Becky sighed and opened her eyes. "This family has gone bonkers!" She told Gohan. "What do you mean by gone bonkers?" He asked, looking confused.

"Listen, today, or yesterday, or whatever day it is, was supposed to be a nice, normal day. I was outside with your dad, and your uncles, and my boyfriend, playing around like the way we always do, when a strange light appeared and made everyone go crazy," she explained to him.

"Crazy, how?" Gohan asked. "Oh, I don't know, knocking me out, kidnapping me, bringing me here to the hospital and giving me drugs that make me seem like I'm sick when I'm not, how's that sound?" "That doesn't sound like anything my dad would do. He wouldn't hurt a fly, honest. But is it just Dad and Uncle Raditz and Uncle Turles that are affected, or is it everyone else, too?"

"It's my mom, my dad, and quite possibly the rest of the world, I'm not sure. But be careful, they don't know you're not affected, so whatever they say to do, you'd better do it, or they'll suspect something." Gohan said nothing, lost in thought, sitting at the end of the bed. Just then there was a creak, and the door opened and Trunks and Goten entered, Vegeta following behind.

They must've been outside the door, listening to the entire conversation. "Has Kakarot and the rest of your family gone bonkers?" Vegeta demanded, a scowl on his face. "Yes, I wouldn't be here if they hadn't," Becky said, rolling her eyes. She began to shiver, and Vegeta placed a blanket over her, wrapping her in it. "What the hell did they do to you?" He asked, looking worried about her, since he and Becky were best friends since they met, not liking each other at first, but then got to know more about the other person, and eventually became friends.

"This isn't like Kakarot, he wouldn't hurt a flea, especially not his own sister," he thought out loud. Becky nodded in agreement, then thought of something. "Hey Vegeta, you're a doctor, too, right?" "Yeah, what of it?" "Maybe you could run tests on my brother, and see what the cause of it is?" "Perhaps. I do remember seeing that weird light in the sky. It could be the source of this madness." Becky nodded and went back to sleep, and Gohan and Vegeta made the boys leave the room, and shut the door after they all had left, letting Becky sleep.
