In which Felix is utterly terrified of thunderstorms...

The nine members of Stray Kids were just having a bit of fun in the practice room, being well...kids as they usually did. Chan then heard the distant sound of thunder coming from outside, frowning.

"Hey guys, stop for a second!" Everyone was still laughing and playing around with Felix chasing a giggling Jeongin around the room, "oi, Kids!" Chan exclaimed.

Just as he said that, a loud crack and boom of thunder sounded close to the building, basically shaking the room. Chan quickly looked over to Felix, who jumped at least two feet back from where he was, a shaking mess. Chan knew how scared his boyfriend was of storms, so he walked over and gave the younger a tight back hug.

Felix leaned into the back hug, jumping a bit and letting out a soft squeak as he heard another loud boom of thunder. Jeongin was also not too fond of storms and clung onto Felix, hiding his head in the older boys neck. Chan sighed, removing one of his arms from Felix to wrap it around Jeongin's shoulders.

All of a sudden, another crackle and boom sounded just three minutes later and the rain plummeted down heavily onto the roof of the JYP building, and the power went out. Chan then felt two sets of arms wrap around him, and a couple minutes later the power comes back on. Jisung and Minho are giggling at the sight of Felix AND Jeongin clinging to Chan like a baby koala clings to their mother.

They looked like a little family; Felix and Chan as the parents and Jeongin as their child. Felix looked up at Chan, a blush on his face. He hated being such a scaredy cat in front of his boyfriend, but he honestly couldn't help it.

"It's okay baby, you're okay" Chan laughed softly, leaning down to place a short kiss on Felix's lips.

Chan turned his head, placing a kiss on Jeongin's forehead. Jeongin giggled childishly, grinning from ear to ear. Felix and Chan were, although he would never say it out loud, his favorite members. Chan and Felix were his closest brothers in a way. That's not to say he didn't think of Hyunjin, Seungmin, Jisung, Minho, Changbin and Woojin as his brothers too, but Chan and Felix were his favorite hyungs.

Later that night, the storm had started up again as it had stopped a few hours earlier, and a loud clap of thunder shook Felix awake. The young boy gripped his blanket pulling it over his mouth and nose so only his eyes were visible. He whimpered softly so as to not wake a sleeping Seungmin, and squeaked as quietly as he could when another loud clap of thunder sounded.

The storm that raged now seemed worse than the one from earlier, as thunder and lightning were constantly clashing outside. Felix then stood up, wrapping his arms around himself in a protective manner as he walked out the open door. He walked towards Chan, Woojin and Minho's shared room, the light still on as Chan was working in a new beat for a song.

He didn't hear Felix walk in, but when Felix sat down beside the older, Chan took his earphones out and looked at Felix.

"Hey baby, what's wrong?" Chan whispered.

It was a wonder how Woojin and Minho were asleep with the light on, but Felix wasn't even thinking about that as he was freaking terrified. He didn't even know where his irrational fear came from, but he knew he was very young when the fear came about.

Chan sighed when he saw the fear clearly in the younger boys eyes and wrapped an arm around Felix's shoulders, letting the boy bury his face in his neck. Chan held him as he put one of his earphones back into hid ear, listening back to the beat he had just created. He rubbed Felix's arm reassuringly after a few quiet moments, his chin resting atop soft platinum blonde hair.

"It's alright babe, the storm isn't gonna hurt you" Chan whispered.

Another loud boom of thunder sounded, causing the younger to jump and shake in his hold.

"C-Channie hyung, sing to me please?" Felix whimpered.

Chan sighed, wracking his brain for songs to sing. Then, all of a sudden, one came to mind.

I got ways" Chan started singing softly, feeling his younger boyfriend stop shaking and relax into his hold, "no one's gonna hurt you

Nothing can harm you, not while I'm around" Chan moved his seat back, shutting his laptop and taking the one earphone out of his ear as he pulled Felix up to sit on his lap.

Another loud boom of thunder passes, and a crackle of lightning that struck nearby, and once again Felix was reduced to a whimpering mess. Chan frowned, kissing the youngers forehead and running his thumb over Felix's freckled cheek. He didn't say anything; he just kept singing softly to calm Felix down.

"Being close and being clever
Ain't like being true
I don't need to, I would never
Hide a thing from you
Like some" Chan smiled; well, at least the song spoke truth.

He would never be able to live with himself if he kept something hidden from Felix. Hell, he couldn't keep anything from Felix. That was just hoe their relationship worked.

Not while I'm around" Chan finished singing, a smiling Felix looking straight into his eyes.

"I love you Channie" Felix smiled, another loud crackle and boom sounding but Felix didn't seem bothered this time.

Chan seemed to take all of his fear away with just his beautiful singing voice and merely his presence could make Felix feel safe and secure.

"I love you too Lix" Chan smiled back.

The two then locked their lips into a passionate, slow kiss, reveling in each other. What they didn't know, was that Minho was secretly awake and filmed the entire thing, sending the video to the group chat.
