Thunder.
Thunder.
Thunder again.
And ..
Ah.
Yeah, thunder again.
Momo shivered slightly at the fourth thunder that striked. "This is getting scary," She chuckled, turning her head away from the glass panes to Todoroki ahead of her.
"Are you okay?" He asked, turning his head back to face her. Momo smiled, quite embarrassed, and nodded. "How's your candle?" She asked, taking a glimpse of his candle from behind.
"It's fine." He replied, his eyes tracing the object in his hand. Momo smiled once more, satisfied at his repsonse. "That's good," She said, softly.
Fifth thunder strike.
Todoroki stopped walking.
Momo did too. Waiting for him to say something. He didn't. It was getting strange really strange now and it literally feels like it has been fifteen minutes.
"Uh, are you alright, Todoroki?" She walked up to him, concerned, but somehow still with a gentle smile on.
Once she reached beside him, his gaze were averted to the side. He was sweating, most likely from his nervousness.
He took a deep breath then met her eyes, who apparently were staring at him the whole time from the side. "I'm kind of scared of lightning."
Momo couldn't help but be surprised. "W-Wait-"
He sighed and looks away to the side, "It's sort of embarrassing to have that fear, but it started when I was a kid and couldn't leave the house, so-"
He was cut off by Momo shaking her hands and the flashlight infront of her, plus her high pitched yet cute screaming.
"N-No, don't worry about it! It's completely fine to fear such things!" She exclaimed, causing him to look back to her.
Her hands collide together with the flashlight too, "I don't think you should be embarrassed by it, I fear little things too! If you're scared, then .." She trails off, looking down at her hands with a small smile. "Then .. don't be afraid to tell me." She lifts her head up, smiling at him, a comforting smile, something that drained the fear out of Todoroki, it felt nice.
Thunder striked again, and Todoroki slightly bounced at the sudden loud sound, and Momo didn't even flinch. She began to giggle lightly.
"Let's get going now." Todoroki said adter letting a sigh escapes his lips.
Momo chuckled. "Where though?"
Todoroki shrugs.
"Do you think we should head to the faculty room?" She suggested, walking side by side together as the rain beats the rooftops with unbelivable strength.
"It's worth trying." He replied.
Momo smiled. "Alright, let's go there instead."
They continue to walk for minutes, thunder striking frequently. Usually Momo would laugh at his reaction, then comfort him.
She nearly suggested to hold her hand, but being the shy baby she is, she doesn't.
Once they reach the floor where the faculty room is, they walk their way there, cautious.
Suddenly, the door opens, and a certain form of light was visible, probably from a flashlight.
The pair stopped walking, cautious and prepared to attack. Todoroki specifically had his arm out in front of his companion, perhaps to protect her from whatever is there. Their eyes then widen at the sudden sound of people chattering.
"Quiet down."
"Come on, we should totally go drink with them again! You might even fall for me if we do it again!"
"No way."
"Come on!"
A whining woman and a cold and obviously bored man.
Momo was nervous, but was definitely brave enough to attack and run. Todoroki, in the other hand, still had his impassive look on, clearly calm of the situation he was in. The pair were already in their stance position, ready to use their quirks.
Then came out two familiar adults.
"Ah."
"Oh! Hey there!"
Momo's mouth let out an 'Ah' too, clearly relieved. Her body relaxed, slowly turning back to its original form of standing calmly with a flashlight, and so did Todoroki.
"Sir Aizawa and Miss Joke ...?" She said, softly and quiet surprised.
Miss Joke laughed, clutching the phone with its flashlight on in her hands as she cackled. "Hello!" She said, walking with Aizawa to approach them.
"Why are you two still here?" Aizawa said asked slowly rolling his eyes from Miss Joke's loud greeting.
"We had to leave the school grounds for a special event and once we returned, the rain was too strong, and we couldn't reach the dorms." Momo explained calmly, despite the rain already basically draining her voice out.
"Oh my, we had to pick up some documents after hanging out with the teachers of U.A!"
"No one asked."
Miss Joke laughed at Aizawa's comment once again.
"You two need to head back, it's super late." He informed them, glancing over to his wrist watch. "We'll take you there, we have a car with us."
"Yeah, he stole it!"
"Shut it."
Miss Joke just cackled at his response before lightly smacking him at the back.

The car ride to the dorms was pretty short, and it was basically just a whole lot of jokes from Miss Joke, odd country music playing from the radio despite the horrible connection, and loud, brutal rain hitting the car's surfacce.
"You two eat dinner and get some sleep."
"Yes, sir." They both replied. Todoroki opens the door, preparing to exit and shelter himself with his blazer.
"Thank you for the ride once again, please drive safely home." Momo tells the two, smiling at them.
"Oh, that'll be a huge problem, since he's driving!" Miss Joke pointed at Aizawa, laughing.
"Please shut up."
Aizawa sighed. "We will, Yaoyorozu. Get some good sleep tonight."
"We will." She smiled.
Todoroki looks over to her, "I'll head out now, thank you once again."
Todoroki rushed out, luckily reaching the doorstep safely. Momo follows, her blazer hanging on her head. The two watch the car first, waiting for it to leave.
When suddenly,
"Oh shi- I nearly forgot." Aizawa suddenly said, leaving his car in a rush.
"Eh?" Miss Joke was left alone, clueless.
He runs to the doorstep, meeting the two.
"Ah, Sir Aizawa?"
"I needed to announce something while I was here, I completely forgot." He then knocked the door.
"Excuse me .." Aizawa said softly, his voice trailing off as he entered the room.
The first thing he sees is a crowd of children by the couches, candle lights and lights turned off.
"Ahh! Yaoyorozu and Todoroki are back! Safe! And alive!" Mina cried out, rushing to give the two hugs at the same time, tightly grasping them in her arms, ignoring Aizawa's prescence.
Ochako joins in. Then Toru. Then Kirishima. Then Kaminari. They all yelled happily weird things that no one seems to comprehend.
"Oh, Sir Aizawa?" Deku approached his homeroom teacher after briefly waving at the gang. Aizawa was currently lost right now after seeing his students literally ram each other for hugs.
He finally picked himself up and looked over to Deku. "Oh, Midoriya."
"What brings you here?"
Aizawa glanced at the pair he recently was with.
"I had to pick those two up and announce something,"
He then turned to the group, "Hey, class meeting by the living room, it's important."
"Five more minutes please!"
"Well, damn-"
[ ○ ]
"There will be no class next week, for obvious reasons."
"Obvious .. reasons?"
"The weather, Kaminari."
"What about it?"
"Oh my go-"
Momo was now wrapped with a towel and so was Todoroki, still in their drenched uniforms, holding mugs of warm tea in their hands behind the couches, sipping as they watch the scene unfold before them.
"Look, it's a saturday. I would love to go home and sleep, not deal with this."
"Wait, what's wrong with the weather??"
"Kaminari, shut the fuck up!!" Bakugou yelled.
"Bakugou- Oi, Bakugou! Stop pulling Kaminari's hair!"
"Agh! Stop! It hurts-"
"Mina, stop smacking Bakugou! He's going to-"
And so a chase began in the dorms, and Aizawa seemed to be enjoying the yellimg and the thrill at first, but he stopped it once Bakugou activated his quirk. He dumped the two on the couches.
"Okay, you two calm down. It's the middle of the night."
Bakugou growled in reply while Mina simply pouted.
Aizawa then turned to the rest of the class, who were still busy giggling. "For the next past days, everyone will stay in the dorms to stay safe. No one will leave according to the principal's commands. Got it?"
"Yes sir!" The whole class replied in unison.
"Alright, I'll be heading home now. Todoroki and Yaoyorozu, get some sleep and food."
The said pair nodded.
"The electricity won't come back in a while, so get used to this. See you."
He then left.

"Dinner is ready!" Toru called out to Todoroki and Momo, who just took a nice warm bath and freshened up.
Momo's soft lips formed a smile and her eyes began to shimmer as soon as she reached the table. Lo and behold was a fine warm meal, specifically Omlette Rice and a pitcher of juice, and one candle as their only source of light.
She grabbed hold of Toru's hands, "Thank you, Hagakure! We apologize you had to do this in the middle of the night," She said, genuinely.
Toru chuckled. "It's fine! I enjoy cooking a lot nowadays anyway,"
The said invisible maiden tilted her head to the side to get a view of Todoroki approaching the area. She meets Momo's eyes once again, "Do you think you two can clean up by yourselves?"
Momo's smile remained, "Of course! You've done enough for us, please rest now." She said, kindness and understanding was clear in her tone.
Toru chuckled at her best friend's charming state. She bid her farewell and said her 'goodnight' to the pair before heading to bed.
Momo turned around to see Todoroki admiring the food. "I apologize to keep you waiting," She said, giggling as she joined him in the table.
He lightly shrugged. "It's alright," He stated before clapping his hands together gently to give thanks.
Momo does the same, and soon, they begin to munch on their meal.
Momo swallows her first scoop after chewing, "Ahh, Hagakure's cooking surely improved," She said softly, admiring the food once again before taking another scoop.
Todoroki simply hums in reply, indicating agreement even though he was still chewing his food.
Momo continued to eat before she glanced to the window panes on the other side of the room. "The rain is starting to weaken a bit .." She said.
"The thunder also seemed to have stopped now." She said, giggling as she looked over to Todoroki.
Todoroki swallowed his food. "Right."
Momo smiled, "Todoroki, do you think you can tell me the roots of your fear of the thunder?" She said, finally taking her last few scoops of her meal.
"Hmm, it began when I was kind of locked in my home as a kid, and it began to rain all of a sudden. I was kind of alone at that time, my siblings were out in a friend's house and my mother was asleep." He said. "I didn't want to wake her up so all I could do was endure the loud sound of the thunder, and it was .. terrifying honestly."
Momo giggled softly, "I can see that."
Todoroki took a sip of his orange juice and Momo turned her head to the window panes to admire the rain. Rain filled the area and a comforting silence slipped between the two, thus causing them to be silent.
Todoroki placed his glass down, "Yaoyorozu," He began.
Momo turned her head to him, a smile on her lips.
"It's kind of weird to ask now but .." His eyes averted to the side, and he clutched the glass in his hands.
"Do you like someone?"
