The six appear in a newspaper with the headline "BROOKLYN SAVED!", tacked onto a bulletin board in Mario's bedroom. Mario's alarm goes off, and Mario stops his alarm as "Mr. Blue Sky" by the Electric Light Orchestra begins to play. Mario yawns and stretches before getting out of bed.

Mario and Luigi get dressed, collect their tools and walk out a door into the Mushroom Kingdom, where they now live.

"Morning!" Green Toad greeted them.

"Hello!" Yellow Toad greeted as well.

Y/N flies down and glides next to her brothers to greet them and give them kisses on the cheek.

"Morning, guys! Have fun!"

"You too, sissy!!" Mario and Luigi said in unison before the two race each other to a Warp Pipe and jump in.

"Wahoo!"

Lumalee pulls out a saxophone and begins to play a jazzy rendition of the Super Mario Bros. theme as the credits roll before winking at them.

The lights come on and a blue Toad guard comes in, banging on the birdcage prison of the still tiny Bowser.

"Hey! Quiet in there. Lights out, little guy." he ordered.

"Hey! You can't treat me like this! Do you know who I am?! I am Bow-" Tiny Bowser shouted in a high-pitched voice.

The blue Toad guard shuts the door, making him sigh. Suddenly, the doors were knocked before opening to reveal Y/N. Tiny Bowser was shocked to see her again as she lit up the room after thanking blue Toad for letting her in.

"Y/N? What are you doing here?" he asked.

"Just wanted to check up on you." Y/N answered.

"But... I thought you didn't want to see me again."

"I didn't say I never want to see you again. I'm still mad at what you did. But... it's best to forgive than holding the grudge. I still care about you." she said, giving him a smile. "Plus, your song about me really makes me wanna visit you again to hear more." she teased, making him blush in embarrassment.
