"Mom!.I have like 25 days in my hand and you want me to go???." I shouted. She glared at me holding her weapon- spatula which is flat, long and easy to hit.

" He agreed. Since you don't have college, he's willing to help you. Why don't you understand him??." My mom shouted. Dad just passed by me holding his newspaper as if I am not his daughter and she isn't his wife.

"Do you belong to this house or you lost your way?." I asked him to which he just shrugged his shoulders.

Why god? Why?

"Pack your clothes beta Amogh will be joining us in 10min." My dad shared the information as if milkman has arrived go collect the milk!

"Dad! You both are impossible! I was supposed to have group study with my friends today!." I shouted walking inside my room.

"I am sure, you will end up eating 10 packs of chips, 2 pizzas and one whole bowl of lasagna." My dad voiced out.  Throwing my clothes in a suitcase, I dragged it outside only to find Dr Amogh along with Yug and his mom!

Great! Now I can't fight with him!

"Namaste aunty!." I said , she blessed me and Yug ran to hug me only to be interrupted by Dr who held him by his collar.

"You will crush her. " He stated in a duh tone.  Yug was sad but I pulled him towards me hugging the hell out of the only human who makes me happy. Dr Amogh had irritated face but kept quiet which suits him. His family is so sweet, I don't understand what he eats to make him so dumb and boring.

"Penny for you thoughts?." Dr Amogh questioned. I looked at him angrily. Mom had to make him sit beside me during happiest time of the day.

"No thanks, I don't get sold out for such low prices." I reverted back. His face fell, clearing his throat the useless person held my hand which I tried to remove.

"Anagha! I will not tolerate your tantrums at dinner table. You have been irritating me since morning. Eat your food, take your books and bag, go with him! We both want you to clear your finals in one go!." My mom shouted. Dr Amoghs mom held my shoulder with apologetic eyes. Tears brimmed my eyes at her shouting. Am I that dumb to fail my exams! Tears rolled down and I sat there silently looking at my food. Dr Amogh's hand which was over mine is the only thing which is stopping me from getting up. He realised what he has done after a while. When his hands got wet with my crying.

"I will be in my room. Let me know when you are leaving Sir." I emphasized on the word sir getting up from my chair as soon as he loosened up his hold.

"Beta..." My dad tried to call me but I did not turn. If they only care about my grades, their reputation and Dr Amogh then I will give them that.

Crying my heart out I texted Jaidev and Kasturb who immediately video called me. They were alarmed to find my face swollen with tears rolling down my eyes.

"What happened??." Jaidev asked calmly. I narrated them whatever happened excluding him sleeping on my bed.

"You mean to say he's harassing you all this time and you chose not to tell your parents?." Kasturb asked quiet shook.

"He's not harassing me.. it's just that... how can I tell you? I don't know if this is right time to talk about my life." I trailed. Both were calm for few minutes analyzing my face. They knew this is serious. What I am feeling now is serious.

"You can count on us Anagha. We never spoke bad about you nor encouraged others when they were shitting about your life." Kasturb said.

" Trust me. We love gossip now. Especially when we are not able to study this." Jaidev showed our textbooks. I took a deep breath, If I need my only two friends support than be it.  All my life I had good friends who were there for me but these two, they became my better halves in a way only we three can understand. A friendship as pure as water flowing from glacier.

"I am going to tell you two important things.  First one is something I am shocked, ashamed, embarrassed and of course in dilemma. That is, he kissed me. On my birthday." I blurted.

"Woah!." They both shouted understanding the gravity of the situation. I kept quiet hoping they will say something judging my decision.

" If we keep aside the fact that he's our professor, you know him since or should we say almost childhood. You know him so well that even he doesn't realise till what extent he has given himself to you Anagha. So getting attracted and being this close is kinda normal? For normal people. I don't know about you. " Kasturb spoke while Jaidev just laughed loudly.

" That's not it." I added. They both became serious again.

"Second important thing,  most confidential and controversial is.." I started narrating them like Saint Valmiki. Their voices were on mute. I understood this new found information is going to shake them up completely.

"You mean to say..." Jaidev trailed.

"Yes. Yes yes. Don't tell your gf. I trust you both blindly." I spoke.

"I don't have one." Kasturb countered rolling his eyes. I was silent for few minutes, my friends were lost in their own thoughts. As long as they don't judge me, I fine with their silence.

"So... you are going now?." Jaidev asked. I nodded my head as yes. Of course, I have to go. If not my parents won't allow me to study peacefully here.

"You know, I can arrange for your stay at hostel. Got my flirting skills handy sometimes." Kasturb said. I smiled at his sweet gesture.

"Someday, I will be needing it. I am counting on you two. Now tell me what are you planning to cover by tomorrow? I am fucked up pretty badly." I spoke as they chuckled.

"As long as you fuck him, you will be fine." Jaidev winked, I gasped at his dirty mind and someone entered my room without knocking my door. I turned around accidentally pressing front camera in my phone.

Shit!

"Oh!." I heard my friends gasp too.

Dr Amogh banged my door shut angrily. I threw my phone aside getting up from my place. He did not move an inch .

"OK bye." I heard both the idiots shout before atmosphere around me became extremely silent.

"Pack your bags." He spoke in a very low tone. I did without a word. He was there observing my actions still standing in same position. Taking my books in separate suitcase, I moved towards him only to be stopped mid way.

"I swear Anagha, it's just a joke. I swear, if it's true am going to kill whoever they were referring to. " Dr Amogh said holding my arm. Anger rushed in my blood and I pushed him away.

"Kill? Really? Do you know how many people propose me every day? How many try to flirt with me? It might be due to my uncle being HOD of orthopedic department or am naturally very attractive,  I don't know. But I never slept let alone allowed them to touch me, including you. So stay away from my life and me just like you have been doing all these years. Don't need to have this fake concern all of a sudden in front of my parents." I yelled looking into his eyes. His fists were pumped at my words but I didn't mind them.

"I did touch you." He whispered referring to our kiss.

"Yes you did. That was my only mistake and regret." I replied. His anger flared up immediately but I know he couldn't even touch my hair now.

"Let's go before my parents barge to show how much of a mess I am and how easily they can disown their own child for someone like you." I said pushing him from my way.

I know this is not me nor I am allowed to behave this way but why should I be the only one to care about everyone's emotions??
