I crouched down and helped him up to go get healed as he sulked on my shoulder.

Me: Listen i know you wanted to save her, and when the time comes i'm sure you'll be able to

Issei: You mean it Big Bro?

Me: Of course i do! Now let's get you healed up and then we can go train!

I placed him on the sofa as Akeno came up to heal him and i took a step back. I inspected his wounds as saw they aren't affecting him as bad as holy weapons normally would.

Me: By the way what was your sacred gear?

Rias: It was a twice critical

Me: Oh

Issei: Is that bad?

Akeno: Twice criticals increase you strength twofold for a short period of time

Me: Rias can i talk to you for a second?

We walked out the room as i had some questions, there's no way she specifically resurrected him if he only had a twice critical

Rias: What do you need?

Me: What's Issei's real sacred gear?

Rias: That is it but he hasn't fully awakened it yet.

Me: So he's got more untapped power then?

Rias: Indeed, he has one of the 13 longinus

Me: Huh... that's... ISSEI YOU-

She quickly put her hand over my mouth and motioned for me to be quiet

Rias: It'll be hard for him to fully awaken his gear

Me: C'mon Issei only twenty-three more!

Issei: I'm trying Big Bro

I've had him do pull ups on a monkey bar for the first warm up of his training.

He slipped and fell onto the ground as he sulked and punch the ground in frustration. I came up to him and helped him off the ground.

Me: C'mon Issei, stop sulking

Issei: I'm a failure!

Me: It's not the falling down but the staying down that indicates failure. You gonna get up or are you gonna stay down there?

He shot up reinvigorated but quickly froze when his eyes landed on a girl in a nun's outfit.

Issei: Asia?

Asia: Hi Issei, who's this?

Issei: Oh, this is Big Bro!

Asia: It's nice to meet Issei big brother

Me: We're not actually related but it's just what i ask him to call me, you can to!

Asia: O-okay, Onii-chan!

Issei: So Asia what are you doing out here?

Asia: I actually wanted to get something to eat

Issei: Really you gotta do it like that

Me: Issei maybe this is a bit too much for her

Issei: It's just a hamburger

I had planned for something healthy and good for his diet for training but instead he wanted this. I mean it's alright since is a special occasion since it's with Asia.

Asia: What were you and Onii-chan doing out?

Me: Training

Issei: You should see how easily Big Bro did it, one handed as well

Asia: What kind of training?

Me: Well first i had him do 30 push ups, then 30 sit ups and then 30 pull ups, he was ment to do 30 squats and a 3 kilometre run but instead we're hanging out with you which is much more fun

She widened her eyes in shock as we walked out of the fast food place.

Asia: Wow Onii-chan that's intense!

Issei: Actually that's easy for Big Bro, he does 100 of each and a 10 kilometre run

Me: I've been doing it for 6 years so...

We spent the rest of the day having fun, we went to the arcade and Issei won Asia a stuffed toy, i enjoyed seeing them have fun together. I ship them.

We made our way to a fountain in the city when i sended a familiar magical presence, no it couldn't be!

Asia: Ms Raynere?

Issei: Yuuma?

Raynere: Oh look, you're still alive. Not for long!

Issei: I'll protect Asia no matter what!

Issei summoned up his sacred gear which was a red gauntlet with gold highlights and a giant green gem in the middle

Raynere: Ha is that all, it's just a twice critical! There's no way you can-

Her eyes landed on me as we both turned our heads and averted our gazes from eachother. Damnit! Why does it have to be so complicated

She grew in frustration and threw a light   spear at Issei which i was unable to stop. She used her wing to float in the air to stay out of my grasp.

Asia: Wait Ms Raynere please don't kill him! Just let me heal him! And i'll go with you...

Issei: No! Don't do it Asia, Y/N stop her!

I turned away and clenched my fists in anger.

Asia: It's okay. This was the best day of my life!

Rias: I refuse to let you go after her!

Issei: Then just release me from your peerage

Rias: I can't do that

She walked away as Issei looked down at the floor solemnly. He raised his head and walked towards the door to leave.

Me: Iseei, where are you going?

Issei: To save Asia, don't try to stop me

Koneko: We're not gonna stop you

Kiba: We're gonna come with you!

Issei nodded as we made our way to the Fallen angel base which was an abandoned church, i could sense Asia and Raynere inside, there we're 3 fallen angels protecting the outside.

Me: You guys go ahead, i'll take care of the fallen

Issei: Big bro...

Me: Don't worry about me! You go save Asia, besides it's been awhile since i've cut loose...

Issei: Right!

They ran inside as i saw one of the fallen try and stop them, she was short and had blonde hair, her clothes were a gothic lolita outfit.

She readied a light spear but i summoned shadow tag and moved into her shadow, normal at night it's harder to use but the light from her spear gave me an advantage.

I grabbed her shouldee as she froze and tried to move but to no avail and began freaking out.

Fallen girl: Who are you? Let me go!

Me: I am Y/N L/N pawn to Rias Gremory and you just tried to attack my family! Bad decision...

I sprouted my wings gripping her by the neck with my other hand as i flew into the sky as the light of the moon illuminated us.

Fallen girl: What are you gonna do to me?!

Me: Hey now don't sound so scared, i just want a fight with the rest of your friends. Go on call them

Fallen girl: KALAWARNER! DONAHSEEK!

Quickly two other Fallem came out. One was a woman with long hair in a skimpy outfit and the other was a man in a trench coat.

Kalawarner: Who are you and what do you want?!

Me: I'm Y/N but you can call me Bro, and i want a fight!

I let go of the girl as they unleashed a barrage of light spears at me. Unbenounced to them i travelled into the mans shadow to avoid the attacks.

They stopped as the girl started yelling at how they could have killed her while i made my way behind the man.

Donahseek: At least he's dead-

I swiftly punched through his back as i punctured through his body and you could see my hand grasping his still beating heart.

Me: That's were you wrong

I crushed his heart as he turned into a black feather. Dashing forward i kicked the woman across the face, i wrapped her by the hair and readied an upper cut.

Me: You can't be judged for the crimes you commited by humans. So i'll do it! With the power given to me by Rias Gremory!

I unleashed the upper cut and took her head clean off as she turned into a feather. I looked over to the girl who was petrified as i made my way closer.

My wings sparked brighter under the light of the moon as small streaks of lightning encompased my right arm and my veins glowed red.

Me: Are you a child?

Fallen Girl: N-no...

Me: Then i have no qualms about doing this

I dashed towards her leaving a trail of red and black sparks as i swung my fist down onto her ripping her in half before she turned into a feather.

I looked at my arm as the sparks disappeared and my veins returned to normal. I gained a satisfied smirk and clenched my fist.

Me: I can't use it at 100% without injury but 9% is good for now.

I flew down to the church as I saw Koneko walking in dragging someone along with her. I sped up fearing the worst as i made a sonic boom and cratered into the ground.

Running out of it i saw a heart shattering sight. Asia dead on a pedestal and Rias standing over Raynere with an orb of destructive charging in her hand.

Rias: You have played with my servant emotions for the last-

Me: WAIT!

They all turned to me as i saw shame flicker in Raynere's eyes and Rias had an amused smirk

Rias: Ahh Y/N i assume you took care of the other Fallen.

I nodded trying to come up with a plan to keep Raynere alive. WHY?! Why does it have to be so difficult?!

Rias: Good, now i'll take care off her

Me: Don't please!

Akeno: What's this?

Rias: Is it that you want to do it?

Me: No! You can't kill her!

Rias: Funny joke Y/N but even with Asia sacred gear i still can

Me: Just give them her sacred gear Raynere.

She shakily obliged and took off the rings handing them to Rias, who glanced at her in confusion then at me

Rias: Y/N what is going on?

Me: I can't let you kill her. No... I won't let you!

I charged up my pure devil magic as all my veins glowed red before they went back to normal and i had red and black lightning sparking around me.

Rias: Are you betraying me Y/N?!

Me: Only if you kill her...

Issei: Big Bro what the hell! She killed Asia!

Kiba: And she tried to kill Issei 3 times!

Me: I know that!... You don't think this isn't difficult for me? Rias please spare her and let me look over her! I'll do anything...

I glared at her as Raynere looked shocked, i guess she really didn't think i'd go this far for her but i told her i love her and i ment it!

No sounds could be heard except the sparking of the pure devil magic around me.

Rias: What's your relationship with her?

Me:...

Rias: Answer me!

Me:...

She charged up her attack even more as it got closer to Raynere

Rias: NOW!

Me: I love her! And she loves me... We know our relationship is forbidden... we tried to hide it but we can't anymore!

Akeno:...

Koneko:....

Kiba: Y/N...

Issei: Big Bro?

Rias: Disgusting

She unleashed her attack as Raynere called out my name before she was Vaporised leaving a feather in her place.

I fell to my knees as the others followed Rias over to Asia who she revived into her new bishop.

Asia: Issei? What's wrong with Onii-chan?

Issei: He loved Raynere, but she died...

Asia: Will he be okay?

Issei: I don't know...

A bright light emerged from my glove as the blue light encompassed the room and everyone covered there eyes.

When it died down they saw my glove had a new design.

Rias: No way! He achieved his balance breaker!

My new glove was now a black gauntlet the reached up to my elbow which had a cracked golden heart covering it. It had the pause icon on the back of my hand bht on its right was a fast forward icon and to the left of it was a reverse icon.

On the palm of the gauntlet was a resume icon with the fast forward and reverse icons on each side.

I got up and stumbled over to Raynere's feather. I picked it up and held it tight as a blue light surrounded it.

Me: Stop

Me: Reverse

It glowed brighter and soon enough the feather turned back into Raynere.

Me: Resume

She breathed in deeply gasping for air and looked around seeing she was still in the church. Her eyes landed on me and she saw my new sacred gear before she smiled widely and hugged me tightly.

Raynere: I love you

Rias: How could he-

Asia: Please. Let them be...
