They have a striker systen can be deployed from the back from the cockpit. Its also ai controlled by the girls's watch.

Jet will respond to wherever they're going & will ordered on attack on neruoi will they fight on sticker. If the striker gets damaged they will take it off jet will come to them opened their cockpit & fly or it will extract the striker inserted back to the striker & fly off.

Goes for every witch squadron from various nations.
