"I challenged him that, i will take care my mom more than him, i will make her secure more than he does, i gives her happiness more than he could ever give. i done everything to keep my mom happy and secure, But i lost the challenge... i lost it, becoming her sorrow , i became the reason for her pain" She said a lonely tear escaped from her left eye, she immediately wiped it and looked at me.

" Today is my mom's birthday sir" She said giving a surprise to me.... so that's why she came here.

"Not only my mother, even my brother and sister birthday too today. Every year this day i comes here with my mother. But today, she's not with me, i didn't know where she is and how she is, i hope she doing fine. She said and faced the idol.

"Congratulations god..... i lost the challenge and i didn't have any complaints against you, but i have a request, as you know. I already failed as a daughter to protect my mother... but please you don't fail in securing her, i lost her trust, but she always has faith on you so don't loss it, as father a please protect her" She said joining her both palms together, i didn't know what to say. I about go to console her, the priest came there.

"Completed You're quarrel with God," He said coming out.

"I'm not quarreling with you're lord, i'm agreeing my loss" said chitti

We preyed god and took blessing from priest. After that chitti took a beautifully designed gold necklace out of the bag and gave it to priest.

"I bought this with my earned money, I want to give this to my mother today as her birthday gift. She said looking at the chain.

"But Now, this not mine since my mother is not with me, You take this and give this you're god as my mother's gift, he will be happy, if he's happy then, he can take care of my mother " she said, giving necklace to priest, me and priest smiled at her words. She is not agreeing that, she also believing in god.

"Whenever you comes here every time you gives something to this temple or temple trustees and says i don't believe him" the priest asked her.

"Who said i don't believed in god? I'm also believes him but i don't blame him for every single thing"she said and we smiled.

"Okay... okay... i agree, you believe in him, now go amd give this prasadam to all," He said giving fruit to him.

She took them and went to distribute. I stayed back looking at her who became busy with children's. Whem i'm staring at her, priest called me, i turned to face him.

" You are very lucky.... I have seen so many people in my life, but i never seen a person like chitti. When i first saw her, she is a seven years old kid, and the same day i seen her talking with god, no not talking.... actually y she's arguing with him on something. When no one is around her, from that day till now, she never stop quarreling with god. But I never seen her asking something for herself. He said with a smile on his face, i smiled.

"I know in which circumstances you both got married" He said , i looked him shockingly, how did he know.

"Laxmi said everything to me" He said giving another shock. Which means, he know where mom is.

"Do you know where she is" i asked him immediately.

"No.... i don't know.... where she is"

"But,. Just now you're said, she.. "

" Yeah... she came here few days back... maybe three or four months back in a shattered state. When i asked her what happened, she said, she has done a sin, which is never forgiven, she cried and cried reminding how she hurt her daughter and left from here saying, she can't show her face to anyone"

"Please tell me.... where she went... you don't know, how my wife suffers for her mother... please sir.... if you know, where she is... please tell me" i pleaded him.

"No.. my child.. i really don't know where she is. She didn't tell me where she's going... but she gave me a letter to give her daughters husband,... wait i will bring it" He said and went out. After few minutes he came back and gave me a letter. I took it from him.

"She know, this day her daughter will come here with her husband and she's right... see you came, don't tell chitti about this letter" He said and left from there, I stood at my place and glanced at chitti once.

She is praying goddess dhugrama closing her eyes. After prayer she take kunkum from there and put vermilion on her forehead and hair pattern after that, she again took kunkum and pulled her thali out and put kunkum on thali and made thali to touch her eyes. I don't why but... seeing that a proud feeling smile appeared on my face.

I saw my peddamma doing like this when she goes temple, it's a belief that if a married women puts kunkum to her thali it means she is praying god for her husband wellbeing.... chitti praying for me.... I kept looking at her but didn't realized when she came in front.

"Where are you lost.. sir" she asked me waving her hand.

"Not anywhere... I'm here only" i said looking here and there.

"What's in your hand sir" she asked me...Oh no the letter,

"Umm.. Hmm.... it's... nothing chitti... it's just a piece of paper" i said, she nodded.... thank god she didn't asked any question.

"Okay... let's go.. i will show, something and after that we have to go to our birthday baby's" she said in exciting tone,going out of the temple. I quickly hide the letter in pocket and followed her.

"Chitti... inka yentha dooram yaar, how far" i asked her feeling tried.

After we came out of temple, she asked me to follow her, i followed her and we both came in forest behind the temple, We are walking in this forest from more than one hour. God's know where she is taking me.

"Inkonchem doorame sir, we are near,.. just a little bit" she said walking.

I sighed and followed her, after a while i heard some sound.... it's water sound.... seems like there is a lake near. The water became louder when i moved forward. I ran fast hearing the sound and stopped seeing beautiful nature view. It's such a amazing view.... It's a waterfall...

A very beautiful waterfall...

"You like it.. sir.." she asked me standing next to me.

"Of course... i like it, i'm nature love you know" i said and start unbuttoning my shirt.

"What are you doing,sir" she said and turned other. What happened her suddenly.

"Why are you unbuttoning your shirt " she asked surprisedly.

"Why... means.... i going to swim... i can't swim with shirt,, you know it's quite uncomfortable " i said and removed my shirt. Why she behaving like this..... Oh... yeah... she still didn't forgot that day..

"Don't worry... i wore a vest, so you can see me, if you wish" i said and jumped in water. Oh... it's feels amazing.... i'm enjoying my swim.... it's making my mind relax. I saw chitti,she sat on rock and watching surroundings with a beautiful smile on face.

"Chitti.... can i ask you something" i asked her, after sometime, coming out of water.

"What is it" She said and gave me a towel without glancing me, silly girl, i take it and start dying my hair, she turned other side.

"This place is very beautiful and amazing, then why people is not here" I asked my doubt. Because i didn't seen anyone coming here other than us.

"It's a secret, i will tell you but promise, you won't afraid" she said in serious tone.

"Oh is it.... if you are planing to scare me... then stop it because, it's never going happen" i smirked.

"I don't have any intention to scare you, i just warned you" she said like she don't care.

"Ok tell me"

"Well, it has two reasons why people not come here. First reason, this waterfall flows for two months only"

"What... only two months..... but how... i mean after two months where this water will go and..."

"Sir..... let me complete " she said interrupting me, i became silent.

"Yes... this waterfall flows two month and after that, this water will dry up and second reason this is restricted forest.... a tiger family lives here so everyone scares to come here" she said and i'm dumbfounded.

"Are you kidding me chitti... if this is restricted forest then what we are doing here,, come let's go.... this not save for... "

"Wait.... " she interrupted me.

"What" i asked her.. she gestured to be silent and looked my behind. What she is doing....

"He is here" she said looking at something, whom she talking about.

"Who.... who is here " i asked not understanding what she talking.

"Munna... munn is here" she said.... who is this munna... and what he is doing here.... when i'm deep thought, i heard her calling me... wait.... where is she....

"Vicky sir... come here" i heard her and looked the direction... god where she going, did she lost her mind, i quickly wore my shirt and followed her.

"Chitti wait... where are you going, we have to leave from here" i shouted following her but didn't stop walking. After few minutes she stopped her steps.

Now we came where is water falling and there is big rock covered with trees, it's like a cave. Oh my god... We stood in front of a cave...

"Chitti this is not safe,,, it's looking like a cave... we need go from here" i said held her hand to go but she pulled her hand.

"Relax sir.... we are safe here" she said

"No... we are not safe here... look this cave, who know if there any tiger liv...." Suddenly my throat became dry and i lost my words seeing a tiger there..... yes... it's a tiger.... a real jungle tiger... and it's coming towards us.
