Part 2
Dawn sat in the group in shock as she listened to Kelly's story about the alien who looked like Legolas from Lord of the Rings and smelled like Lavender apparently and he encounter with him. She was sure her eyes went wide a few times as Kelly described what happened to her. Dawn looked to her phone knowing it was recording everything and was only wondering how she would react hearing the story for the second time.
"Then he was gone, I haven't seen him since." Kelly finished and the room was silent.
"It happened to me too, but with a different guy, I'm sure." Chelsea spoke up.
Dawn did a double blink as she tried to process everything that Kelly had just told the group, to be honest she was surprised her jaw wasn't on the ground. The other woman told about her experience too and even compared herself to the virgin Mary. Swallowing had, Dawn attempted to make notes of what she was hearing but then realized her note book was beginning to look like an erotic novel.
"Ok, I think that's enough." The leader woman of the group said with a kind smile. "Miss Jones will be with us for the next meeting too and I am sure she would love to hear about the rest of our experiences."
Good lord there were more, she had only heard two and nearly had a heart attack. Shutting her book, she nodded to the group who smiled and let out a sigh of relief. In her head, she was screaming that these people needed professional help. The whole erotic affair with Legolas anyone could have dreamed up after a couple of drinks but in that much detail it was a bit crazy even for her.
"Any questions for these two ladies or reverse as well." The leader said as Dawn looked up.
"You both slept with a being or man whichever you prefer and he looked like Legolas, so what makes you think that no offense but it wasn't the same guy just playing a really bad joke or something like that?" Dawn asked in all seriousness.
"That couldn't have happened, he was all in white, and a white light." Kelly began to explain again and Dawn knew that no matter what she said those two would never admit to sleeping with the same man or being.
The meeting had ended and Dawn was not only confused and tired but she was definitely regretting wearing her boots with the heels. She wanted to look somewhat professional and while she did her feet were suffering for it. Ozzie had offered her a ride back to the hotel but she declined saying she needed to break the boots in so this wouldn't happen again. After giving her a hug good night and warning her to be safe Ozzie headed off. Dawn began to make her way back to the hotel as well but when she came to the coffee shop she stopped and looked at it even though she knew it was closed. She only stopped for a few moments then began to walk again only to walk right into someone and nearly falling to the ground if that someone hadn't of caught her.
"Are you okay? I am so sorry I didn't look where I was going." Dawn said as she looked up to see none other than Don looking down at her.
"It's ok, are you hurt at all?" Don asked and Dawn tried to adjust herself only to realize Don wasn't willing to let her go yet.
"Yes, thanks. Sorry these boots have me tripping everywhere. Lucky, you were here." Dawn said with a raised eye brow wondering how he had gotten there since she hadn't seen anyone before.
"I was on my way home from doing a few errands and I just happen to see you. I guess I am pretty lucky." Don said looking above his glasses at her. "I live above the coffee shop."
That explained a lot, maybe she just didn't see him she thought. As she looked into his beautiful eyes. For some reason, she wasn't in a rush to get out of his embrace either which was odd for her because she didn't usually act this way around guys. Usually she wanted nothing to do with them. Ozzie was an exception due to work purposes.
"You heading back to your place or could I steal a little of your time?" Don asked as he gently took hold of her hand.
"I should be heading back but, I could spare maybe ten minutes." Dawn said as Don began to walk and she walked right beside him.
Walking into a small park she looked around and saw they were headed to a picnic table. Don took his seat on top of it before looking to Dawn. She then stepped up and took her seat next to him before looking up to the sky and at the stars.
"What do you see when you look at the stars?" Don asked her out of the blue.
"I see stories, loved ones who watch out for you and maybe even wishes. Anything could be up there you just gotta be smart enough to find it." Dawn answered and Don tried to hide the big smile that was now on his face. "Even aliens I suppose but after listening to those two women's stories tonight I begin to wonder what they were drinking before their encounter."
"What do you mean?" Don asked wondering who she was talking about.
Dawn changed the names of the women and explained some of the story to Don and he realized it was him that she was talking about. He was the alien that had the encounter with the two women and now he was re hearing all about it from a woman who was doing something to him that he couldn't explain.
"Both with the same guy you think?" Don questioned after Dawn finished telling what she knew.
"Yeah, apparently, Aliens aren't too loyal or faithful huh? That's one thing I can't stand, someone who can go from one woman to another. Just prove they aren't worth the time." Dawn shrugged and now Don's heart sunk.
A part of him knew he was only with those women for research but he still got pleasure from it so now he was experiencing guilt. Scratching the back of his neck nervously he wondered what he would do now. Would he tell her the truth and maybe she would believe him or run for the hill as fast as she could. Just then he got a message from Jeff telling him to bring Dawn up now. Rolling his eyes Don turned to Dawn and gently turned her head to face him and he carefully pressed his lips to hers while at the same time touching a pressure point making her pass out in his arms.
"I hate my job." Don sighed as he picked up Dawn's body in his arms.
Dawn felt very strange, she didn't remember going to bed. Still she knew that she was laying down and it wasn't on a bed either, more like a table in her mind. Slowly she opened her eyes and saw a bright white light, quickly she closed her eyes and held her hand out blocking the light. Barely knowing what to do she dared to sit up and look around. It was like something out of a twilight zone episode. A completely white room with lights everywhere. For a moment she thought she was on the set of a movie or something like that. She heard a weird sound and turned around to find what clearly looked like a grey alien with dark black eyes staring her down.
"Oh boy, she's up. I knew he didn't press her pressure point long enough." The alien grumbled as he took a few steps forward.
"Stay back!" was all Dawn could think to say as she rolled to the other side of the table and stood up making sure she kept as far away from the alien as possible. "What the hell are you? How did I even get here and where is here?!"
Jeff shook his head as he walked up to the table.
"You are special. You have been chosen by my kind to research humans." Jeff said using the normal line he would use on human to try and calm them down and make them feel important.
"No way, I don't believe a word! First I was with the-" Dawn started but then stopped her sentence as she remembered what happened before waking up in the strange place.
Don walked inside the room now dressed in all white with his long hair down. Looking over at him Dawn now knew what the women had told her that night now might have been true and he was the one that had the encounter with both of them. Noticing the look on her face Don went over to try and comfort Dawn only to be surprised with a slap right across his face with as much strength as Dawn could muster.
"Oh I like her more already." Jeff laughed as he watched Don look completely confused and out of his element.
"You sick, twisted freak! What the hell did you think you were doing kissing me and bringing me here?! I am not gonna let you sleep with me you man whore!" Dawn yelled in anger as Jeff now began to hold his sides from laughing so hard.
"What? I haven't slept with you I brought you here to get the dna for red hair from you, that is all I swear it." Don pleaded with Dawn still feeling the sting from her slap on his face.
Dawn narrowed her eyes at Don. Just for her hair color?! Seriously she couldn't believe this, hadn't the aliens ever heard of hair coloring? Though her hair color was natural she didn't she why that would make her a target for kissing and abduction to wherever they were now. She looked to the other Alien who was now holding onto a table from laughing so hard for support. Then she thought again, this would also be a good way to get information about aliens if they really were in fact aliens.
"My hair color? Your trying to copy my color Legolas?" Dawn asked as she crossed her arms over her chest showing Don she was not afraid of him at all.
"Please! Stop! I can't stop laughing." The other alien called out to them in-between laughs.
"Jeff wanted the DNA, we hadn't seen someone with your hair color for a long time and he wanted to be able to replicate it." Don explained as he kept his eyes on Dawn's hands now.
"Then turn human, find a red head, fall in love, then make babies. Don't beam one up to a place she doesn't know!" Dawn yelled at Don again only this time she moved closer to him. "You guys just can't go and grab people! What if one of us killed on of you?"
After hearing that Jeff and Don both had a weird look on their faces and looked down to the floor. Dawn watched them and now it was her turn to be confused. The other alien who Dawn was assuming was Jeff walked to another little table but this one had a top on it almost like a coffin but clear. Jeff put his hand on it and Dawn then figured out that one of theirs had probably been killed by a human.
"Sorry, listen I don't want to die or anything and I prefer to keep my DNA to myself." Dawn said as she looked to Don who had the weirdest puppy dog look on his face. "How would you even get it?"
"A simple blood draw would do." Jeff spoke up. "After that you could go if you wanted, we would have to wipe your memory first."
Wipe her memory that was something Dawn didn't want them to mess with, she had already deleted a lot there and she definitely didn't want Aliens snooping around in there. Sighing because she knew she didn't really have any other options she looked between Jeff and Don.
"And if I didn't want my memory wiped?" Dawn asked out of sheer curiosity.
"We would have to-"Don started only to be interrupted by Jeff who turned back and looked at both of them.
"We could make arrangements, first the DNA, then the deal though." Jeff said as he walked back up to Don and Dawn.
Considering her options, Dawn knew that she would have to agree even if just to live through this experience. Nodding her head very much against her will she saw Jeff smile somewhat and then take Don's hand and put it in Dawn's hand. Confusion was written all over Dawn and Don as Jeff laughed.
"It will be nice to know everything about humans, who better to learn from then one like her Don after all you do have a crush on her since you have never kissed a human woman before." Jeff laughed.
Dawn looked up to Don and saw that he was blushing and for some reason that made her want to giggle just a little. An alien having a crush on her was something her head just couldn't comprehend at that moment. Then she felt Do tighten his grip on her hand which made her look back up at him.
"Good, worse case sernario she kills you Don." Jeff laughed as he walked off to another part of the room.
