You were at Eleven's place to have a sleepover. Hopper was out of the house so it was just the two of you.

It was fun until Eleven brought up Mike. You despised Mike. Especially after what he did to Eleven. Although Eleven was still new to how a relationship works, she knows deep down that what Mike did was wrong.

"Mike told me to stay away from you and Max." Eleven said, facing away from you.

"Why?" You asked.

"He said that you can't be trusted and you would hurt me."

You scoffed, "The only person that hurt you was Mike. You remember what he did?"

"Yes but Mike said-"

"Mike this. Mike that. All you care about is Mike! He never once returned any feelings towards you. He using you and treating you like trash! Can't you see that?"

"No. That's not true. He likes me."

"As if! You're not even sure that you believe it yourself. You even saw him kissing another girl, El."

"No. No. He told me that she kissed him."

"Does that even make it better? He kissed back. Has he ever done that to you?"

Eleven shook her head, tears falling down her face, "Y-yes."

"Bull, El. He's just using you!"

"Stop! That's- That's not true!"

"Of course it's the truth, Eleven. Why would I lie to you?!"

Eleven screamed, shooting her hand up and throwing you across the room. Your head hit the wall and you fell on the floor.

You sat up and held your head, wincing at the pain.

"(Y/n)?" Eleven called out.

She stared at you and saw your head bleeding.

"I'm sorry, (Y/n). I'm so sorry." Eleven's voice broke as she walked towards you.

You looked away from her as she examined your head.

Tears filled Eleven's eyes again as she hugged you. You hesitated but you hugged back.

"You're right, (N/n). I should've listened to you and Max." Eleven took a deep breath. "I'm going to do it."

You furrowed your eyebrows, "Do what?"

"Break up with Mike."

You smiled sadly, "If you want, Max and I can be there to back you up?"

"Please." Eleven smiled back.
