Ash ran through the hallways, Pikachu barely hanging on. He didn't let up his pace until he came to a door that had a flower engravings on it. The sound of two knocks rang throughout the halls followed by the creaking of a door opening.

" Hey Serena "

" Oh hey Ash " she took a couple steps back and let him in. " So what are you doing here? "

" Huh? Don't you like me? " He gave a pouting face, pretending to look hurt.

" I didn't say that now did I. " Serena retorted, crossing her arms.

" Well anyway I thought that we could go down to the town, so what do you say? " Ash made his way across the room and sat on her bed.

" I'd love too! Oh yeah, what about the others though? " She said as she took her place beside Ash and rested her head on his shoulders.

Oh yeah if you didn't already guess Ash and Serena are dating but they're trying to keep it a secret from everyone else. It quite hard considering the rumors going around stating that they are. Ash the Kalos champion and Serena the Kalos queen or as their friends call them, the king and queen of Kalos.

" Don't worry, I gave them all assignments to complete. " Ash reassured her, while petting pikachu who was laying on his lap.

" Ok, so when do we leave? " She sat up to look at him

" Right now! " He exclaimed grabbing her hand as pikachu ran up to his usual place on Ash's shoulder. He approached a closet  and Serena opened the doors, pulling out some clothes and handing them to Ash. They both took turns changing in Serena's bathroom, once they were done the duo started heading twords the door.

Ash had on a black hoodie with navy blue pants and his normal shoes and gloves. Serena was wearing a black dress with a short pink jacket over top, a pink beret topped with a light pink ribbon sat on top of her head.

" Alright I guess we're all ready " he said as his hood was pulled over his head.

" Yup " Serena replied while putting on a pair of sunglasses.

The two walked out the door as down some stairs to the left which led to a door. As they got outside they continued down a path that led to a town not to far away. Pikachu walked next to Ash, greeting all the pokemon that peered around the trees. Both the two human held hands as they entered the town, it wasn't a big place but it sure had enough people that getting separated wasn't the best thing. Well that was at least their excuse for if they were caught.

They came upon a park that didn't seem to have much people around, a good place to rest.

" Its so nice out " Serena sighed as she sat down on the grass.

" Yeah, it is " Ash sat beside her and laid back.

" Pikachu! " Shouted the yellow rodent as he made his way between the two.

They all laid on the grass in silence, enjoying the peace and calmness that flowed through the air.

Bzzz buzzz. " You gotta be kidding me " Ash groaned as he sat up and pulled out his phone. " Hello? "

" Hey Ash, I finished the assignment you gave me "

(Ash's POV)

Already? I took a glance at my phone to see who was calling. Clemont. Of course.

" So how'd it go? "

" Good. They said that they'd be happy to help when ever you give the command " great, now I just need to wait for the rest

" Alright thanks Clemont, have you talked to the others to see if their done?"

" Not all of them but I talked to Bonnie, Sawyer, Gary and Paul, they said that they're almost done " hmmm I guess I have to check up on them myself

" Thanks again Clemont, I'll give the others a call soon to see how their doing. "

" Ok, bye " after that he ended the call.

"What was that about? " Serena asked

" Not much just some stuff " I stood up and moved my hand in front of Serena. " I guess it's about time to head back, we can stop at a few shops on the way if you want. "

" Sure! " She grabbed my hand and I pulled her up. Pikachu seemed to have fallen asleep so I picked him up and we headed back

A few minutes later Serena saw a store that she wanted to look in. She told me that she would meet me at the water fountain just down the street and that I could look around before having to be back there in 10 minutes, so basically I had half an hour to explore.

I walked up and down the streets but nothing seemed to be interesting. After some time pikachu woke up and took his usual place, we kept walking until pikachu got my attention and pointed twords some store with a sign that said " Bianca's jewelry store ". I chuckled a bit and went inside.

Inside the store jewels, beads, pendants, string and chains were displayed all around. A counter stood at the back with two people behind it, a girl with short blond hair approached us.

" Welcome, can I help you find something? " She said and gave me a smile.

" Actually I'm not sure, I haven't been to this store before. " I took another look around the room.

" I see, well we did only open this store a few days ago. " She stated. That explains why I haven't seen her around here before.

" Oh, so what do you sell here? " I asked, although it was quite obvious.

" We sell all sorts of jewelry here, something for everyone! " She seems as joyful as ever, and would you look at that I've spent a couple minutes near her without getting pushed/shoved into a fountain, lake, river or any other source of water.

" Mind if I take a look around? " I could hear her father give a faint chuckle from behind the counter.

" Oh course! " She turned back around and headed back to her father, they talked for a while as I checked out the stuff they had.

There was only a few charms that managed to catch my eye, I picked them up and brought them twords the counter.

" I'll take these " I placed them on top of the counter and the girl started counting up the price

" Buying these for someone special? " The man asked raising an eyebrow and smirking.

" For my friends " I gave a faint smile although it was kinda hard to see with my hood covering most of my face. " So why did you two decide to make a store here? " I asked curious

The old man looked at the girl than at me once again.

" Its because Bianca here , heard that an old friend of hers was in Kalos and wanted to see for herself " he made a gesture to the girl next to him.

" Hey! You wanted to see him again too! " Bianca retorted, puffing out her cheeks.

" So an old friend huh? " I could already guess who they were talking about.

" Yeah.... " Bianca now had a bit of a frown on her face " We haven't been able to find him yet...... Oh right! Your purchase comes to a total of 2000 pokedollars. "

I gave her the money and grabbed the bag my stuff was in. Before I walked out the door, I turned around and looked at them

" I'm sure an opportunity will come for you to find you friend. " They give me a thanks as I left.

I made my way down to the fountain where I was supposed to meet up with Serena. She wasn't there yet so I sat on a bench and shoved the bag into the pocket of my hoodie. I waited there for about 5 minutes before Serena showed up.

We talked all the way as we headed home.

Sorry I didn't realise this chapter sooner, I had a bunch of school work to do.
