It was a normal day in the life of Kim Seungmin. Well, almost normal if it wasn't for the five crying infants the redhead had to face when he entered his lab. They just sat on the cold tiled floor of the lab, crying their lungs out.

Seungmin didn't know whenever he should cheer loudly or panic because the five babies wouldn't stop crying. He settled for the latter and clumsily tried to fumble his phone out of his jean pocket in order to call his partner in crime Han Jisung.

He had no idea if his friend would pick up since it was just 7a.m and Jisung's day off but he needed to tell his lab partner that their little experiment worked! What they thought had failed yesterday was actually a success. Even though this success was screaming their lungs out right now.

"Come on pick up. Please pick up. I know it's your day off but please pick up", Seungmin prayed internally, almost not hearing his own thoughts because of the crying little children in the background.

Like the prayers of the young man with the red hair had been heard his friend picked up. "Seungmin? What do you need?", Jisung asked from the other end of the line with a groggy voice like he had just woken up.

"Yeah, good morning. Remember our experiment from yesterday, that we thought had failed? Turns out we didn't fail and now I have five crying babies in our lab and no clue what to do", the redhead got straight to the point, wondering a little that his partner couldn't hear the babies scream in the background.

There was a short silence on the other end. For a second Seungmin thought the connection had died but then Jisung just yelled into his ear, making the young redhead almost deaf.

"WHAT! Why didn't you call me earlier, you little punk", Jisung cursed and judging by the noises of someone bumping and stumbling into things the other just got out of bed. "I had no clue this would happen either. Besides I just got here", Seungmin argued and his gaze unconsciously fell onto one of the babies, whose big black eyes stared directly at him. The black orbs had a bit of a red tint in them, which was visible despite the glossy shimmer they had from the many tears the baby must have cried. One of the baby's tears just spilled out from their eyes, letting a stream trail down their cheeks, making Seungmin subconsciously notice the little mole under their left eye.

"Seungmin? Kim Seungmin! Focus, dude!", Jisung yells came from the other end of the line, ripping Seungmin out of his little trance. He blinked and looked away from the little baby with the black eyes and red hair.

"I'm still here. Are you on your way?", Seungmin quickly asked his friend. "Of course I am! I'm bringing Minho along. He knows about our little experiment and surprise. Told him yesterday since it brought my mood down because we thought it didn't work", the other explained. Seungmin just huffed. Jisung was so bad at keeping secrets from his husband it was a wonder he kept his mouth shut in the first place.

"When will you arrive?", Seungmin asked, looking over the five crying babies again. "Give me five minutes. Call the others in the meantime. Jeongin will probably arrive the minute you call him, so call Chan-hyung before him. He needs the head start", Jisung suggested. Seungmin smiled a little just imagining the others reaction to the little ones.

"Alright. See you later then", Seungmin said and hung up the phone. He wanted to dial Chan's number when he noticed something. The crying had stopped and someone was making weird noises. He looked down to the little babies, noticing that the one with the red hair, which had stared at him began to talk gibberish, which caught the attention of the other babies, letting them calm down.

"Maybe I should take care of the babies first", the redhead thought to himself. He put his phone in his left hand, so he could snap his fingers with his right one. In the blink of an eye did all babies wore diapers and a white romper suit. The babies seemed to have noticed the sudden change and at first Seungmin feared they would cry again but instead they started giggling. Relief washed over the redhead, seeing the babies being comfortable for now.

One of the babies also began crawling around. They had wild sliver hair; big, round, dark golden eyes and surprisingly black wings on their back. For a second Seungmin thought he didn't see that right but then the little black wings on the baby's back moved a little.

"That's Chan-hyung and Byungho-hyung's baby", the redhead thought to himself, smiling a little bit at the adorable baby until he was reminded of the thing he wanted to do with his phone after ending the call with Jisung. Quickly, he switched the device back into his right hand, searched for Chan's contact and then called the older male.

It didn't get to the third beep before Chan picked up the phone. "Hello? Seungmin?", the older asked. Seungmin couldn't help but let the smile on his lips widen a bit. "Good Morning, Hyung. I have great news. Remember when I told you yesterday that our little project failed?", Seungmin started off, barely being able to hide his excitement.

"What about it?", Chan asked with a mixture of confusion and a bit of sadness in his voice. "Well, you see it didn't fail", Seungmin continued carefully walking over to the baby with the black wings. Chan was quiet for a minute, giving Seungmin enough time to put his phone on speaker and place it on the table in the middle of the room, so he could carefully walk over to the little child with the silver hair to pick it up gently. The baby seemed confused when Seungmin put his hands under their arms and lifted them up but they didn't start crying and just looked at Seungmin with their big dark golden eyes.

"Wait, so it did work?", Chan asked, being completely confused now. "It did", Seungmin answered, securing the baby in his arms. "Wanna see yours and Byungho-hyung's little child?", the redhead asked with a big smile on his face while looking at his phone.

"Yes. To the gods, yes", Chan answered almost immediately, his voice giving away his excitement. "Then let's video call for a short while", Seungmin suggested while carefully getting a hold of his phone without dropping the baby in his arms, so he could prop it up and press the button for a video call. When that was set up Chan's face almost immediately popped up on the screen.

"No way", Chan breathed out, looking at the baby in Seungmin's arms. The redhead smiled a little more and crouched down a bit, so Chan could get a better view on the baby. The baby's head had already turned towards the phone. Their big, dark golden eyes looked directly at Chan, who smiled as bright as the sun. He waved at the little child.

"If I'm honest they look like a perfect mix between you and Byungho-hyung", Seungmin commented. "So the babies are neither female nor male?", Chan asked having noticed the way Seungmin referred to the child as "they". Seungmin wanted to answers but then realized he had no clue. He didn't check the babies' sex at all. He just dressed them with magic.

"I will let the parents find out that one" the redhead shrugged. Chan chuckled a little at that and seemingly wanted to say something but then the baby in Seungmin's arms reached their little hand out, towards the phone and in some way Chan. "Dada", was all the little one said.

Seungmin blinked in confusion while Chan looked ready to cry. "Yeah. I'm Dada. And Dada will come to get you in no time", the man with the silver hair replied, already having teary eyes. Seungmin had to refer from laughing because of the way Chan had answered the baby's call for him, but the redhead had to admit that the whole scene was adorable.

"I'm at my lab, hyung. So come and get your baby", the redhead said in a teasing tone but he couldn't help but smile. "I will be there in no time", Chan replied, looking at the baby once more and waved goodbye before ending the call. The baby looked confused and turned their head around in obvious distress.

"Dada?", the baby called out and Seungmin slowly realized his mistake. The baby was going to cry again because it seemingly already wanted to be with Chan. "Dada will come to get you. Don't worry", Seungmin quickly reassured the child, straightening his back again. The little kid looked at him with his teary golden eyes, sniffling.

"Please don't cry", Seungmin prayed internally while he continued to talk to the little child until he hear the door to his lab open. Jisung and Minho walked in and their eyes immediately widened when they saw the babies crawling around on the lab's floor.

"By all gods. It really worked", Jisung mumbled to himself. "Yeah it did. Now help me. This one will cry if Chan isn't here in the next five second", Seungmin said as calmly as possible, nodding to the baby in his arms, whose eyes already shimmered with tears.

"I hope Hyunjin and Changbin are good with children because you aren't for sure", Minho commented, walking over to Seungmin and carefully taking the baby out of his arms. The baby looked at Minho with their big, teary eyes.

"Hey there, darling. Was the big redhead mean to you?", Minho purred, letting the little one lightly bounce on his arm. He talked in the softest way Seungmin had ever heard him talk but the redhead still felt insulted. He more or less had dealt with five crying babies before Jisung and Minho had arrived therefore he couldn't be that bad with children.

The little Byungchan child looked at Minho, sniffled again but didn't start crying. It let itself be held by Minho and didn't look as upset as before. Screw Lee Minho for being good with children to the point where you could consider it to be unfair.

"Do we have any clue which baby belongs to who?", Jisung spoke up, quickly scanning over the babies and then looking at Seungmin. The redhead thought for a moment and then remember that the little Byungchan baby had identified Chan as "Dada" over a screen, meaning it could be possible that the babies recognize their parents when they saw them.

"I guess they know themselves but you could also take an educated guess by looking at them properly" Seungmin answered, gesturing to Minho, who was holding the child that was basically the perfect mix of Byungho's and Chan's DNA. It would be weird if it wasn't that way since all five babies were created from samples of their their parents' DNA. The only question that remained was who had twins since they had only four sets of parents.

"I still can't believe the whole thing we set up yesterday worked in the end. It had seemed like a totally fail", Jisung said, gesturing around the room. Yesterday Seungmin, Jisung and Jeongin had been quite busy here. After all, they had tried to create life with the help of an ancient book Seungmin had found in his father's library. The three magic users had set up a gigantic pot used to create potions to perform a spell that would creat life out of different sets of DNA. Where the DNA came from didn't really matter. It could be a hair, a drop of blood or something else that had someone's DNA in or on it.

Jisung crouched down in front of two of the babies, who just happen to play together. One baby had dark blue hair and a pair of cat ears on their head as well as a dark blue colored cat tail, which poked out of their romper suit. It played with a child that had ginger hair, foxy eyes with different colors and a bushy fox tail.

If Seungmin had to guess he would say that this was Minho and Jisung's baby playing with Felix and Jeongin's little one. Technically those two would be cousins due Minho and Felix being brothers. Maybe that was the reason they seemingly got along so well. It made Seungmin really wonder if the babies really knew who was related to them by some sort of instinct.

"We need to give them names within a week, right?", Jisung spoke up, still watching the blue-haired baby play with the one with the ginger hair. Seungmin blinked in confusion for a moment before he remember what had been written in the ancient book where they found the spell.

"Yeah. If they have names they will be normal children. If they remain nameless they disappear again after a week", Seungmin remembered reading in the ancient book. The redhead crouched  down beside Jisung, focusing on the two babies the young man with the blue hair was watching. At this point Seungmin was pretty sure Jisung had realized too that the baby with the dark blue hair was his and Minho's child.

"I'm still amazed nobody used this spell before. It has no after effects as far as we know and it freaking works", Jisung said, looking from the two babies to Seungmin. There was a bit of a emotional shimmer in the eyes of the blue haired male. It made Seungmin smile a little bit, knowing that even though Jisung saw the whole Stray Kids group and Byungho as his family since he didn't have a biological one anymore, he wanted nothing more than to start a family of his own with Minho. That wish was now granted.

"It's an ancient book, long forgotten by society at this point. I was just lucky to find it in my father's library the moment we needed it", Seungmin replied, bumping his shoulder against Jisung's. "If this spell really works we can make a lot of people happy", Jisung mumbled to himself and wiped his teary eyes. Seungmin nodded in agreement.

Even though the spell they used was an ancient one it would be revolutionary for today's magical society. Every family could have their very own children. Still before Seungmin and Jisung could make this forgotten spell public they needed to be sure it was truly harmless to everyone involved.

"Talking about this from an scientific-magical point of view, where is your little helper?", Minho spoke up, crouching down next to Jisung. He let the Byungchan child out of his arms and crawl to the other ones.

For a minute Seungmin had no clue what Minho was talking about until he remembered he hadn't called Jeongin yet. "I kind of forgot to call Jeongin", Seungmin mumbled. Minho raised an eyebrow at that and Jisung looked at the redhead like he had just committed a crime.

"I didn't expect that from you", Jisung said, pulling his phone out of the back pocket of his jean. "Hey, I had to deal with a lot this morning", Seungmin argued. "Yeah I see that. The babies are such a handful", Jisung replied sarcastically while dialing Jeongin's number. Seungmin huffed and stood up again, walking over to the table in the middle of the lab. He looked at the ancient book, which still laid on the table from yesterday and opened the page where the information about the spell they had used, was written down in an ancient language only Seungmin could read.

The language was a demonic one and only readable by creatures from hell. It was kind of weird that such a book contained a spell that was able to create life out of two different sets of DNA, but Seungmin knew better than anyone that the creatures of hell were just misunderstood by the ones, who lived on earth. After all, the young man with the bright red hair himself was a well known demon with extraordinary magical abilities and an inventive mind, which he put to good use. He was known for inventing multiple variations of different types of spells and for the spell book he wrote five years ago when he was just seventeen years old. And even with all his achievements some people would still bring up the fact that he was an unholy creature of hell.

"Hyungs why haven't you called me earlier!", Jeongin made his presences known. Seungmin looked up to see the young, blond man with the foxy eyes standing at the lab's entrance. His eyes had widened a bit when he saw the five babies crawling around in the lab.

"I swear Felix will flip out", the blond breathed out. "Why?", Jisung asked with a chuckle. "Because I told that dork it didn't work yesterday evening", Jeongin answered, joining Jisung and Minho.

"Honestly am I the only one, who didn't snitch our plan to their partners yesterday?", Seungmin complained, closing the ancient book again. Jeongin and Jisung looked up to him with an apologetic look.

Seungmin, Jisung, Jeongin and Chan had actually planed to surprise their partners with the little ones. Of course, they had made sure their other halves wanted children in the first place, otherwise their plan could have gone horribly wrong.

When Seungmin had brought up the topic of children with his two partners, Hyunjin and Changbin basically admitted that they had baby fever because he wouldn't shut up about having little ones in the big castle they lived in afterwards.

"Why did you even come up with that plan anyway?", Minho asked, gaining the attention of the three other young men. "Because surprises are fun", Jeongin replied with a cheeky grin on his face. Minho just huffed in response.

A knock on the lab's door let the four men turn around. "That should be Chan-hyung", Seungmin said and went over to the door, opening it. And there really stood the young man with the messy silver hair, Seungmin had called. He was panting a little bit like he had run here.

"Welcome, Hyung", Seungmin said, automatically going to the side, so Chan could enter the lab. The man with silver hair walked passed the redhead, greeting the other three young men with a simple wave because he still needed to catch his breath. Seungmin closed the lab door again and walked over to the panting male, patting his back in sympathy.

"Dada" the voice of the little Byungchan child called. Chan's head snapped towards the little baby with the wild silver hair, big round golden eyes and black wings almost automatically. The little one made grabbing motions in Chan's direction, repeating the word "Dada". The other babies seemed a bit confused to see that.

Chan walked over to Jeongin, Jisung and Minho, carefully picking up the child that continued to call him "Dada" in a cute voice. When Chan had the little one in his arms he looked very close to tears. The baby just relaxed in Chan's arm and began to slowly doze off peacefully.

"They are beautiful", Chan said in barely a whisper, looking at the little one in his arms. He already looked like a father. Just seeing his friend, leader and Hyung be so happy about his child, made Seungmin feel warm on the inside. He walked over to the man with the silver hair, carefully laying his hand on the head of the little child in his arm, using a bit of magic to scan it.

Seungmin blinked in surprise when he noticed that this baby really seemed like a normal child. It was 11 months old, female, had a lot of magic in their body, which was normal for magic user babies and most importantly had a fully developed atomy and everything that made a person a person. There was literally no indication that this baby was created by a spell.

"It's a 11 months old baby girl with magical abilities", Seungmin said, looking at Chan. The man with the silver hair looked up from his baby and to Seungmin. "By all gods I have a daughter", he whispered to himself but loud enough for the rest to hear.

"You do, hyung", Jeongin chuckled having a wide smile on his face. "Do you already have a name in mind for her?", Seungmin asked, being a bit interested in that topic, considering that the little girl in Chan's arms was his niece.

"Well, Byungho and I came up with a lot of names when we talked about having children someday," Chan began, his smile soft. "But the name I have in mind right now isn't on that list and I'm not sure if Byungho will be okay with it", he explained, looking at the now sleeping baby girl in his arm.

"What did you have in mind, hyung?", Jisung asked, looking up to Seungmin and Chan. "I would like to call her Eve, like Byungho's mother", Chan answered and focused back on Seungmin. The redhead understood why Chan was unsure about that name. Byungho's mother Eve had died some years ago. She wasn't Seungmin's mother though, since Byungho and Seungmin were half brothers, who shared a father. Despite having different mothers, Byungho and Seungmin grew up together like regular brothers and always managed to retain a very good relationship. 

Seungmin didn't know what but something told him that Byungho would be glad to call his daughter Eve. "I think the name fits her perfectly", the redhead said, looking at the little girl with the silver hair and black wings once more. He could still see Chan smile warmly from the corner of his eye.

"Sorry to ruin the mood but I think we should head home with the babies", Jisung spoke up, gaining Seungmin's attention. The redhead looked over to his blue-haired friend, seeing him hold the little baby with the blue hair and cat ears. The little one yawned and was slowly dozing off in Jisung's arms.

Seungmin looked over to the other babies noticing that they were all slowly falling asleep too. Jeongin just picked up the baby with the ginger hair and fox tail, carefully putting it into his arm like it would break the second he wasn't careful.

"I guess Seungmin got the twins", Minho commented, who just picked up a baby that had fallen asleep while attempting to crawl under one of the bookshelves. The little one had raven hair and two horns on top of their head, making their demonic side quite obvious. Almost automatically Seungmin's eyes went to the baby with the red hair, who to be fair was the one that had stopped the other babies' crying. It was sitting upright on the floor but slowly dozing off too.

Seungmin went over to the little one, picking it up carefully. The little one was pulled out of their little daze when Seungmin picked them up. They looked into the redhead's eyes with their black orbs and then relaxed, letting Seungmin put them into his arm without complaining. They even snuggled a little into Seungmin and then fell asleep within seconds.

"Congrats. You are officially a father now", Jisung whispered to Seungmin with a grin on his face. The redhead looked up to his friend, who held his own baby and he honestly had no clue what to do. Even though he had imagined this moment ever since starting to think about having a family with Changbin and Hyunjin, he never thought he would feel so clueless about being a father.

Minho walked over to Seungmin with smooth, light movements, his tail swaying idyllic from side to side showcasing his relaxed mood. The sleeping baby in his arms seemingly didn't notice the movement at all. When the older male with the hazel nut hair and cat ears on his head stood in front of Seungmin, holding the baby with the black hair and horns next to the one the young demon held, the redhead felt a sort of pride and warmth spreading through his entire body. He would do anything for those two babies even if he didn't realize it in that moment.
