Will and I decided to split up. He went to Lukas' house and I went to Mikes. Then we would meet at Dustin's. I knocked on Mikes door no one answered. Then the door opened...and none other then Billy stood in front of me. Oh great why was he here!?

"Ummmm hi Billy" I said he stared at me. "I'm looking for mike" I said. He just stepped aside not saying anything.

I ignored the fact the Billy was here and walked down to the basement. Mike sat at the table with Eleven he had D&D out and was teaching El how to play. He looked up from the manual and saw me standing at the base of the stairs.

"Hi Emily" he said El turned to face me as well a smile spreading across her face.

"Hi Mike hi El" I said

"Wanna Play?" Mike asked me. To be honest a round of D&D sounded awesome but I was here for a reason.

"Um no,I actually came to get you the party is having a meeting at Dustin's" I said Mike stood up

"I didn't get that call?" He said confused.

"It was just planed" I explained. Mike looked back to El and nodded.

"Ok" he said grabbing his backpack and motioning for El to come with as we walked up the stairs and out the front door.

"So what's this special meeting about?" Mike asked climbing onto his bike.

"I'll explain when we get there" I said El got on the back of Mikes bike and we rode off towards Dustin's.

"Um can I ask why Billy was at your house?" I asked. Mikes eyes got big

"What! Billy was at my house?!" He asked

"Ya he answered the door for me" I said Mike shook his head seriously why was Billy there? We got to Dustin's house Lukas,Will and Max were in the yard waiting for us.

"Can somebody please explain what's going on?" Max asked as we got off our bikes. Everyone nodded. I glanced at Will he was fiddling with his vest. Then I looked to Eleven who probably knew what was going on. She did she gave me a small nod.

"Let's just go inside ok" I said everyone looked to me and nodded heading inside.

"Hey guys?" Lukas asked as we were about to step into the house. We looked to him.

"Isn't that Steve's car" he said pointing a little ways down the street. Sure enough Steve's car was parked down the road.

"Yup,it is!" I said I was fine with Steve being here but I don't think the rest of the party quite understood. We walked inside the house. Dustin was sitting in the living room with Steve. We all walked in and found a place to sit.

"Hey guys,my moms not here so I thought we would meet out here and not all try to cram into my room" Dustin explained.

"Ok first off why is Steve here second what are we meeting for?" Mike asked everyone else nodding in agreement.

"Well Steve's here because he can be,and because I asked him over" Dustin said "and we're meeting because..."

"Because somethings wrong with Dustin" Steve answered for him. Everyone started panicking the only ones who were relatively calm were me Steve,Will and Eleven. Because we already knew what was wrong.

"Hey hey HEY!!" Steve yelled everyone stoped talking and looked at him.Then we all looked to Dustin who was clearly stressed out. He was breathing heavy and taping his foot. Steve started rubbing his back to calm him down.

I stood up and sat next to him. He looked at me. "It's ok" I said taking his hand. I've noticed that when we hold hands he seems to calm down more.

He took a few deep breaths and slowed his breathing down. Everyone looked scared they didn't understand what was actually going on. "What's wrong with you Dustin?" Max asked he took a final deep breath then looked at Max and answered her question.

"Don't freak out ok" he said seriously everyone nodded. "I have a virus from the upside down"

"WHAT!!" Mike screamed followed by the others joining in the yelling of What's and how's.

"Hey! Dibshits!!" Steve yelled once more causing everyone to stop.

"I'm fine really,I'm getting treatment every Sunday. Along with Hopper" Dustin explained.

"Hopper has this to?" Lukas asked.

"Ya,while we're on the subject of Hopper. El has anything happened to him at home?" El insanely got upset and clung to Mike. She didn't say anything just gave a nod.

I stared at the floor. I wish I hadn't asked,everyone stared calming down now. Nobody was yelling but we still had questions.

Mike spoke up first. "So how do you know that these headaches and blackouts are related to The Upside Down?"

"Well it's not just the headaches and blackouts" Dustin said his voice cracked he was getting nervous and scared.

"The only one that knows about this is Emily,but I had a a vision" he said. Steve turned in his chair so he faced Dustin better.

"Is that what happened at the lab? When you just went blank?" He asked him.

"Ya"Dustin responded Steve ran his hands through his hair. That what he did when he was stressed.

"What kind of visions Dustin? Like Wills now memories?" Mike asked this snapped Will more into the conversation he hadn't really said anything.

"No no not like that" Dustin said a little frantic. "There more like a dream,something made up in my mind. But it's set somewhere different. Not here not the upside down." He paused thinking.

"Describe it Dustin" Will spoke up.

"It's black pitch black forever nothing. And there's water on the floor like an inch of water,I don't know that's the best way I can describe it"

"Void" all eyes were drawn to Eleven.

"What?" Mike asked her to repeat herself.

"Void" she said again. Eleven knew this place Dustin was going to?

"What's the void?" Lukas asked.

"In between" Eleven said.

"In between what?" Max said.

"Here and Upside Down" Eleven explained.

"Is that where you went to talk to Will?" Mike asked. El nodded.

"But how is Dustin going there?" I asked. None of this made sense.

"Maybe I'm not going there" Dustin said. "Maybe i just see it. Because it feels like a dream but it's so real"

"Like a lusid dream" Will said.

"Ya ya just like that" Dustin said getting kinda excited for figuring this out.

"Ya he definitely doesn't go there. Because when El goes she still has contact to us. But you said when Dustin went there he blacked out. Like he wasn't even there right" Mike said.

"Ya no he was...just standing there with no emotion or anything" Steve explained.

"Sooooo what do we do?"Will asked.

We all exchanged looks. "I don't know if we can do anything" Dustin says.

"The doctors will fix it" he explains.

"I don't know Dust" Steve says.

"We don't really have a choice,we don't know what it is or how to stop it" Dustin says.

"And the doctors at the lab do?" I ask him. He looks at me realizing I'm right.

"I don't know" he says.

I wanted to help,do something but I don't know what.
