Recap:
The air around her rippled. She moved to the left just as a kunai blade was embedded into the tree where her head had previously been.
"It would seem I've trespassed into owned territory." She murmured, looking up at the giant rock and all the seals covering it. Of course, these seals would be useless to keep her out if she wanted to get in, but she had no interest in whatever lay beyond that boulder.
"Who are you?" A male voice demanded. She sighed, not even bothering to turn towards him.
"Xerxes Osuka." She said, the name automatically coming forth in her mind.
•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
She could read into his mind. He believed he could kill her, and that would prove to be a fatal mistake. It wasn't his time to die yet.
"You cannot kill me mortal." She said softly.
"Take me to your leader." She demanded. He nodded, not caring whether or not she intended to kill the leader of their organization or anybody else for that matter. His black hair was tied in a weasel-tail style at the nape of his neck and onyx eyes with deep, long stress lines in each crease where the eyes met the nose. Majority of his figure aside from his head, feet and hands was concealed in a long, baggy black cloth with red clouds outlined in white sewed onto the black fabric. He stopped abruptly; we were still in the forest.
"If you decide to keep going, you won't be able to leave this place alive." His voice was monotonous but she was sure that he meant for it to hold some tone of ominousness.
"Don't care." She shrugged. He looked at her for a second longer, putting her in a light genjutsu that he thought she hadn't noticed, before continuing. Of course, him being the skilled, S-class ninja that he was, he was prepared for anything should she notice and break out of it. Of course, she did notice this genjutsu, but decided to let it slide. She really just wanted to get inside before this unexpected storm hit. They didn't have to walk far before they came upon a large boulder  covered in seals. Her escort made a few rapid hand signs before jutting his hand out. The boulder moved aside.
"Nifty..." She mumbled as they walked in. The boulder slid shut behind them, leaving the pair in total darkness. She followed him effortlessly as he walked in without a sound. When they finally came to an area with light, her head turned 180°. She looked into the dark, straight at a pair of eyes hidden in the dark.
"Watermelon." She whispered eerily before continuing on like nothing happened. The walls and floor were all the same stone of the cave they were in, but there were two rag-tag couches, a small coffee table and a basic television. She was lead into a hallway that branched from the main room, and lead to a large office door. Her escort, whom she decided to call 'Weirod', knocked. After a moment of silence, a strong 'enter' was heard from the other side. Weirod's leader, an orange haired man with the rinnegan, looked at her with sharp purple eyes.
"Why did you bring a civilian into our base Itachi?" Their leader asked blankly. Before Weirod could speak,  she allowed her chakra to flare out before pulling it back in, shocking them both. Itachi, or Weirod as she named him, had a kunai to her throat in a second flat. She didn't even flinch.
"I'm not here to kill anybody or collect information. I'm not interested in your rag-tag organization."
