"AH!! IT'S COMIN'!!" AJ shouts.

"H-hang in there." Dash says holding AJ's hoof.

AJ screams again.

"Just keep pushing." the doctor pony says.

AJ lets out a strong push, and the baby comes out crying. AJ was panting hard.

"You did good baby." Dash says.

AJ smiles.

"It's a girl." the doctor says holding up a rainbow maned pony, who was orange like AJ.

"What do you wanna call her?" Dash asks.

AJ replies, "How bout, Pristine Skies?"

"I like that." Dash says.

"Do you want to hold her?" the doctor asks.

AJ nods.

The doc gives Pristine to her. The filly stops crying immediately. AJ and dash laugh.

"We're officially parents." AJ says to her wife.

"Yeah, we did it." Dash says, "Thank you Twilight."

"It's no biggie." Twi replies.

Dash hugs Twilight with tears, "We couldn't have done it without you."

Twi was smiling happily, "I was just happy to help."

"Do you want to hold her now?" AJ asks Dash.

Dash nods, and takes Pristine. She was swaying her back and forth.

"She looks just like us." dash whispers cos Pristine was asleep.

AJ fell closed her eyes and fell asleep.

"She deserves her rest. " Twilight says.

"Yes she does, she's been through a lot." Dash says and walks out of the room with Pristine.

She sits in the waiting room and played with the newborn baby.

"Who's a good baby, you are. Yes you are." Dash says in baby talk.

Pristine was giggling and laughing.

4 hours later :

AJ comes out of her room to see Pristine sleeping on top of dash.

"Look at how cute they are." AJ says in her head.

She sits herself next to them and waits for them to wake up.

The next day :

Dash wakes up to see AJ holding Pristine. She smiles. AJ smiles back.

"I'll go an make us some breakfast Dash offers.

AJ nods. Dash goes downstairs and cooks up something good to eat.

"I am the happiest mare in all of Equestria."  she says in her head wiping a tear from her eye.
