter's eyes widened as if he realized they were in front of the strange Pikachu clone. He then smiled at Yuyu in a friendly manner.
"Good morning, Yuyu. Sorry we're late. We were having a race, then it went too far when we raced around the whole entire map." Peter apologized.
Peter's gaze trailed to Senpai. "Oh! It's you. Hi." The strange doll-like Pokemon then moved closer to Yuyu and whispered something in her 'ears.' The strange Pika-clone nods self consciously, putting her claw against her assumed mouth and she peeks at Senpai.
"Sorry 'bout that, new friend! You're new around these parts ain'tcha?" Peter inquired. Senpai nodded distrustfully. He didn't like how friendly this Pokémon was with him. Felt a little more forced than Yuyu or Vaya.
Or that's what Senpai was getting so far from this conversation. This Peter Pokemon definitely seemed to be friendlier than he was.
"Yeah. I suppose so." Senpai answered. He wanted to answer as little as possible. He didn't feel like explaining how he was from another world.
"Interesting. So what's it like being a human? We've never really encountered humans this closely before—errr, well you're not a human right now, but it's still the same thing." The strange doll shrugged.
Ugh. Senpai sighed.
"Well, I'm not exactly a 'human' per say. I'm more of a video game ai." Senpai informed.
"Huh?" Of course he wouldn't understand.
"So you're a robot?! That's so cool! Can you beep boop?" Gar exclaims with a twinkle in his eyes.
The purple blob approached Senpai and punched him. It was playful, but Senpai got insulted by the notion anyways.
"Don't touch me." He hissed.
He didn't smack Gar or anything, but the friendly ghost flinched and shied away anyways. "S-Sorry." He apologized before turning to Yuyu and whispering to her.
Perhaps he shouldn't have been so aggressive. That's what Gar got for calling him a robot instead of an AI. There was a huge difference between a robot and an advanced intelligence such as himself.
The ghost type then turned to Senpai. "Yuyu tells me you've been sent here because you have anger issues. Welp, I guess I can see that now. Don't worry! Your issues don't bother me one bit! I still want to be your friend!"
Gar grabbed Senpai and started ruffling the top of his head. Senpai groaned. Why was everyone around him a bunch of idiots?
He wanted to disappear. He didn't want to be here. The creatures around here were weird and strange. He didn't like it. What he wouldn't give to be facing Boyfriend again; except he would win.
Senpai wished he could grab his strange three digit paw and take it off his head. "Don't." He growled slightly.
"Ah. I see. Grumpy. You'll warm up to me and Peter eventually." Gar remarked as he winked at Senpai. "Though I do suppose our ghastly appearances can spook some folk. You don't have to worry about us, though. Just strange powers is all. I can do a ton of tricks with these powers. Want to see?"
Senpai rolled his eyes.
Sure. He could humor him for a bit. It wouldn't hurt to see what kinds of powers ghosts had. He had a few "powers" himself. A few AI powers as well as a few Budew powers.
He didn't know the full extent of his Budew powers.
"Sure. Go ahead." He responded wiggling his body to indicate for the strange-and-quirky ghost to go ahead with his "powers." He stood there expectantly.
Gar spread out his legs and his three digit paws. With a sigh, the strange ghouly creature disappeared.
Senpai was about to declare how he knew ghosts could disappear. That was before a chill went up his spine. He could see Gar's reddish eyes as the ghost type appeared behind him.
"Boo!"
Senpai wasn't amused. "So that was your trick?" He asked him with another eye roll. That wasn't an impressive trick.
Suddenly, a wave of dread went over Senpai and it felt like his skin was being torn apart. He let out a loud scream as Gar's eyes widened. His snickering stopped.
"Oops! I forgot about the curse I placed on you!" Gar remarked as he closed an eye. He seemed to still hold a shit-eating grin as he lifted his paws in the air and maneuvered his fingers like he was doing jazz hands with them.
The feeling started to disappear. Senpai gave Gar a partial glare. Why would he even put a curse on him in the first place?
"Why'd you do that?" He inquired, attempting to arch an eyebrow that was nonexistent. Pain was inevitable on his face.
The idiotic ghost snickered. "I wanted to show you my true powers. Of course I can easily be cliche and say boo, but I also just wanted to curse ya. You seem a little too serious. Let loose. No one likes a stick in the mud—Except maybe Mudkip but that's not the point, Buddy."
Senpai wasn't amused. "So what if I'm serious? What does that have to do with putting a curse on me?"
Senpai wanted to turn into his other form so badly. Right now, however, he had no idea how to do that. He would be stuck as a Budew and whatever else this world wanted him to be.
"Hmm. He's a strange one, Yuyu. I like him. Too serious, but so is that tiny little fly." Gar remarked.
Senpai stared at him weirdly. "What are you again?" He inquired with distaste.
The strange ghost giggled with his paws over his mouth and floated up. "I am the ghost of Christmas past! Heh! Just kidding! I'm a Gengar, bucko!"
Gar pumped his fists in the air and his feet spread apart as he laxly floated. "Heh heh heh! Welcome to the Pokémon world, Buddy."
The Gengar then cleared his throat as his mischievous behavior vanished. "Anyways, I still would really like to be your friend. Not your enemy. I don't know which world you came from, but ghost types like me don't get many friends."
Senpai rolled his eyes. I can see why you have only three friends. I think.
He didn't know how much longer he was going to be stuck here, but if this Gengar was offering to be his "friend," he should take every single one he can manage. After all, friends are one step closer to having a normal life here in this world. Not that he needed them.
"Sure. I guess. I don't really have friends though. I'm an AI. I have supporters and people who are willing to do things for me." Senpai informed Gar.
Gar snickered as Peter and Yuyu looked at Senpai like he murdered someone.
"Alright then, weirdo. But when you need us give a call. We will appear in front of you like nothing before." The Gengar informed.
Senpai thought his comment was strange. Why was this strange mischievous ghost being so nice to him? He was rude, mean, and snarky. That usually warded off Pokémon.
It would just be his luck that the stupid flame tailed dragon would warn these guys of his privileged self. How predictable.
He supposed he would just have to get used to getting help. Though, he didn't think it would do him any good.
"Alright then. If you're that patient that is." Senpai responded, sighing tiredly.
These encounters felt so forced. It took everything out of him to not just be pessimistic about it.
Gar cheered and hugged Senpai. "Tch!"
The odd peace didn't last long. Soon enough the same two strange plant ghosts who called themselves Skid and Pump ran into the castle with some strange robot.
Was this an AI like Senpai?
"Whoa! Whoa! Easy freaky dudes! I'm not used to this odd metal body!" The strange creature exclaimed. He didn't seem angry, however he did seem a bit freaked out at the current situation.
"Another one?!" Popped up a purple witch-like Pokémon. The strange leader-like Pokémon floated over to the metal Pokémon.
The strange metallic Pokémon glared at the wispy-like Pokémon in front of him. "Another what now?" He inquired before saying something that made half the Pokémon in the building freeze.
"Also, ugh. Why do you look so ugly? Ugh!" The strange one eyed monster remarked as a scowl adorned his features.
His eye then scanned the area. They found their way onto Senpai's frail body.
The words that came out of the strange magnet with an eye made Senpai hate the strange newcomer almost as much as he hated Boyfriend.
"Ugh! What a stupid looking plant."

Author's Note: For the one person who continued reading this: thanks.
Also sorry for a shorter chapter. I didn't really have much planned for Senpai this chapter. But hey I introduced yet another character in this story...seem to be doing that too much. Welp. There's just a ton of FNF characters.
Anyways, much coming soon!
