As Becky brought the boys their drinks, she began to wonder.
What if the serious look in their eyes was just a way to throw her off? Were they planning a surprise for her? Her birthday was coming up soon, so maybe they were planning a surprise party?

She could only hope. If not, then she was in serious danger. She passed by her mother, Gine, and she too, had the same serious look in her eyes.
What is going on here? She thought, worried for her safety.

Becky, she scolded herself, you're being too much of a worry wart!
Maybe they've all just got a lot of things on their minds? She felt relieved after that thought until Goku put a hand on her forehead, feeling it for a fever. "What?" She asked, curious to know what he was doing. "Nothing sis, just making sure you're okay," he assured her.
"I'm fine, nothing to worry about," she chirped. But then he got up from the chair next to hers she sat down in, and beckoned for her to follow him to his office, which was down the hall from the living room.

She forgot her brother was a doctor. Maybe he just wants to give her a surprise check up? She followed him to his office and sat down on the examining table. She sat there twiddling her thumbs, not paying attention to her surroundings, when she heard a drawer open and shut. She looked up to see he had a needle and syringe, with a clear liquid in it. Oh no, she thought, I'm getting out of here while his back is still turned. She quietly slipped off the table and crept over to the door as quickly as possible. But when she tried to turn the knob, it was locked. Great, I'm trapped with no way out. Goku must have heard her footsteps, because he turned to face her.

"Where do you think you're going? Get back on the table and sit still," he ordered. She had no choice but to listen to him. She couldn't exactly overpower him and get the key from his pocket, he was too strong for her, so she sat back down on the examining table and tried to sit still without squirming while he injected her full of the clear liquid, and next thing she knew, she passed out on the table.
