the young adults are all brought together through the coterie. they'll help each other get through each others struggles, and overcome adulthood together. despite all of them being so vastly different, they'll eventually become a family.

The Coterie at the Rogue, commonly referred to as The Coterie, is a communal living building in New York City. The Coterie inhabits the upper floor of the Rogue Theatre and extends to the rooftop.

the coterie became a thing 4 years ago. it's a communal living building, that offers a space for young adults alike to experience living together and city life! it provides young adults with a safe and cheap living environment! 

some facts about the coterie!

-The rent is $1,500 a month, which is the cheapest place to live in central NYC.

-All of the residents share a bathroom and kitchen. (there are stalls for showers and a couple sinks)

-There is a pool on the roof of the apartment complex, as well as a residential area where like real people do and sunlight  resides.

-The apartment complex has a problem with mice. 

-Every resident has to pick an activity for community service and sign a communal contract! 

hi guys! so there's no exact plot or where this thing is heading, I essentially just want it to be wholesome! there will be different chapters, where things happen! (like parties, events, trips etc) but the whole point of this is for me to plan with YOU! which means you input your ideas for chapters and plot ideas!
